Overall great stay. Hotel has a more vintage feel, but great room. It has a super atmosphere, but once in the room, it was relaxing. Hotel is located in the middle of downtown LA.

This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed. The valet service is rude and obnoxious. They don't have room service between 11:00am - 5:00pm which preposterous because what is the point of staying in a hotel. The front desk is not very tentative. It took us 1 hour to get towels from downstairs, I would have walked from the 10th floor and retrieved them myself in that time. The room is old and and the bathroom let me not get started on that 2 by 2 room. The sockets went out so we were lucky to have 3 working sockets to charge our phones (haha). Think I'm lying stay here and experience. I promises HILTON hotel will get my $$ next time and NOT the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. #JustLikeThat

Classy place with excellent servers in the ballroom for the event we attended. Beautiful lobby and common areas. Cannot speak to the quality of the rooms. Food provided at the event was also top notch. The main ballroom is in the basement so be aware you may not have cell phone signal however the free WiFi available on the Guest Network can make up for that. The ease of reasonably priced self-parking ($6) across the street in the Pershing Square underground garage makes this one of the better places to attend an event in all of Los Angeles and certainly in downtown.

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the middle of downtown. The hotel staff u interacted with were very nice. I was upgraded to a huge suite for free, it had a great view! The pillows were a bit on the hard side but other than that I slept well. The breakfast was good but nothing spectacular.

well

Id give it a two but the extra star is for the lobby and the look of the common area of the hotel. Rooms are gloomy and old. My aide of the bed didn't even have a night table to put my cellphone and charge

Such a beautiful hotel, so incredible downstairs with great people but no longer a choice. I have stayed here a few times over the years but the rooms and hallways just fall further and further into disrepair. The rooms are tiny to begin with and many with no view whatsoever. But there is nothing to redeem the failures. No coffee maker in the room is no longer acceptable. Hotels could get away with that some years ago but no longer. No electrical outlets at the desk, we have things to recharge and use nowadays. The final killer, the worst internet service I have experienced in 20 years. Abysmal! It is an insult to guests to subject them to such inferior service. Everyone int he hotel was complaining about it in the bar, in the restaurant and at the front desk. If you are a business traveller and need internet service, stay elsewhere or you will be just miserable. So sad to see this hotel going the wrong way. I will no longer be staying here.

Very Terrible experience ! Car noise is too much to sleep. We cannot sleep at first night. We called front desk and complained this noise. But they asked me to calm down. Too Bad service.

A few years back I flew my parents in town to attend my graduation, I booked this hotel randomly without acknowledging their service rating or other feedbacks. The price was $1623 for five days total, while we check in the vibe I m getting was not welcoming, the lady at front kept giving my parents the dirty look, she didn t seem very helpful n attentive at all.

My parents check in to a room on the first floor, I didn t notice the dirty curtains and unsanitary bed sheet in their room until later on, the overall room condition was dirty with bad sound proof walls. while walking in the hallway I randomly saw some roaches crawling up on the wall, my folks didn't want to bother so they stay in for one night, later they found out there s an additional $250 for room upgrade, I felt so bad I finally check them out of there &move to a different hotel. I will not return to this disgusting place due to their dirty environment &undertrained staff with lousy service.

Over priced for the age of the hotel.
Ordered steak medium well. It came to us rare and cold.
Sent it back. They recooked the same steak and it still wasnt done right.
Veri disappointed.

I had a drink in the hotel bar here, actually a side room to the bar which my date and I had all to ourselves. The bar is attractive and comfortable. Service was good. I thought I was ordering champagne but it was really sparkling wine due to the failure to properly name the wine on the wine list. I wasn't too happy about that. They offer different size glasses of wine (6 oz., 9 oz.), which is a nice option. Wine list is so-so, can't comment on the cocktails.

great

Very nice hotel with friendly staff who are willing to help! This is my second time here with my family for an event and we like the hotel. Convenient location to get to various attractions.

This hotel has some very unique design features given its age. It's apparent there have been many remodels over the years, which has led to some rooms having a non-traditional shape. The room I stayed in was near the end of the hall and bigger than any single queen room I have stayed in. The room was long, so the TV was about 40 feet from the bed. Plus the fitness area in the basement is in a funny horseshoe shape surrounding the pool area.

Worst experience at Millennium , they have a very large and nice nice lobby and that s it, everything else it s so old that can fall apart any minute, very cold in the rooms even with thermostat on max and extremely noisy , we could hear every single car on the road , and when we told about to frond desk , they didn t even care , never come back and don t recommend to anyone, maybe it was good couple years ago, not now.

Terrible bed. I sat down and immediately felt the springs in my bottom. My friend woke with his back hurting. Gold everywhere is for someone, not me. I guess that's what you're paying for...service and outdated, old-fashioned ambience.

The main part of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are really old. The bathrooms are horrible. There's a reason they don't show you pictures of the bathrooms. I felt like I was staying in an old house. The fuse blew while using the hair dryer. We had to wait for someone to come and fix it. Be ready to be nickeled and dimed to death. They charge you for EVERYTHING! We were joking that they were going to charge us per flush and for how much air we breathed. I've stayed at better hotels. You'd be better off to stay in Anaheim at one of the resorts.

The first impression is very good. The size of the building, marble, lobby. Continue to a wonderful breakfast. Excellent waiter and staff. Great room, not new, but full of personality. We spent two pleasant nights in a spacious room overlooking the courtyard, nice and quiet.

Attended a weekend conference. All right meeting rooms, ornate and sort of comfortable. My room continued to smell musty throughout stay, even though they refreshed and cleaned. Bathrooms so small hard to turn around.

Wait staff in restaurant Smeldi's was good if you got the right one. Thank you, Adan. Unfortunately on Sunday morning I did not! My credit card was charged THREE times for the same meal--each time with a different amount.

Billing department has been non-responsive. Have called. Written an email. And still my Amex was overcharged. Writing a second email. While the hotel was acceptable, and kudos to Adan in Smerldi's Restaurant for being efficient and cheerful, I would not recommend this hotel and hope that the conference I attended finds another place!

We (the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride)stayed in the Presidential Suit of the Baltimore hotel in preparation for a wedding there later that evening. There was lots of space for the hair and makeup people to accommodate everyone in the party. The hotel staff was very accomidating in providing high chairs and mire mirrors. Parking is a bit expensive ($47 or $24 with validation). The wedding venue was beautiful and the staff (except for one very grumpy bartender) were great!

Very beautiful premises. Make sure you read about the place prior to your visit. From what I heard and what was in my room, there are portraits of movie scenes that were shot in this very hotel. Incredible place! Every new place in the hotel was a marvelous find. Everyone is very kind, if you are there, I would recommend you visit the restaurant breakfast buffet; a visual delicacy as well as full of flavor. You are at walking distance from the subway.

As soon as you walk inside, tilt your head back & look up. You'll be amazed by the elegance & meticulous detail put into this historic building. It is breathtaking! (...and it's only the ceiling!)

A good option in DTLA. The guys at the bar are staples, the hotel itself has a fascinating history which you can see whenever you look and there is always a good chance you catch some well known tv show being produced on site.

I never mind staying here when in town for work, the gym is a bit old but spacious and authentic, it s also likely the only time/place I ll ever watch march madness at a bar with Charles Barkley.

Attended an event celebrating a 50th year of a community college, the hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Outstanding service when it came time for dinner within the program. Beautiful facilities and I would definitely hold an event there.

Lovely hotel. Stayed here at a discounted rate for the LA Fit Expo in January 2018. Old hotel with many modern renovations. The lobbies and ballrooms are exceptional, gorgeous affairs. The rooms have been modernized, to an extent, but I would probably spring for an upgraded suite in the future. Having said that, the basic king was more than enough for our needs, clean, and well-kept.

The decor and rooms are nice, elevators are quick and the rate is great for the location. The safe in my room didn't work, and the staff didn't fix it when I told the front desk. This hotel has NO microwaves.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Los Angeles. Classic and incredible staff. I was there for an event and the waiter there, Sergio, was so amazing. Thank you to the wonderful staff. You made my family s wedding unforgettable.
