This place is very well kept up. Would love to revisit, staff was so nice and welcoming. The view of the mountains at the pool is amazing.

Attended a women's retreat here. It was a fantastic experience. The resort staff was friendly. The room was spacious. The food was really good. The grounds were well groomed and very relaxing. They have some resort organized activities on various days.

Amazing hotel, from the staff to the details in the room. Food is good and yummy, great styling of the property, everything is so clean ( and I m very sensitive to that) staff is very welcoming and smiling always. The room design is a good taste and clean environment all over. We would definitely come back here over and over!

The beds were very "saggy". Unfortunately, I didn't have a good night's sleep, this was different 6 years ago.
The chairs at the fireplace were all torn apart.
Otherwise a very good location, very clean, very friendly.

Nice room, grounds are nice, hotel phones didn't work well, bar was short of barstools as they took them for a private event. Kind of bush league that - get more barstools. Overall decent, but problems here and there you don't expect at this price.

Made a reservation for 2 nights for a mini get away. As soon as we arrived the place room smelled bad, had lots of stains and what looked to be blood on the bathroom door. Needless to say we cancelled our reservation for the 2nd night. Beautiful place, just lack of attention to detail when it came to cleaning our room. Couldn't get that thought out of our heads during our stay.

The manager or whatever she is deserves to be fired (Rachel) is her name! Worst person to be working there. I booked a room online and she said there was no reservation made. So I made another one over the phone with her... I show up a month later (this week) and she says no reservations and that she doesn t remember me at all... long story short she put me in a very downgraded room, and charged me the same price!!!!! Floor was dirty beds had stains!!!!! She also treats her workers awful I saw how she told one worker to make themselves useful and that they were worthless and that she would fire them! Rachel you need to be fired!!!!! I m an attorney and I know what you can and can t say to your workers. Awful fake smiling person

Overall, it's a lovely hotel. Not too big, not too small. Good location. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. The rooms are typical... sufficient, but nothing special. Wished they had a microwave in the room. The doors open to the outside (vs. a hallway), and walls are pretty thin, so you can hear much of your neighbors' coming and going. Thankfully, our neighbors weren't too obnoxious. There were little gnats that hung around the pool area, especially in the evening. Obviously not the hotel's fault and it wasn't horrible, but they could've at least cleaned out the ones that had fallen in the pool each morning. Also, we were told the pool bar would be open until 11pm, but when we went to get some gelato after 9pm, it was closed. Guess there weren't enough people to stay open late, which is understandable, but still a bummer. Restaurant is good... very healthy food. Overall, it seems as though they're really working a little bit at a time to make this a really nice hotel. And it shows... there are little things here and there that still need work, but it seems it will get better with time. We would definitely return, especially if the price is close to what we paid this time around... the Travelzoo deal was very much worth it.

Had a great time at the resort. The grounds are amazing and the amenities made they conference fly by. They were also very welcoming to my dog. We will be staying here again next year.

We stayed here for a professional education meeting in mid February. I liked the grounds and the weather one day allowed poolside cocktails which was relaxing. There are fire pits dispersed around the property which is a great way to hang out and relax. A good way to meet other travelers. The room could use some updating. I liked having a patio w table and chairs. Again a great way to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We stayed on the ground floor and unfortunately could hear the people above us walking around in their room. Tand they walked a lot and early in the morning. This is a nonstarter for me. If I went back it would be upper floors only. In addition the bartender at the pool mixed up our bill w someone else. They fixed it but it required a phone call. Not sure I would go back. I gave 4 star, since the staff were friendly and the onsite restaurant was good. Room wise it's a 3.

The hotel lobby was awesome and the staff was friendly. Think the overall appearance of the hotel is nice. My major issue was our room first the toilet would not flush down. 2nd whoever is in charge of cleaning the rooms didnt change the bed sheets there was a red stain either blood or food that was really disgusting. Last the one that made me cringe was the giant roaches we saw in our room. I killed one but later we found another one. We slept with lights on left as soon as sunlight.

I have liked this property since it was The Erawan Gardens. It's a stunner with great food & beaverage outlets...love to pop in to see what's new.

I order through groupon. Everything was paid for and ready to go. When I got there they said they don't accept groupon even though I had a confirmation and all. They turned us away and would not even offer a discounted room so we could stay for our anniversary. Horrible customer service.

I only went to see an act, but the music and vibes were great!

Generally I enjoyed the stay. Front desk is helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. However pool cannot fit all the guests and pool bartenders are really slow.

It was a fantastic location for my niece Jane's wedding in Palm Springs.

This hotel was great . They upgraded our room to a suite because of over booking on smaller rooms. I went down to Palm Springs for my bday with my Gf and I could say we had a great time. Of course room service and the bar was way over priced so we mostly ate out . The pool was great and the activities around the resort were fun. You can borrow bikes and ride around for free and they have a shuttle to take you to the golf course across the street

Beautiful gardens tended by polite staff. Humming birds fly freely around the grounds...amazing. Spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Would love to return.

The grounds were nicely kept but the rooms and buildings could use a facelift. The lobby was updated and had a nice bar and lounge. There are also video games down the hallway.

There are only a couple hundred rooms so it feels quaint and all the buildings are close to one another so if you are traveling with friends or family, everyone will be close together. The pool is average sized and nothing special but it gets the job done. There are multiple fire pits on the grounds and a nice grassy area with games. It's a family friendly hotel. Staff was pleasant.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with lovely grounds and a very friendly staff. We didn't end up eating at either of the restaurants but the room service was adequate.

Love love love the Miramonte!! Came here last year on a family vacation with our adult kids and grandkids. It was the perfect blend of family/adult amenities. Especially loved movie night in the pool!! So much so that we're all coming back this year!!

Great location and amenities. It's a good value for what you get considering the other nearby options.

At 200 bucks a night, I didn't expect a room cluttered with a baby pen, a nonfunctional sink, a coffee machine with a soaked pod in it, and a business center printer that was dead. This ain't no resort, and operates at a 100 buck a night motel.

Rooms were nice and spacious. We had a large group and were told we'd all be next to each other but the spread us out. Air conditioner didn't work well and was very loud. There was leftover food in our mini fridge when we got to our room.

honestly I didnt stay here or do anything. I needed a spot to park and eat lunch real quick so I chose the lot in here. It was a nice lot. Plenty of diversity in vehicles parked. Partial blocked for valet but nothing obstucting natural traffic. One guy was driving like amaniac in a big red truck and stopped to uell and point a landscape worker removing parts of an olive tree. I assume he worked here. 3 stars because its a parking lot

My husband and I stayed for 1 night (12/27/19) at the Miramonte Resort & Spa. There were several problems with the room, including but not limited to dirty water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Due to this issue as well as others, Daniel, the night manager at the Miramonte, told us our 1 night stay would be comped. The next morning during check out, we were told that the front desk manager, Bonny De La Cruz, would be contacting Travel Zoo to arrange for a 1 night room credit. On Thursday, 1/2/20, I called Miramonte & spoke directly with Bonny who told me that she had already called Travel Zoo & we would receive the credit within 8 business days. However, we just found out that the Miramonte is denying the credit as there were no "notes in the system". This is an outright lie as we had the front desk clerk read us the notes during check out. Bonny also read them during our phone call & told us we would be receiving our credit. So, at this point, our impression is that the staff at Miramonte are unprofessional and communicate inaccurate information.
This incident reflects very negatively on the Hilton brand. We have stayed at Hilton hotels during prior travels and have never felt the need to leave unfavorable reviews as was the case with the Miramonte Resort. We will not be returning, obviously. In case you do choose to stay at this hotel, do not stay in room #713 unless you would like a dirty waterfall in your bathroom!

rooms were moldy. staff was nice and they tried 4 different rooms but each was moldy. eventually i was able to get my money refunded and we went somewhere else.

A lovely place to stay where you can keep your pets with you as you travel and sleep. They have outdoor games setup and the bar and food inside sounds delicious

Rooms were okay...newly redecorated. The shower was disgusting - the floor tiles were not angled properly, so the water sits in places and gets slippery...it also smells musty when you first walk in shower. The water spewed through the gap between the swinging glass shower door and floor tiles, making the bathroom tile EXTREMELY slippery. The pool is HORRIBLE if you have kids. Not sure if it is just the weekend we chose, but there is not one single kid here! Not to mention they simply don't have anything fun around the pool for kids (slide etc). That, in my opinion, would make this hotel not very kid friendly. But the staff is nice! We came in last night and the front desk upgraded our room for us. Rating this hotel 2 stars mainly due to being not being kid friendly.

Gorgeous room and property was immaculate! I was checked on and out by the same person and she was amazing. The gentlemen at the pool bar did an amazing job and taking care of my family and I, while the breakfast crew in the restaurant did an awesome job of making us feel welcome. Great staff, great property!

They have neat junk ;) like the bean bag toss.. n firepits.. and i guess u could maybe play croquet?

Stayed here for our honeymoon, what a fantastic resort. Restaurant service was amazing, Edgar had great info when we first arrived, Alex was a very personable bartender made our experience in the lounge super fun! The chefs were top notch and all the food was delicious! Loved the calamari! Jenny and the front desk staff had great recommendations and really helped us out with anything we needed. Veronica in Room Service was lovely with our poolside appetizers and drinks. All of the staff we came in contact with at the resort were always smiling. We also planned a spa day, I forget the ladies names that gave us our couples massage, but both were fabulous. We felt rejuvenated after being pampered and relaxing in all the different pools and steam room. Facilities were all clean and well stocked. Thank you for making our trip one we won't forget! We will definitely be back!

SCAM! do not book your resort stay here. I am going to be staying at this property next weekend for my best friend's bridal shower. My friend had initially booked another hotel for the weekend but I told her I would book this hotel and use my Hilton Honors points since I am a GOLD member. I used 2,500 points and was happy with the rate of the room. I booked it and when I got the email of my conformation it was over $200 more than I thought!!!!!! I know that there is a resort fee and taxes included but the way they had it it made it look like it was already calculated in and I was shocked when I saw my total in my inbox. 2,500 points barely even saved $50! I am so upset we lost the better rate at the initial hotel we had booked. Be careful when booking this hotel. over $800 for 2 nights!!!!!!

Rooms were good but all the food was overpriced and not worth it.

The food here is amazing the chef sources local Providence from local organic farms got to love it!

The hotel has nice rooms and the grounds are beautiful. We didn't have a chance to try the spa or any other amenities though. The biggest problem with the hotel was that there is no minibar or any food available anywhere after the restaurant closes.

Way more than what you need but , isn't that what a resort should be? I really enjoyed the experience , from the nice accommodations , to the friendly staff , and of course the amazing views from the pool/spa area... I could go on and on but , I'll let you check it out for yourself! Look for deals , especially in the off season , you can stay with very affordable rates.
