Don't be turned off because of its comparative age to other close by resort hotels, this property I would revisit over and over again. Hey...my building's ice machine was MIA but that only a minor inconvenience to walk to the next building and use it instead.

Nice hotel. Room was clean. Good location. Too bad the spa and restaurant was under renovation. Check if your room is ready before you go. There is a resort fee of $30/day. Should be reduced if the full resort amenities are not available.

Overpriced outdated broken rooms. Stuck here for a week at at back of resort. Poor customer support, act like they could care less about your stay. Rooms lack customer amenities. Bad decision planning my Palm Springs vacation here for a week at $4k price. Hilton should be ashamed. Will not spend one nickel during the stay.

Avoid this place!

Can't wait to get out out of here!

My bf and I, are currently staying at the hotel for Memorial Weekend. Prior to booking our room, one of our requirements was that there was a quiet, adults only pool available to us as we are not kid people and need to relax without screaming children.

The current website details that there is a hidden pool that is the quiet adults ONLY pool. We also called and asked the hotel prior to booking. Upon arrival yesterday we again confirmed with front desk and also asked the bar staff at the main pool. Last night the adult pool was full of kids and we asked the staff if tomorrow we could complain if there were kids at the pool.

This morning we got to the hidden pool early, families showed up with young children. I called the front desk and the woman on the phone stumbled over her words saying they changed the policy a couple of months ago.

Why is it that all staff are communicating that the hidden pool is adult only, except for one front desk receptionist who can t even confidently explain that the rules just changed.

This is totally unacceptable! Not to mentioned the young children are not wearing swim diapers in the pool.

We checked in last night with a wonderful front desk receptionist named Ramone. The hotel is lovely but he made it all the much better with his friendly, helpful, upbeat attitude. So far so great!

Love love love this place can't wait to go back again. The service is great especially at the pool bar. Must try the sparkling sangria so delicious and worth the price for the pitcher. They have movie night at The pool on Saturday pools close at 11 but you can hang out at the fire pits all night if you wanted. The spa was closed when we were there for some remodeling that was the only negative but still looking forward to having a spa day next time!

Stayed at this resort over the memorial day weekend. Front
desk lady was very friendly. Gave us a room in the very back of the resort and the patio was facing the parking lot which the company needs to buy new patio furniture. I didn't know they were going to put us into a downstairs room because for our entire stay we heard running, stomping, dropping things until 4:00am. Our bathroom had visible mold and drywall was peeling off, it was getting to me. This weekend was to relax so we went to the Miramonte pool and we couldn't find lounge chairs because people's towels and hats needed a chair, while their owners stayed inside the pool all day. What I don't understand is why are the lounge chairs have a reserved sign for the Cabana Rentals on them while the Cabanas have places to sit. You are taking space from other paying customers. Lastly, someone put a Food & Beverage charge to our room without a signature, which we ate outside the hotel and we do not drink. Resort Management: Smart thing to do is have the customers swipe their room key into a machine to order anything!

stayed here 2 years ago and had an excellent time.

this time, not so much

- 3 hour wait to check in
- FEES! almost $40 a night in fees
- lame adults only pool

won't be heading back here, lots of other choices in the area with more personality and less fees

This hotel has some good things and not so good things. The main lobby and restaurant, and pool are all top notch.. Rooms are very dark and outdated for the price. Very expensive for what should be 180$ room. Will not stay here again..

Great place! We come here often and it never disappoints. Even when we had a small glitch one time, the manager on duty ( Rachael I think) made things more than right. Thanks for a great time!

Cozy elegance with very well manicured grounds, attractive pool, comfortable room and a very welcoming restaurant staff. Great noodle chicken soup, roasted brussel sprouts and tasty fried calamari.

Just spent the weekend at this hotel with my wife. We've been to MANY hotels since we do LOTS of road trips. We understand that "stuff" happens, but the bottom line is how does the hotel handle things when something unexpected happens and how the staff treats the guest which truly matters. We had an incident occur our first night - no one's fault. The staff was outstanding. They took care of it and made us feel welcome and tried to bend backwards to make up for it. Again, it was no one's fault. My wife & I didn't make an issue of it at all since it was being taken care of. Additionally, the manager Jose Galimidi reached out to us the following day to see if there was anything he could do. Not sure why I was surprised by the outstanding service...you'd think it would be the norm. We plan to go and stay there again next year.

What is behind those trees you see from Hwy 111? Paradise! Clean, comfortable, quiet, nice, friendly...paradise. it's not some giant chain brand hotel, it's your own little slice of heaven. We live here in the #CoachellaValley just 10 minutes away and love our little staycation hideaway. You will, too.

Two star ratings on Google mean "ok". I would say Miramonte is ok, but not good and not great.

Rooms are very out dated and old, but adequate. There are only two lamps in the room, and so the rooms are very dark. The "hot" water has been luke warm and unsatisfying. During checkin, I was given keys and a map and had to ask about a resort overview. I had to ask a random worker who came in to replace a broken light bulb about gym and other amenities. Our room is on the bottom floor, and we can hear people stomp above. Additionally, there's a pass through door to a room next to us -- we can hear full conversations. The grounds are immaculate and well kept and the staff is friendly, but could be more proactive during the check in process.

Overall, I think this is an okay place to stay for a night or two max, but I wouldn't come back here in the future or recommend it to my friends.

Worst customer service! It s my best friends wedding next month and there are rooms set aside for the wedding party, which I m in. I ve now spoken to four different representatives. Two put me on hold/hung up on me after spending 20 minutes trying to figure out how to book a room with the wedding party rate. Another told me it had expired (not true), and the last one happily offered me a room at double the reserved rate. I was so frustrated I booked a room with the hotel next door for a third the price.

The rooms and staff are great. Disappointed in the high cost of snacks in the hotels store. Felt like I was being overcharged because they know that it's not easy to walk to a place to buy those things.

I've stayed here before and had a good experience but this time I was disappointed. Our room was large but a very uncomfortable bed where I could feel the springs. Also, grounds - while beautiful - we're not maintained well ... Plastic cups were not picked up, shampoo bottles in the hall way, a plate in the hall way and a random ashtray on the grass. None of these were picked up between the time we checked in on the first day or by 11ish when we checked out. Shows a disappointing lack of attention to detail.

Came here with my Church on a Couples Retreat, Believers' Bible Study Fellowship on June 20-22, 2014. What a wonderful experience, relaxing, rejuvenating, peaceful and the dining and service was top notch. My wife really loved the rooms in the Bellagio suites. Our room had a very nice balcony over looking one of many court yards. The landscaping around the courtyard was arrayed with a magnificent floral pattern of colors. Very pleasant to the eyes.

The resort itself is nice. We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend, but the pools were always packed with children so we didn t get to enjoy it. Also, when we asked if we could bring our dog to the poolside with us, they said it was a safety hazard. So we left him in the room, but when we went to the pool there was a dog roaming around without his leash on, so I don t get who is making or following the policies here. However the reason I am giving 2 stars is mostly because of the room itself.
1) There were stains on the carpet
2) the AC was not working properly and it mostly just made noise and vibrated the floor.
3) the bed is hard as ROCK, we didn t get any sleep for the 2 nights we stayed.
4) no patio in our room and the window was overlooking the parking lot.
5) the bathtub is so tiny, our feet would tilt while we were standing in there for a shower.
There are many other resorts to choose from in the area, I wouldn t recommend s one.

I booked a room at a resort in Indian Wells for September in April through a Trip Advisor partner. They sent me the reservation number confirmation, I even called the hotel to make sure that I have a reservation. Everything was fine until today, exactly 6 weeks before my trip, when I got an email from them on my saying that my reservation no longer exists and they like to replace my room with a room at the La Quinta for no extra charge. How gracious of them to downgrade me for free so that they can sell my room at a higher nightly rate. Defeats the point of the word "reservation" doesn't it?

This is a nice hotel with 3 pools and a wonderful spa. It is conveniently located off of Highway 111. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful.
