After researching electric vehicles I had my heart set on a Kona EV. Dealerships in the southwest are unable to sell them so I selected Heritages Hyundai Towson based upon price and also great reviews. We worked with Jack Coco who answered our questions and shepherded us through all that was needed to purchase the car from WAY out of state. There s extra paperwork and coordinating with a notary service and banks to do this but he was patient and always prompt with instructions and answers. We selected a transport service but Jack coordinated loading the vehicle with the driver in Maryland. We knew we were in good hands. A few weeks after first contacting Heritage our new EV arrived in New Mexico. It was worth the wait and we love it! We hope to start local people talking about how great EVs are and in so doing, save a few polar bears! Thanks Heritage Hyundai and Jack Coco!

I had an amazing experience working with Karl here at Hyundai Mile One. I came in on a Friday and wasn t too comfortable with the process of purchasing a car but he made the process so smooth and easy I ended up coming back to purchase within a 2 day time frame. Definitely recommend this dealership as well as Mr. Karl Smith ! He s the real deal, no pressure, no sales pitch and he s willing to go the extra mile to save you some coins !

My girlfriend and I bought a Hyundai Sante Fe Sport from Annapolis Hyundai last night. Let me start off by saying that the Internet sales guy, Chris Zook, was great. He responded quickly most of the time, and was able to answer all of my questions.

This is in stark contrast to Stan Gabrovski, the Internet sales guy for Heritage Hyundai in Towson. When I asked Stan for answers, this is what he said, "We dont sale (sic) vehicles over the internet . We sale (sic) them to people who come here ." That's a direct quote from one of their Internet sales consultants. Let that sink in for a moment. Needless to say, I didn't choose to purchase from Heritage Hyundai.

My experience with Towson Hyundai has been a pleasant one. Everyone there including the salesman Bristol Johnson had a pleasant disposition and seemed genuinely interested in how they could earn my business and give me the best options for my budget. During the process I didn't feel that I had someone riding my back to purchase a car or that I was being subjected to some kind of manipulation even though I know it does exist inside of many car dealerships. Just to note I was there with my family and had a lot of support in making my decision. I was filled with anxiety during the process as this was my first car purchase but overall, I walked away with the car and the payments I wanted. I hope every experience I have in the future with Towson Hyundai is like this one.

I was shopping for a new Tuscon 2016 and went to several dealerships. I found that the Heritage Towson Hyundai employs the most professional people. At the other two places I went to, people either were too pushy and unpleasant, or did not seem to care about my needs, my schedule, and personal circumstances.
I usually do not enjoy dealing with sales folks, but Stan made it very comfortable and stress-free. I love the car he found for me and the service he provided! I highly recommend Stan!

I came to the Towson location to get an oil change. All of the front desk service employees(interacted with 2 employees) enthusium were like a zombie. I was also greeted by a young lady(the only employee during my vist who I will give a thumbs up ) who came to my car when I first arrived and wrote up the paper work I did not have my car serviced at this location, instead I went to Hyuandi in Dundalk. Front desk employees were alive and ftiendly

So I went to the dealership on Friday (7/19) and I...

So I went to the dealership on Friday (7/19) and I test drove my car, amazing drive, fell in love with the car right away. I still needed to be approved though. So I went home and waited for Saturday, Stan let s me know that I now have to wait until Monday to see if I got approved. Little annoying but okay fine. So Monday comes along, I get approved. Yay! I go pick up the car. I m there for 3 hours and for about 30 minutes of that 3 hours Stan gets up and helps a completely different customer stating that he had to go get a paper from the printer. He comes back 10 minutes later to tell me I m getting served by someone else and then proceeds to test drive other cars with some other customer. I work with the manager and get everything approved. I m told that there s nothing wrong with the car and that it was inspected so I drive it home. It s about a 30 minute drive, I m able to drive it home just fine and then I had to run a couple of errands. That same night THE ENGINE OVERHEATS BECAUSE ITS LOW ON COOLANT. Not sure who inspected the vehicle but obviously they glossed over some stuff. I had to refill the coolant and oil myself. The next morning my engine is still overheating. I call the dealership and they come pick it up and give me a loaner. Then the next day Stan calls and tells me there s a leak in the water pump. He says it might ve happened on the drive home. Why would it start leaking a DAY after I got it. Someone didn t properly inspect the vehicle. So they return the vehicle Saturday. It s still overheating!! Whatever mechanic fixed it didn t tighten the hose clamp completely and the car started leaking coolant again! I had to have my personal mechanic troubleshoot the car and now it s working fine. All I got out of this whole mess was reimbursement on the money I spent to repair a car that should not have had to have repairs this early on, and 2 free oil changes. If you re a new driver and looking for a good used car, I wouldn t recommend coming here. Stan was constantly interrupting me when we spoke on the phone which was super unprofessional and whenever I sent him an email he was always busy . I don t care if your busy or not, you sell a faulty vehicle to a customer you better be trying everything you can to solve it. I m only giving 3 stars because the service manager Bryan Anderson was a hell of a lot easier to talk to than Stan.

I scheduled an OIL change for 1pm on my day off. I arrived at 12:40, and the service line was several cars long each lane, but I waited and was able to check in relatively quickly. I was told that the oil change would take an hour to and hour and fifteen minutes. With it being as busy as it was, I was fine with that. After two hours of waiting, I went to ask how long it would take, and was told at that moment my sheet was send over and I needed two filters changed. I asked how long I was told 20 more minutes. Still no car. Finally, at 3:20 they come and get me. I ask if the car vacuum, the service man says yes. I check out and go to my car and am told to go sit back down because they are still vacuuming. There is absolutely no point in scheduling an appointment if they aren t going to stick with the appointment times and get things done in a reasonable time. I drive from almost Delaware to come to Heritage for the service, and I regret it now that I ve wasted half my day off waiting on an oil change.

My fiancee and I went to Heritage Hyundai to test drive a 2017 Elantra. As we browsed the lot, we were greeted by Thomas Hamme. He helped us along during the entire process. We ended up test driving several cars and he was very patient with us as we wavered back and forth on what type of vehicle we wanted. We decided on a fully loaded 2013 Sonata and Thomas never pressured us or tried to change our mind. He was very understanding of our budget and went above and beyond to help us even after we purchased the vehicle. We would definitely recommend Thomas and Heritage Hyundai.

Deanna Parks is very professional and nice I came in at 4:40 for an oil change and she warn me that it might not get done because of the time I came in however she said let me see what I can do she came back and got it done! She also gave me updated information on a important recall. As I m typing this review my she came to me letting me know that my service is almost done. I ve never got this type of service at this location GREAT JOB AND THANKS FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES! I look forward to working with you in the future with my hyundai !

Stan Gabrovski at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Mary...

Stan Gabrovski at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Maryland exceeded my expectations. I had been wanting to trade my 2011 Sonata in for quite some time and had taken my time searching but one day, just happened upon Heritage after work. I was in no rush to sell my car as I wanted a decent deal for it. Car Max in White Marsh and Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie were more than disappointing so I was almost ready to give up for a few months. In short, ince I arrived, I was great by Stan in a matter of minutes. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a car or badgered by any salesperson. Stan took the time to ask me what it was I had, what I was looking for, what price range I would be comfortable with, etc. He showed me several options and just made the overall experience easy, comfortable and pleasant. Upon finding a car I wanted, there was actually a mishap in which another salesperson had sold the car a few hours prior, a fact that Stan was not aware of. To be honest....as upset as I was about the perfect car no longer being avaiable (the color I wanted, model, and most importantly the price range), I was ready to walk away. Surprisingly enough Stan seemed more upset than I was! He worked out a deal in which I actually got a better car (upgrade) but was able to keep the same car payment that I would have had with the previous one. I absolutely LOVE my car and could not have been any happier with the whole ordeal. In the weeks following, Stan has called and email to make sure everything has been working properly and to ask if I had any questions. Therefore, in addition to a very clean and polished dealership, ask for Stan...a man who is polite, genuinely good person and a great saleman and you will walk out of Heritage with a smile on your face!

Today, I took my car in for a last minute repair which I didn't realize was going to be so complex. My service advisor John was very helpful and made the whole process painless! He promptly took care of everything for me and stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on. Also, I was shuttled to and from my job and both of those employees were very nice as well! I'm very impressed with the excellent service I received today!

Had a simple oil change.

Had a simple oil change.
Also, mystery was resolved as to why my trunk release was not working. The technician was able to locate the trunk lock in my glovebox, which solved the problem. The button is small and positioned in a location that is hard to see. I must have accidentally hit it when putting items in the glovebox. The manual had no info on this feature.

Service tech was professional and provided updated.

I was still not able to get my complimentary car wash.

I could not have had a better experience with the ...

I could not have had a better experience with the team at Heritage Hyundai. I live about 90 miles away, so most of the price negotiation was done over the phone and through email -- in the end, Heritage crushed any of the local dealerships with an absolutely amazing offer. My salesman, Greg Lineway, was attentive while we communicated long distance, and kept up the professionalism when we arrived at the dealership. My chosen vehicle was ready for a test drive on arrival, exactly as I wanted it with no more and no less addons than Greg and I had agreed to. Greg helped us find the best combination of financing and rebates to save as much money as possible. The finance manager was wonderful and not pushy when he offered the additional coverages for the vehicle. He got us in and out of his office with no fuss. Emma delivered the vehicle beautifully, helping me set up my Apple CarPlay and explaining all the new features that my old car didn't have. She also gave some excellent advice -- don't drive 90 miles with active lane keep assist if you're not used to it! My safety and comfort was her first priority.

Overall, I could not have been happier with my experience at Heritage Hyundai. I got a great deal on my new 2019 Elantra SEL and received nothing but respectful and professional service.

In particular, I'd like to commend this dealership for treating me like a customer, not a woman.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Delaware and Philadelphia area -- their service, selection, and prices were so much better than local dealerships. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle by making the 90 mile trip to Towson. You won't regret it!

Meh. I arranged an appointment for a factory recall. Filled out all the pre-visit forms and have been there before, so they should already have my information. Arrived, waited onsite, and was quickly told that I needed well over $2500 in other repairs - but the one I came in for, no - they didn't have the part. Rescheduled me for about 3 weeks out. seems pretty odd and untrustworthy to not fix my car for the reason I came in (waste of time) but was ready and willing to let me know I had $100's of other things they could do. Make one appointment, have the parts ready (factory recall) fix it - then let me know if I had other issues.
Not really impressed.

Last week, I saw a promotion for a $50 if you test drive a Hyundai vehicle. I filled out the online form to sign up, and was given the location to go to. I haven't had the time to even think about going yet, but I receive multiple calls, emails, and text messages from these people every single day wanting to discuss "my inquiry." I replied multiple times through multiple channels saying I'm not interested, but clearly they never read the responses. It's insane. LEAVE ME ALONE.

I am writing a pretty late review. My visit was on Saturday 8/27/16. My boyfriend and I drove to this dealership because I know someone who recently purchased a car from them.

We arrive sometime between 2pm and 3pm, the place was pretty packed. We spoke to someone that said they would get a salesperson to speak with us. In his defense, he came back after 10 minutes and told us that he was going to check to see if anyone was available again. After waiting another 10 minutes, my boyfriend began to get agitated and so did I. My boyfriend asked to see if someone else could find someone, but that person never came back to tell us if someone was free. After waiting another 10 minutes, I had decided to leave. My boyfriend tried again to see if we could get help, but I didn't want to wait any longer. On our way out, we saw the initial person that we spoke to walk past us. He didn't say anything and he looked like he was rushing somewhere. We ended up buying from another dealer that day.

I'm sure this may be a good dealership to go to, but my only suggestion is not to arrive in the afternoon on a Saturday.

As a young adult female, I'm always wary about going in for car repairs because I'm worried I'll be taken advantage of or treated like I'm unintelligent. I didn't feel this way at all at Heritage Hyundai. Joey, my service advisor, was helpful from the minute I called ahead to when I drove off the lot. He explained exactly what they were doing, the limits of my warranty, and how long the diagnostics and work would take. Great guy and easy to get along with. Made me feel like I was a valued customer even though everything was covered under my warranty. Most importantly, they didn't "invent" problems so they could charge me more since my work was covered. Will definitely come back in the future!

Heritage Hyundai is very efficient, and has always performed quality service on my vehicle. They don't try to upsell you on services that aren't necessary for your vehicle, and will try to save you money when they can by suggesting to repair rather replace a broken part. They even vacuum out your vehicle after the work is completed.

I am also pleased with my car from Hyundai. I bought the Hyundai Sonata Limited with the Ultimate package. It is a high end car with all the technology I could ever wished to have in a car. It is also very nice inside and outside. My car needed to have repairs done due to a recall but I decided to go ahead and get an oil change and other maintenance work done since the car was there. It was easy to set up an appointment online. I received a friendly greeting and the repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. All in all it was a pleasant experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson.

I experienced exceptional customer service on yesterday when I went to look for a new Sonata to replace the one I purchased there 6 years prior which got hit and totaled. My sales agent was Jack Coco and he was phenomenal!!! He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly what exceptional customer service looks like.

I love my new car. I got exactly what I wanted and he got it for me at a price I could afford. He, his manager, the finance officer and general manager even made sure my experience at Heritage was perfect. Thank you gentlemen for all you did and do to serve the customer. Jackie Coco is great. My husband and I bought a certified pre-owned 2016 Sonata here a couple of weeks ago and am happy with it so far. The only reason for 4 stars is there was a minor issue with the door that I didn't notice until after I drove home from the dealership. However, I called Jackie immediately - he was extremely responsive and got an appointment in the service department right away to get the issue resolved. Service department took care of it and the car is now perfect. Love it. Thankful to have such an attentive, personable salesman like Jackie who really cares about his customers, their experience, and getting them into a nice car for a good price.

Just bought a car there and had a great experience. John the sales manager and I texted back and forth on finding me the best car possible within my budget. I get annoyed when dealers constantly call and want to meet to talk over prices, but John was great in that we did most of our deal over text message. Doing this allowed me to take my time deciding which car I wanted and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want at a price I didn't want. Haven't had this experience before and was greatly pleased. Also they waived the destination fee even though they had to dive an hour to get the car from their other location. Most places will charge you a fee even if the car is already there.

In December 2019, my husband and I accompanied my son to help him buy his first car. We contacted a dealer ahead of time, Ibrahim Kassim. He was great. Very friendly and answered all our questions. Our son lives in MD, while we live in NJ, so it was quite a drive for us to help him out. But worth it. The day my son bought his car was a very long day, as car buying usually is, but actually turned out to be a pretty great experience. Ibrahim was wonderful, as was everyone else we met that day, including Jason Templeton and Demetria Jackson. They were all friendly and we often joked around with them. But best of all, they were willing to work with us. My son got a really awesome deal and a low monthly payment for his new Hyundai. We are very grateful to everyone there. I even got to speak to the General Manager, John Holliday, who was very nice and very respectful to me. Thank you to Heritage for helping our family.

Last week my wife and I bought a second new car from Heritage Hyundai in the last two years. The first one we bought was a 2013 Santa Fe Sport and we really enjoy the car. Tom Hamme was our salesman and did an excellant job of helping us find the right car at the right price. Two years later (last week), my wife and I bought a Hyundai Sonata with Tom's help. His service was excellant and he ensured that we recieved all of our discounts. He even assisted us after we recognized a typo in the paperwork that caused the cost of the car to increase by $50 to help rectify the situation. In the context of a car, $50 is not much money, but at the end of the day it is money. Tom's courtesy and professionalism was essential in all aspects of our decision making process when car shopping.

This past Thursday, I purchased my first new vehic...

This past Thursday, I purchased my first new vehicle, a 14 Elantra, from Heritage Hyundai in Towson. I worked with Bristol Jordan, who you see so often in previous (glowing) reviews. My experience with Heritage, and with Bristol in particular, was simply first-rate.

As someone who has never taken the time to digest the automotive business, I could have easily fell victim to the ol bait and switch (just being honest people). Instead, Bristol proved courteous, knowledgeable, and likeable without shoving a sales approach down my throat. I especially remember his guidance on Hyundai s warranties and the Elantra s electronic capabilities. This man KNOWS his company s products. I can t overstate that fact.

With zero hesitation, I would return to Heritage Hyundai for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks to these marvelous warranty terms, I will be seeing them throughout life of my Elantra for upkeep and routine repairs.

If you re even thinking about buying a Hyundai, see Bristol at Heritage. You won t be disappointed.

Purchased a very gently used 2012 Hyundai Sonata L...

Purchased a very gently used 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited from this dealership. They had a good selection of cars, both used and new. Jennifer Cahill, my sales associate was extremely pleasant and helpful over the course of the afternoon. I drove a loaner car onto their lot as my old car was in the shop needing an engine replacement (half the cost of a Sonata). Jennifer even drove with me to the Mini dealership to return the loaner, saving me a trip later that day.

After I drove the car home I noticed a dent on the roof of the car and called the dealership to see if they would remove the dent free of charge, knowing that they should have fixed it prior to selling but had most likely just not seen it. They removed the dent for free within 2 hours of bringing the car in and gave me a loaner in the meantime. Thanks to the sales manager, Jason for making this happen. Service was also great on this visit, but I miss having my car washed when serviced like at Mini, Carmax and BMW in the past. Seems like it should be pretty standard, but I'll take a low price on a car over a free wash any day.

I'll reserve the 5 stars for another couple of service visits. Let's hope their service department is as good as their sales team is.

I m very impressed with this dealership taking car...

I m very impressed with this dealership taking care of one of my daughters cars 1 with the motor recalls n then other recalls on her car. She had taken it to Len Stoler Hyndia and got a run around and was told nothing was wrong with the car . Took it to heritage after talking to customer care service in California and my daughter had to go through the testing again but once it failed they kept the car . And within a week or so new motor n repaid my daughter for the rental. Heritage n Hyndia took care of her like family Len Stoler treated like a X wife did nothing but lie to her. Thank you Heritage for treating my kid like yours ~ Nick Lane

Last night, I had the wonderful experience of buying my first new car! I went and saw Jennifer Cahill at Heritage Hyundai Towson and could not have been more pleased. Jennifer gladly went over all information and did every thing in her power to make my monthly payments fit my budget. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend, not a salesperson. What a relief! I highly recommend Heritage Hyundai Towson and if you are stopping by the shop, be sure to ask for Jennifer and you will be in great hands!

I can't describe in words how much phenomenal services she provided. . Jenifer you made it easy and very delightful to purchase our brand new Hyundai Sonata. My daughter loves it. We drove away with a big smile on our face. I will be recommending anybody and everybody to you when it's time for them to purchase a car. take care and keep up the good work.

First of all, I purchased a brand new car a couple...

First of all, I purchased a brand new car a couple of weeks ago, and my horn does not work and I didn't know it didn't work until I tried to use it 2 days ago. When I pulled up this morning, I asked them could they tell me why my horn doesn't work, and they said do you have an appointment... I said no I do not, they said they were swamped and could not take a look at this issue. Unfortunately, even as a brand new car this wouldn't have even passed a Maryland State Inspection! Which means that it is a safety issue for me and others on the road. They were not polite about it either, and they did not offer me an option to leave the car with them or to get me a rental or a loaner
...just not good!

Service is terrific. Tonya was so nice and professional. She made me feel important.
The shuttle driver was wonderful too. Both Tonya and Bill are assets to Heritage Honda and I hope top administrative recognize this.

I was making arrangements to lease a car from this...

I was making arrangements to lease a car from this dealership. They showed they had 5 online that I was interested in. I emailed with one lady who said they had four available! when could i come in?! she directed me to a salesperson that i spoke on the phone with. 5 more were en route to the dealership! I asked for a formal quote to be emailed to me and he said i'd have it within an hour. i offered to make a deposit on my credit card to hold the vehicle for a few days til i could get there on the weekend. he said that wasn't needed and asked if 11:45am would work. perfect!

four hours later i still didn't have it so i called back. the salesman didn't answer, but his voicemail gave the option to speak with his manager, so i did. he promised he would get with the salesperson and they would get me the quote.

the next morning i still don't have the emailed quote. shortly after they open, i receive a voicemail from a different gentleman claiming to be the sales manager and that he wanted to make sure i had all of the info i needed. obviously i didn't.

i call him back less than an hour later to find out if he could get me the quote and now ALL of the vehicles are apparently sold?!

wow, good thing i didn't get in the car to make the 4 hour (one way!) drive that i was about to set out on!

sleazy all around! nice work, Heritage Hyundai!

Edit: they are NOT able to get the vehicle I wanted (to be fair, other dealerships are also sold out) but they did offer to sell lease me a different model for over twice as much.

Great car buying experience with Stan Grabovski. Low pressure, professional, thorough. Test drove a couple of cars and very happy with my new Hyundai Tucson. I had gone to a few other dealerships and got that stereotypical car salesman vibe. Not here. Highly recommend.

just had a lot of work done on my 2011 tuscon with 90,000 miles on it.
timing chain, oil valve, and a few other things. they honored their warranty
and did not charge me a dime they even paid for a rental for 5 days at no cost to me. A pleasure to deal with a service department that doesnt try to wrangle their way out of a warranty. they are the only service dept. I have trusted in over 30 years I usually try to do all my own work on my vehicles for that reason. when it is time I will buy from them again.

I was given enough information about other needed work, and was cordial always. Great job at the service counter staff, especially Ms Latoya Fowlkes

Took them 2 hours to do an oil change. The waiting room was really cold the whole time. My advisor didn't really explain the issues listed and when I left my read out didn't give any specifics with issues found either. Overall a waste of time!
