Nice hotel. Gives the Italian countryside kinda vibe. Nice pools and firepits and family game areas.
Very clean room with very nice grounds. Was attending a professional function and buffet for was good.
Since Hilton has assumed ownership of this facility, improvements are in full force,. Bar is now complete (first class); good atmosphere and now has two televisions for sports. Full service restaurant will be open on September 22. Two story Spanish style archetecture throughout the grounds; has two pools with the bigger one having bar service. Spa was closed during visit but not an issue for us. If any member of your group has problems climbing stairs be sure to request a first floor room as there are no elevators in the rooming areas. First floor rooms have a small patio with table and chairs.Grounds (lawns, trees and flowers are immaculately manicured with walkways through the facility. Centrally located and very close to LaQuinta, Palm Desert and Indian Wells restaurants and shopping.
Great Hotel! Amazing pool and bar. Rooms are huge with great living space and huge TV.
The room was big and clean. My king bed was comfy and I had the first good night's in a week, as I had been on travel to two other places. The grounds were clean and had a nice southwest, desert feel. Staff was also friendly.
I just didn't like how confusing it was to find my particular building where my room was located. I arrived well after dark and it must have taken me over 20 minutes to locate my room in the darkness. They need to better illuminate the building numbers. Also, I didn't like the unexpected resort fees of $35 a night. I thought this was B.S., considering this isn't Vegas and just another excuse to charge more money.
The hotel needs more attractions, it s the first hotel that I been and they doesn t have a gift shop ,and for the kids they doesn t have to much things to do I recommend that you can have like a play ground or a kids club , actually it s more for adults this hotel but that s ok it s a regular hotel at lest the rooms are good
It's clean and, staff are very nice and friendly service
Great Hilton property..the staff was amazing. The grounds were spectacular. Lemon and orange trees.
The restuarant used herbs grown on property. I would stay there anytime!!
Very nice hotel, great spa, great pool. Can t wait to go back for another relaxing weekend.
Amazing hotel. Great location for a work event and social gathering. Rooms were clean and staff was professional. I will definitely come back
Went to my boyfriends company Christmas party. The staff was on the ball and working hard to make the night enjoyable. They were great and the place looked amazing
This is a nice resort, with plenty of amenities, however the rooms are fairly dated. Thankfully parking is included in the resort fee, the resort is easy to navigate, and the service and staff are very friendly. There is only one restaurant, and we ended up eating outside the resort anyways, which I would recommend. Would probably stay here again with an appropriate rate.
Very nice and quiet place and four stars only becouse of the housekeepers didn't clean the room well
Visited during the summer, which in Palm Springs is a little brutal. Air conditioning in the rooms and common area was a welcome reprieve from the sun. The main pool was clean, but the hideaway pool was pretty gross. The staff is attentive and friendly. Parking was easy. The food and refreshments are terribly overpriced, but that's normal for resort hotels. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a quick drive.
Hotel we currently chose for vacation in Palm Springs
(Curio-Miramonte) is not 5 star by any means.
Room is dirty, hotel is rundown, we had to tote our bag up one flight of stairs (there is no elevator) for 2 story property- weird?) it's very much in need of an update. Rooms are outdoor access only (like motel 6)
Front desk was absolutely clueless on how to check us in, we had to wait almost 35 minutes to check in after a very long day.
We did not feel welcomed at the property, nor did they explain anything about amenities or things associated with the property for layout, etc.
We travel all over the world for business and know what a hotel/resort should look like and perform and this place DOES NOT do that--
I fee like I have wasted my Hilton points on a very sub-par location- extremely disappointed!
I was here for several days with a work retreat and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Impeccable landscaping, great food, and overall relaxed atmosphere made for an awesome stay. I can't wait to come back!
The beds are comfortable the resort is nice, staff is awesome...
Its a maze to get to where you need to go... even if its just front desk. Under major construction.
Very spacious and nice only thing is that the ironing board cut my husband's finger and the bathroom door locked in us
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. I have had my card ran for $360 over the course of two days for "incidentals" which they would not release until check out even though their policy is only needing $150 authorized. I checked out two days ago and I just had my card ran for ALL of the incidentals along with the original room rate and an inflated room rate. All of this totaling $1000!!!! I have spoken to numerous staff an managers who all claimed to have fixed it, only messing it up even worse and now I am being told that I have to wait for accounting to make the fix. I am so completely blown away by the incompetency for the staff that the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for all resorts. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
