Beautiful resort with a great view of the desert and a nice golf course

I agree with the review below. Came here with my husband for MDW weekend. The main pool was very loud with the DJ. Went to the hidden pool. It s very small and it also had kids and FOUR dogs. I love my dog, but come on. Since when are dogs allowed in hotel pool areas ?

The rooms are average, bathroom is moldy and a little dirty. We did not have a hair dryer in the room, still waiting for house cleaning to bring it .

**Both days we stayed, FOUR dogs were inside the pool area. Not one attendant came by in that period. Towels were never stocked and dirty towels just laid around everywhere. People would save spots/put towels on chairs for hours while they ate breakfast or did god knows what so other quests are unable to use the chairs. Maybe someone on staff should be in the pool area to control this. And there is nothing says let's remember the ones that sacrificed their lives for us by having a DJ blaring at the pool...

Massage amazing.pool was dirty.jacuzzi in real life look regular.not like on website images.it didn't fell luxury .

Great staff, friendly. Very nice resort. Great value. Fun pool and crowd. Exactly what you would hope for and except. Rooms are clean and very nice. We originally had a reservation at the hotel next door, and upon our arrival we were not impressed and became depressed with the staff, pool vibe and guests. Cancelled our reservation immediately and checked into Miramonte and thanks to Gaby and Patty at the front desk, they made our day!!

Staff is wonderful, so very nice. The grounds are just beautiful.

Went to a wedding at the resort it was beautiful! Great grounds. The Bocce ball courts and fires pits are lots of fun. Very clean spacious comfortable rooms. Would stay here again!

Friday night music with trio NV was great .But check bill ..my wine (la crema pinot) was $10 per glass on the menu (over priced anyway) but when the check came they charged $12 ..raised it with manager who just didn't care but took off the cost of a glass of wine to 'make me happy' my point was that they displayed one cost but charged another .Theft!!! And what irked was he just didn't care . they have a serious management issue in this hotel imho .

Can't quite give it five but it's quiet and relaxing. The grounds were immaculate.

Perfect for weddings...and any other event you want staged. The staff here bends over backwards to make each event memorable. Bravo!!

absolutely fabulous spa treatments in a beautiful, restful resort with the San Jacinto mountains as backdrop. what's not to like. Wonderful stay, and a place I would return to often

yesterday when i do the check in to get the room i have a unpleasent experience with the employee of the hotel ,im hispanic and also this guy was he was rude without manners and i feel discriminated . i do the complaint in the morning and the managger she was so nice but it wasnt enough . the hotel its divine the rooms and swimming pool areas are wonderfull but i feel dissapointed with the experience at last nigt

I lost my prescription eye glasses in the parking lot. I now have called maybe 10 + times over three different days trying to get hold of someone who is in charge of lost and found, all to no avail. Many times I call the main number and the phone just rings and rings. Other times I am transferred to housekeeping, and disconnected. When I try to get the head of housekeeping, I have been disconnected three times. I got through to a message machine once five days ago, and left a message to return my call. No returned call yet. I'm going to try one more time.

I was expecting my pedicure to be more of a wonderful experience. For $65 I expected a lot more. Wasn't any better than the nail salons that you pay $18 for a pedicure. The pools and Jacuzzi were full of dead bugs. Not very clean.

Peaceful, comfortable, beds with large pillows. Great restaurant.

This is written by Rudys wife so here goes.....Mold stains in tub. Not very hot water. Low water pressure in the morning. In room coffee maker is the worst. Outside our building is very dated and not very clean. Restaurant food was bad. A kale salad made with half kale and half romaine and with a mayo like dressing? Someone's dog or a person barfed on the sidewalk outside our room and it has yet to be cleaned since yesterday. And to top it off my key was inoperable when I came back to my room today. Sorry. I am a frequent Hilton guest and honors member but I won't be returning to this facility.

Really not at all impressed so far. I do not understand why this property is part of the Curio Collection.

A business meeting, but the place is stunning--sadly not busy at all. I appreciated it being so empty, but am sure management doesn't share that. I suggest it, staff is lovely.

The place itself is very beautiful and the rooms are great, my biggest complaint is that for the price you pay for the stay, there is no complementary breakfast and you have to pay for any tea or coffee in the lounge, and its all very expensive of course. I'm just saying I would have gotten a full continental breakfast for a cheaper cheaper price almost anywhere.

Beautiful grounds and spa. Have been to the spa twice and love the salt water pools and amenities you can use while you're at the spa. Can order food and drinks at the pool too. Delicious food from the restaurant!

The rooms are comfortable. The staff are really nice and really try to go above and beyond. If I had anything to say it's that the room # signs could be a tad more clear.

Been to a couple weddings there. Was nice to see the in house events lady not drunk this last time.

If you want to feel like you are on vacation, there are other places that will accommodate way better! Pool keys don t work and when I called they said it would take too long and I will need to come to them to have it fixed . For dinner, it took 45 minutes for someone to even come ask if we would like waters. Stayed here plenty times and unfortunately it has gone down. I take better care of myself at home and my pool is always unlocked. Very rude.

Beautiful setting but not the best choice if you're looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. This resort attracts a lot of families with young children, so the pool and restaurant can be noisy and chaotic. Service is uneven.

An intimate boutique hotel. There are lots of flowers and fruit trees. They have fire pits throughout the resort, which invites quiet conversation. A beautiful place!

Hidden gem in plain site. We've driven by for a couple years. Had a chance to go in for a visit with friends. Wonderful facility and quiet with anything you would want. Great location. No idea of pricing options.

Not sure how this makes it into their "curio" collection, unless that is short for curious. This is about 30 minutes from the airport in a nice location but is a very tired resort with rooms desperately in need of updating.

Nice setting, quiet, and the rooms were pretty large. The shower faucet stinks though.

Upkeep is not representative of Hilton... outdoors is immaculate trimmed, inside the room needs better maintenance...

This is a huge property with an amazing stretch of hills in the backdrop..some hill caps are covered in snow. The resort is very well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous.

Beautiful hotel property very close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
2 pools each with a hot tub. One is adults only.
Can be busy on weekends but pretty open during the week especially outside of spring break.

Lots of green space, lawn games, pool options, and nice rooms. A Hilton now but rumor is it is being sold to Hyatt... Not sure, since there is a Hyatt across the street. Nice central location for the desert valley.

Rooms great and clean.. Customer service exceptional and food and place are awesome.. The night there at the fire place is just gorgeous.

Did not expect a place like this to be in the middle of nowhere. Accommodations were good, rooms were clean and comfortable and service was also good.

Rooms closer to the main building are very nice. Even room numbers are on 2nd floor walk up. Pool and hot tub are great

This was the first time stay in desert hotel. I love animation of this hotel as below:
1. 3 difference size of swimming pools
2. Quiet spa
3. Clean and comfortable room
4. Delicious meal in restaurant
5. Outdoor Activities
6. Great service

Rooms are very nice. They can't make a daiquiri very well. The pools are small with very limited seating and shade. We couldn't get a chair at either pool all day. The restaurant wasn't to bad, it will feed you but don't expect anything mind blowing.

Room amenities were fine, comfortable bed,pillows and good quality linens. Was disappointed with the public area upkeep. Went to the adult pool at 8pm and there were discarded towels everywhere, over flowing dirty towel bins. Someone came by and picked up about half of the towels and left. Next morning went to the family pool around 9 am and overflowing trash and towel bins. It was obvious no one had cleaned up from the night before. Someone finally came around and took the trash and towels. Did have a helpful employee show me where the ice machine was, quite a hike from our room. Would not come back as experience was so so.

Love Indian Wells and the resorts in it, try them all and see what you think. Miramonte Restaurant has great food except when the birds fly onto my table on the patio which I do not like! Plenty of parking, a great space for exploring; a full on spa situation. I was getting a massage one day when new to the area and had to hop off the table in a hurry when a small earthquake hit...but it was over fast and I hopped back up to enjoy the massage thoroughly!

Room was big. TVs are nice. The bed was firm (which I actually like). The firnature is older and in my room the desk was very scratched but solid. The restaurant was not good at all. The presentation was along the lines of a high end restaurant. The price was along the lines of a mid level restaurant. The taste..... Was not good at all. The Salmon was good but dry. The salad was weird. The desert was gross.

The were well stocked and kept clean. I love the way our room we're situated to the pools. The staff were more than kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel all my friends and family.

Rooms vary in size, but not big. Its a resort feel but the real reason i gave them 5 stars is becuase of the how they have most of the trees on the grounds are fruit trees. Large with fruit on them! Several areas are all herbs and edible shrubs. Basil, peppers mint, lavender... I stopped to pick three tiny/long lengths of chives from one of the herb gardens for my wifes avacodo and salmon omlet, I'd picked up from the coffee shop. Its seems like paradise. It threw me off - wow! Dogs are ok. Even a large dog park area next door with a opening in the block wall from the parking lot.

I stayed 2 times in the past
One time I had a spa package and it was wonderful and actually reasonable. They have beautiful garden grounds, hammocks in some places. The Spanish architecture is not my favourite but it's all blend in very well. Very peaceful resort. Smiley and friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice, they gave us a glass of wine at check in, which was awesome. The room was their standard king bed room, and it was very big. The grounds of the hotel were nice to walk around. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of an extremely overpriced room service experience; we ordered a bottle of wine, they only had 2 options for white wine, so we went with pinot grigio, and it was over 40 bucks. So I expected something decently nice. Instead we got a bottle that I've paid 10 bucks for at the grocery store. I felt scammed. I would give a full 5 stars if not for that.

Really a great resort and would come back to enjoy another stay. All of the hotel staff made it a great experience

Had a much better experience last year. pools dirty in the spa area.

Not what it used to be - I had stayed here in the past and loved it. Unfortunately they haven't done a very good job of maintaining or cleaning the rooms. We had a sticky mess on the end tables, there is mold in the shower, there were stains on the floor in the bathroom, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door, the outlet for the coffee pot didn't work. I could go on. On the positive side the grounds are lovely and the staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. Also, the 'quiet pool' is just that and we loved it. It's sad because this property has so much potential and used to be amazing. For the price there are far better places to stay in the desert.

Booked for a little getaway for the wife's birthday, this place was wonderful!!! The pool with bar was awesome and great service. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the little patio on the first floor rooms. We got to go to the Spa which is a separate review but that was one of the reasons we went here was that the spa was on premise so we didn't have to leave to go to the spa and also we could just walk from the room back and forth. This is not far from the other PALM SPRINGS stuff to do and it is actually really nice as it is a little away from the PALM SPRINGS weekend traffic. There was a wedding or something happening the weekend we visited but it was not over crowded and nothing we wanted to do was off limits so that is a bonus. Only thing, more signs. We ordered PostMates to the room and the drive got lost driving around the property because they could not find our building. If there was signs instead of relying on the drives to read the bldg numbers, stuff like food delivery would be easier to do. Also, in room dining was a little on the expensive side so that is why we ordered postmates.

Fairly large complex with many tourists and architecturally beautiful accommodation.

Very beautiful hotel! Had never stayed here before but it is fantastic. And the staff are incredibly nice and helpful!

Worst experience ever! Never even stayed at the hotel due to Covid-19. The only thing the rep got right when making the reservations was my credit card number. Their policy states you will be refunded in 30 days. My reservations were made and canceled in March. It's now June 19th and still no refund. We are told that because they are closed we won't receive a refund until September. Total B.S. You get the run around when you call customer service. Finally waited OVER AN HOUR to speak with a supervisor, he gave me an email address were I could send my credit card statement and they would send me a check. Took 13 days just to get a response email that said it will be another 30 days until I receive my refund. I will never stay at this hotel and am really questioning Hilton's quality.

This was mine and my wife's first time ever at a day spa. Walking into the resort up to the spa I was very impressed. The lobby was very inviting and the staff was awesome! The receptionist explained to us what to expect and all the amenities available.

In the changing rooms, they have lots of individual lockers with digital combo locks, restrooms, showers and sinks. I was really impressed with their steam room. They had iced towels which was a nice touch. They had razors and every lotion imaginable for after your shower. That place was amazing!

Outside they had lots of seating areas, some were secluded too. The hot tub was very unique, had strategically placed walls with waterfalls to keep the experience serene. There is also a large pool and it was pleasantly warm.

The massage rooms were secluded, modern and relaxing. I had a full body swedish massage and it was the quickest 50 minutes of my life. Boy was I relaxed, I actually fell asleep for a few moments.

We were able to use the amenities well before our scheduled massages and after, up until they closed. We enjoyed the pools, spa, the resort pool and the resort restaurant.

This place is very high scale and relaxing. We had a groupon for extra savings and we both really enjoyed our day at the spa. We went during the week and it was not very crowded. Be sure to check this spa out when you're in the area. We will be back for sure!

After one of 5 days, I'm very pleased with the resort. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice accomadations and amenities.
