The architecture is beautiful from the inside to think that such great things were filmed at the hotel like ghost busters and music videos. At first it was swanky intimidating but as you walk the halls and take in the vast history old hollowood elite it created such a great experience.

Stayed for three nights with my wife and son. We all agreed the hotel is excellent. Friendly helpful staff, always helps, two lovely bedrooms spotless. Will be back to LA next year and will be booking back at the Biltmore.
This should have been a 5-star review. The service from the staff was impeccable and the decore of the hotel was memorable. This is a historic hotel that everybody should go through once and see. But regret, there were issues. We had an uninvited guests. We had small bugs ( note, the bugs were not, repeat not, bedbugs. We compared images of what we saw vs the internet). This occured the last 2 nights of our stay there. There was a water drip above rhe the sink which I noted to the front desk. I know they are better than this and I hope this was an anomaly.
I give my five star to Millenium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles. They were really professional and the buffet were good food. I stayed 2 nights here and to t ell you honest i was too enjoyed.Thanks.
Fantastic location in downtown LA. Walking distance to most of the tourist sites to see...LA Public Library, Disney Hall, Central Market, Angel Flights, etc. Room was clean. Had a keurig for morning coffee. Great atmosphere.
I stayed here and it is very dirty and the front desk was not very helpful. I have been calling all morning and the same lady keeps placing me on hold. I ve been on hold now for 10 minutes. I paid $160 for 8 hours.
Stayed here for an event, a masquerade ball. The hotel is elegant and rich with period detail, but like any older landmark hotel, has the expected drawbacks of any older building. These, however, are minor, and the service at this hotel more than make up for any inconvenience anyone may experience. It was a very pleasant stay, I intend to return, and recommend.
UPDATE !! Yesterday our phone rang in the room. At the other end, the deputy hotel management. They apologized very much for the bad room at the beginning. We would be invited to breakfast and were given a voucher for the hotel bar. I think that's very nice because you noticed that they must have been really uncomfortable.
So the check-in went quickly and smoothly. We booked this hotel for 7 nights as part of our honeymoon because we were on a road trip through America. When we got into the room we were immediately disappointed with the size. The room was so small that the bed and a small desk just fit into it. When we got into the bathroom, we were amazed. The bathroom is a maximum of 2 x 2 meters. Including a toilet, a small tub and a very small sink. The bathroom was so small that we couldn't even put our toiletry bags down. Looking at the floor and in the tub, I felt sick. There was so much hair in the tub and on the floor that it looked like a woman's hair had been cut there. The carpet in the entire room was covered in large stains. I guess red wine. There was a lot of dust everywhere and it didn't smell very pleasant. Since we were really disgusted in front of the bathroom, we decided to go to the reception and talk about it. By chance there was a man in front of us who also complained about the cleanliness of his room. The lady at the check-in was not very surprised about our complaint. But she reacted very nicely and gave us new room cards for another room. We looked at this immediately. This was significantly better than the first. The room and bathroom were a bit bigger. It was also clean. Unfortunately, the windows are extremely old and leaky so that in bed you think the windows are open. And since the hotel is downtown you can really hear everything. We bought ear plugs before the first night. Had there been decent windows in there it would have been an acceptable room. Unfortunately, the rooms are connected to each other so there is a door in the room that leads to the neighbor. Unfortunately there is a very large gap under this. You can theoretically hand objects back and forth. Unfortunately, this means that you get everything from the neighboring room. On the whole, I would not come back here and would not recommend it to anyone. Okay for one night but unfortunately not for more.
Nice place to stay. 2 bedrooms are nice and very spacious. My only concern would be that they can maybe make the showers a bit bigger and the toilet leaks a little. Other than that the experience of staying at the Millennium is a good one.
It s a historic hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Beautifully designed and their architecture is exquisite! Definitely a beautiful hotel with the old fashion Los Angeles glam.
Very satisfying stay, excellent value for money. The entire structure is majestic and imposing in the common areas. The rooms are very spacious (talking about quadruple) as opposed to baths, even little ones are complete and modern. Breakfast is good, with excellent yoghurt.
I had the opportunity to choose among 7 hotels for a conference in LA. I looked online and discovered the Biltmore and my choice was easy. What a beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the restaurant to my room. Quite a step back in time, with all the amenities I hoped for.
Loved it! The lobby is very pretty and it has a classic, antique-y feel. The bar has a very classic look. The room itself was a little dated, but, the air conditioning worked great and the room was a good size. Comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding. I would have liked a grab and go option for breakfast, but, the restaurant downstairs has a breakfast buffet for those with a little more time. It smelled amazing.
Incredible suite. We arrived after midnight and the hotel gave us a delivery from a nearby restaurant. There was no lack of paranormal events in the room.
A gem in downtown LA. If you wanna stay in a rich architecture breath taking hotel, this is the place. Overall, the staff is helpful and candid. Totally recommended!
Lovely place for an event. Grand building full of wonderful history. Highly recommend. Valet parking a disaster I recommend parking at Pershing Square, you get your car much faster.
Everyone helped me and was so gracious! I'd love to thank all the very accommodating staff members. The breakfast buffet selection was massive and the views from the terrace are stunning. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to get. They are also quick to serve food for you. Highly recommended!
New lobby and old lobby are very nice architecturally. Renovated rooms not in the tower are a bit small. Because of the U shape my view was of the hotel.
The service levels can improve. But over all its ok. I expected more as the hotel has such a big name and history. I give it a 3 star due to my own struggles with the hotel, staff and an aircon that did not even work and no one attend to it after I complaint a few times.
Very comfy bed. Nice view. Polite and courteous staff. The food is overpriced for the underwhelming flavor it has. Other than that, i wasnt expecting the service to be amazing.
Welcome and courtesy in an elegant and refined environment but at the same time comfortable and welcoming. Excellent central location close to the subway station ..
My review is for the service i received after they tried to bill me $120 bucks extra for no one knows what. I called in and with the most uninterested and uninformative explanation was told that the front desk ACCIDENTALLY keyed in a charge for $120.56 but its all cool because they will refund me and are like sorry, okay bye. What a great apology for trying to rip me off.
Cafe Rendezvous is located in the Rendezvous Court of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles. It's a rather odd configuration and location - a majestic, ornate, historical room done in the Spanish Baroque architectural style - with a fountain in the middle of the room - and folks traipsing to and fro with suitcases and such from via an entrance from the back street.
Still, food is decent - had a Cajun Chicken sandwich with french fries for a late lunch here one day. The "Cajun" seasoning of the sandwich was a bit on the disappointing side - I was hoping for something a little stronger flavor-wise. The crusty bread the sandwich was served on was damn tasty, along with the Garlic Aioli sauce used in place of Mayo and roasted red peppers. The french fries were outstanding - crisp and hot!
Also got a triple shot iced latte here the next day - strong and delicious! Service was very good!
The service was courteous and quick, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the elegance of the facilities! Overall very positive experience, and would visit again.
Lovely atmosphere and steeped in Hollywood history. Bit tired in places. Could really do with a refit and restore if you asked me. With all that original art deco and class. Would look amazing if attempted.
Surely it is a hotel with a history. Just think of the many Hollywood extras with ghostbusters. Now it is a hotel within the reach of almost everyone. For the city in which it is located has good offers. Clean and well kept rooms. Clean linen and very friendly staff. Parking is very expensive, but there are not many alternatives to have the car available in & out at any time with a daily fixed price. For me, a very positive experience and a good position.
Beautiful hotel. Well situated location for downtown entertainment and access to the metro system. Maintains aspects of nostalgia. The lobby area and restaurants are awesome. The rooms could be a little better.
I came to this hotel for an event and we were promised a room that holds 8 people. We got a room with 2 beds, the square footage alone does not fit 2 more beds. There is not actual bath or counter in the restroom. We have been ignored for over an hour with out our luggage cart. I will be begging my event to leave this Cockroach infested dump
The hotel offers 5-star rating service for everyone in the hotel exceeded our expectations. Check-in process was very easy. Ms. Sofia is very accommodating upon our check-in process. The rooms are exemplary clean and organized the way it should be. The facilities are excellent. We love the view from our room especially during at night. The roofdeck restaurant also adds up to a memorable stay. Kudos to all the staff of this hotel for the wonderful experience!
Valet was quick and responsive! Guest bathrooms were also very clean, architecture and artwork in the emerald hall was beautifull, ghis building has been here for a very long time!
The rooms are outdated, the electrical outlets are hanging off the wall, the desk phone was not hooked up to anything- it was like picking up a pretend phone. The bathroom was outdated and my sink was rusty and old. The closet sensor light was not working and would click on and off as I tried to get ready. The bedside lamps did not have plugins and I dragged an old brown extension cord from under the bed to plug in my charger. The only good thing I can say was that it was clean. Otherwise the rooms did not match the appearance of what the hotel lobby tried to portray. I would not recommend this place- especially for the cost. You are better off at Holiday Inn Express. At least they give you free coffee and do not charge you $12!!!!
I came for a conference so I can't speak to the accommodations but the hotel conference rooms are beautiful and ornate. The food was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything seems to be far from LAX but otherwise the location was convenient.
Amazing common areas. Absolutely gorgeous. Good drinks at a reasonable price. Small rooms that could use updates. Tiny bathroom. I couldn't find the toilet until I went in and closed the door...
