Spa with old and clean atmosphere 100 meters from the mouth of the metro, spa leaves much to be desired as they do not have much noise from the outside since the windows are not climatized and it is difficult to rest.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FROM DAY 20 TO AUGUST 23, 2018 AND MADE ME LEAVE A RESERVE OF 100 DOLLARS OF DEPOSIT THAT TELL ME THAT I WOULD BE REIMBURSED ONCE WE DID CHECK-OUT THE ROOM AND DAY OF TODAY THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED TO ME, I HAVE SENT THEM VARIOUS EMAILS AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER, ALSO THE HOTEL IS ANTIQUE AND IN THE FINANCIAL AREA OF THE CITY NOT THE TOURISTIC ROZANDO A ZONE WITH MANY VAGABUNDOS AND NOTHING OF INTEREST FOR THE SURROUNDINGS SO WHY WHAT IS PAY FOR NIGHT AT THIS HOTEL AND ITS LOCATION IS MORE RECOMMENDED TO CHOOSE ANOTHER MORE CENTRAL HOTEL OF THE TOURIST PLACES IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE TIME AND MONEY IN DISPLACEMENTS.
ALSO FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED WITH THE WIFI BOTH IN YOUR WEB PAGE AND IN OTHERS AS BOOKING ETC .. IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOM INDICATE WIFI HIGH SPEED THING THAT IS UNCERTAIN I HAVE MEASURED AND IN THE BEST OF THE CASES ARRIVE AT 5 Mbs DE DOWNLOAD SO I CAN CONFIRM THAT YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS SECURELY CAPPED AT THAT SPEED BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A WIFI VERY POWERFUL. Last update at the end I made the deposit refund that I had to do but never responded to the emails that I sent.

I've stayed at this hotel four times now, and it has quickly become my go-to place in SF. The rooms are spacious and clean, beautiful views (I think I've had rooms on all sides. No bad views anywhere!) helpful friendly staff that actually greet you as you come and go. Great location- close to everything, but not as frantic as union square. I couldn't be happier. I come to CA monthly and from now on, this is my first choice!

Very classy hotel with lots of history. Fortunate enough to be right across from the place of work I was visiting for the week. I was quite impressed by the decor and atmosphere. Rooms are well kept and the food service is an A+. The bar/restaurant serves some of the best salt&pepper wings. Great after a long day with a cold beer. There are rumors of ghost but I didn't see any hehe. Give it a try folks I think you'll like it.

Outstanding hotel. The prices are fair given the location, accommodations, and the fact that this location is not far from the Staples center and Los Angeles Convention Center.

I have stayed here a few times, and those few times have been great.

Beautiful property. Historic hotel. The bed was not comfortable and the shower curtain billowed into the tub. Hate that. The bathroom was tiny. But the architecture and old photos were spectacular.

A hotel with 5 stars! You were here a week ago. I was intrigued by this hotel's service and cleanliness. The pole was so welcoming. It was so comfortable in the pool and the jacuzzi. It was, overall, an amazing experience. Excellent accommodation at a reasonable cost. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

I must say upon entry, The Millennium Biltmore is beautiful; just plain beautiful. The restoration of this remarkable hotel is just that remarkable. The ceilings, the walls, the columns, and the history is impressive. Regrettably this seems to be where the major focus lied, and many small details left unaddressed.

I arrived the weekend of the LA Marathon and saying the property was swamped is an understatement. Amidst this hustle and bustle the staff maintained poise and managed to move an army of people rather quickly. I would actually like to commend the staff as they managed to remain friendly, capable, and timely. At onset the renovation and team members were impressive, however, once checked in and after arrival in my room I was a bit disappointed. The hallways, as some others have stated, carry an unfamiliar smell or odor, along with carpeting clearly taped down with gaffers tape and paint in need of rampant repair. My room, albeit very spacious, was in need of repair in many facets and the list is rather long and invasive. I feel as one renovation has finished, the remodel should begin.

Giving credit to the amount of effort required to renovate a property of this age and size, one cannot slight the entire property for peeling paint, odors, and yesterday s technology. Nevertheless, until the room renovation occurs, The Biltmore will ever so slightly miss the mark.

They changed my room rate when I arrived to the tune of an additional $200 dollars. The rooms are really small. There is no self parking. House keeping doesn't give you an extra tp roll like a normal hotel. The tubs take forever to drain even if you just shower. I will never come back.

Elegance, European style. Utter luxury, in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA. Tea time-- a la British style. Exquisite. Divine. Makes you feel like a princess. I shared this experience with my 4 beautiful daughters, it was precious. Staff is extremely polite. Truly like the good ol' days. It is noisy at night (being it's located downtown). Ask for a room in the quieter part of the hotel. Will be back again!

Beautiful, early 20th century architecture makes this hotel such an attractive place to stay. Easy access to The Broad and to the Walt Disney Concert Hall makes this hotel a great selection for the culturally included tourist.

COVID has changed few things but the service remains spectacular. There is no room service, both restaurants are closed but Rendezvous Court has sandwiches and beverages 24/7. You must wear mask in all common areas. 2 people at time in elevators. If you're staying more than one night, not cleaned and sanitized every day. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, it is fantastic place for little peace and quiet. I look forward to my next stay.

The drinks at the bar are like the hotel itself: Classics, well done. We weren't disappointed by the Old Hollywood charm and classy glamour of the hotel, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Be aware you'll be charged extra for valet if you need to park a car!

This is certainly a beautiful hotel. We had a very nice, comfortable, quiet room...in fact, the lack of street noise heard in the room was surprising for the hotel being situated in the heart of downtown LA. I liked looking at all the historical pictures they have throughout the hotel. The Biltmore is decadence at its finest.

Right on Grand Ave.
Many attractions within walking distance, subway station after the Pershing Park in 4 minutes. All metro buses and Dash buses are nearby

Totally beautiful architecture, reminds me of Hearst Castle inside. We did not stay here overnight but there is a historical tour as well, which is fairly interesting. It's worth walking through to check it out.

The BUILDING is gorgeous. The staff, other than Leo, was unbelievably rude and mostly unhelpful. We spent more on one night here than we did on a week at a resort in Vegas, but the hotel in Vegas took much better care of us.

So we expected more from such a hotel. It lives on its reputation in the past and if you do not fit into the pattern, you will be treated differently.
Positive is the staff in the breakfast area, which is more than accommodating and helpful.
The fitness area also lives in the past, as well as the pool ... It stinks, is dirty and you do not feel very well.

nice hotel with great interior, worth seeing. Service is good, staff friendly. Only the reception is a disaster with very slow, grumpy and unwilling women.
The environment offers little entertainment, but many homeless people.

Hotel was basic, nothing special. Stayed there sept 20 til the 21st. Called numerous of times and had to leave messages to receive a call back and still have not received a call and its been over a week. Was supposed to get my deposit back and I'm still waiting...will not be going back to this hotel..wish I had a better experience

Rooms are nice. However there aren't the same amenities of other nice hotels like a pool or gym. While there is a bar and restaurants, it's more difficult to grab a quick coffee or breakfast. You'll have to go around the corners and nearby options aren't great.

BED BUGS!

BED BUGS!
Beware! I recently stayed in this hotel and on the last two nights of my stay woke up with bed bug bites alongside my body and one bite ON MY EYELID. I stayed in room 868. I let the front desk know about the issue and will try to follow up to see if they properly handle this. Just be EXTREMELY cautious if you decide to stay here
