I bought new 2014 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Limited turbo from them about 2 weeks ago. Everyone was very nice at the dealership. They gave me a good deal right up front and everything worked out great. I'll be trying them for service in the future. I'll consider them for my next car purchase, whenever that may be

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited one week...

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited one week ago. Her name is Sasha. My Sales Consultant is Rudy Raley. He is the most caring, diligent, and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with. This is the third car I've purchased from him. He kept in mind that I was looking for a car with great value for my money. Rudy worked very hard to find the best deal for me. I am very satisfied and I love Sasha. Rudy called me after the sale to make sure everything was going well. He also called to set up an appointment for me to bring the car in for paint protection per my warranty. I also want to thank my finance person - Randy. He made spending my money very pleasant. :) Oh yeah Randy! Don't forget to practice your penmanship. Overall, what an awesome experience and it didn't take LONG. Stop by and talk to Rudy. You'll never regret it!!

I went to this dealer based on the reviews I've read online and I'm so glad I did! STAN was my consultant and he went above and beyond my expectations. I bought my first car with him and he made it all look easy and processed everything smoothly. He handled all my concerns professionally and provided me necessary information about the car that really suits my needs. Great service, friendly staff and nice place. Highly recommended!

Worst sales experience that I have ever had smh I went there looking for a cheaper deal than what honda had offered me. They basically called me a liar and said that honda had not offered me the deal that I informed them of. Well, thanks to your terrible customer service, I am now the proud owner of a leased 2020 civic that only had 14 miles on it.

My experience at Heritage Towson was superb! Dennis was the salesperson. He was very pleasant, supportive, and informative. His service and attention to detail were excellent! I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle. In addition, the general manager, and finance manager were especially attentive to my inquiries and ensured that I receive the finest service possible. All followed up with me to check to see if I was still satisfied with my purchase! I couldn't ask for a more satisfying car-buying experience! I will definitely return to Heritage Towson and Dennis for my next vehicle purchase!!!

I had a great experience and got lots of help from the whole team. Faran Eini my sales consultant was very patient and tentative and the management team was very helpful Walt McDonald the sales manager gave a great deal and Nima Karan explained all the terms perfectly in the business office. I highly recommend working with Faran if you want to buy a new or used car, he may be new but he is amazing to work with.

Heritage Hyundai Towson has one of the best service teams I've EVER experienced, Everyone from Deanna, to Matt & Ms. Pat... They all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and treated with fairness and integrity! Great people over there at Hyundai Towson! I usually have my vehicle serviced at Hyundai Catonsville but took my car to Towson for the first time last week and lets just say I will be going to Hyundai Towson from now on! They were patient with me, answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure that I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. They truly went above and beyond!

Was coming back for my first oil change only because it was complementary however this will be the last time I m having my car serviced here. I make an appointment for 2:20 and wasn t greeted or taken back to meet with someone until 2:34 so who knows when they actually started working on my car. I was told my car would be about an hour and it is now 5 pm and I had to call to be placed on hold for an additional 7 minutes for them to state it would take an additional 15-20 minutes. After voicing my concerns of my wait time there was little to no concern from the receptionist. What is the point in making an appointment and told a wait time when clearly the customers time is not valuable. It would have been nice to receive a call stating things were running behind so my day could be adjusted accordingly.

It was a very good day. We went there after having gone to a Kia Dealer. We didn't have an appointment but were welcomed by Mr. Richard Weis. I feel he should be named "Salesman of the Year". He was very knowledgeable, patient, & caring. He gave us his undivided attention. His energy was truly infectious. He made sure we would be satisfied customers & when we walked out the door, we were ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED.
If you are car-hunting I recommend you stop into HERITAGE HYUNDAI of TOWSON.

We were shopping for a new 2020 Sante Fe SEL w/convenience package in White w/Black & Beige interior. I had gone to truecar and received several calls from dealers in the area. First we went to the dealer where I had purchased my 2018 Sonata Sport figuring we'd get a good deal there. We test drove the car there and loved it. They were willing to work with us on the price based on the quote I received from Heritage Hyundai of Towson (Sarah Herr the Internet manager). But while we were there for over 3 hours...they couldn't find a car for us...hemmed and hawed about the trade in and ended up telling us to take our trade in to Carmax because they couldn't even match Carmax' offer. I found the car in Pennsylvania (over 75 miles away) while the salesman and manager where trying to find one. Not impressed. They also wouldn't give us 0% Financing for 72 months. So we set a time to go see Stan at Heritage.

Not only did Stan make the entire process painless, he as well as the Sales Manager Justin were able to get the car for us from PA, give us an even better price AND give us more for our trade in than Carmax offered. I usually leave a dealer feeling like I had been taken no matter what "deal" I may have gotten. Not this time. Excellent communication, no pressure and they made us feel like they really wanted us to be happy with their service. I can't recommend Heritage Hyundai of Towson enough and Stan G and Justin were GREAT to work with. Get your Hyundai here!

Absolutely avoid at all cost! We came to this deal...

Absolutely avoid at all cost! We came to this dealership twice after seeing a car we liked online and inquiring about it. Really surprised the dealership has so many good reviews.
In both cases they came up with a dodgy tale of why the car, conveniently the lower priced option, was not there and offered another that was a worse deal.
The second time we went, the salesperson even came over with the "car keys" and said he'll go fetch the car. After 10 minutes he came back saying some other employee must have driven it away, asked us if we want to wait or see another one. We insisted on waiting so after half an hour total he came and said it was actually involved in an accident which he himself was involved in but somehow forgot. He isn't even a good liar, at this point he wasn't even trying to hide it. Naturally we did not buy a car from them that day.

My service advisor Latoya was very polite and did explain why the flu may make my routine service longer than usual. The warning was appreciated. The fact that she sold me my Sonata and then had it serviced was interesting but certainly OK with me !! The whole experience with Latoya was a lot better than I thought it would be.

The most competitively priced dealership I found, however I ended up being physically at this dealership for over 8 hours! I paid the price in ways other then monetarily. I would not do business here again. I love the vehicle I purchased here, but the sales experience left MUCH to be desired.

I was not pressured into buying and these gentlemen did everything they could in making the deal affordable and easy for me. You will have a VERY hard time walking out of this...

You will have a VERY hard time walking out of this dealership without buying a car!!!! Especially with the wonderful Ms. Jennifer! I walked in just to look @ a Genesis to see if I even liked it, being I didn't want to give up my Honda Accord Coupe.. Everyone is great, friendly, and helpful, from Jennifer to the sales manager to the finance person. Jennifer actually washed my car to get us out quicker and even babysat our 16 month old while I signed papers and my Husband transferred stuff to new car!

I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from this dealership over this past weekend! Stan Gabrovski was a great salesman to work with. He asked a couple questions to find out what I was looking for (or not looking for in the vehicle) and just on a few things I said, he picked out a car that was exactly what I wanted. He encouraged me to look at the other similar vehicles but I still ended up going with his original pick on a vehicle. He went over all the options that came with this particular car and showed me everything. He even gave me a quick demo on how to sync with phone to the vehicle. I asked for Roof Racks to be included and he was able to find them in the dealerships inventory room and even installed them for me. He transferred my trade-in vehicles tags to this new vehicle too! He took the time to show me the online Hyundai websites and Bluelink sites and went over everything to get my accounts all set up. Top notch service with a very good salesman! Thanks for everything Stan!! :-)

It was the worse misdiagnosed the problem said they did brake inspection, don't believe it, they don't take the tires of to look at brakes so it can't be trusted. Sent me away saying brakes were ok and the brake calipers on the front right were locke.horrible I could have had a serious accident on the road.

Stan is a superstar!! I went in on my lunch break without an appointment on a Fri, looking for a car I saw online. Stan immediately greeted me and I explained that I was on lunch but I already knew the car I wanted was at the Owings Mills location but I work in Towson. Stan looked up the car told me I was correct and requested that the car be brought over. When I arrived at 6:30p the car was there and we went on a test drive. Long story that car didn't work with my budget so started to explore other options. After looking at multiple used cars and no pressure from him, he asked what did I think about a new car. He explained it was up to me and told me about different rebates so I said, "What the heck lets try." I test drove a Tuscon and it was nice but I wanted to look some more. It was starting to get late (like 930p) and Stan assured me to take my time. Next I wanted to test a Sonata which was located on their overflow lot a few blocks away. Stan asked another staff member to bring the car over and he did. I later found out this over staff member was actually about to go home but went above and beyond to help out (I wish I knew his name). We went on the 3rd test YES 3rd test drive and the Sonata was excellent. So my decision was made a 2019 Sonata. I was introduced to Bryan for financing and he took me through that process with no stress. He address my questions and got me a good deal. Honestly that process was so quick after I was done I thought I had more papers to sign. By the time I was done with Bryan my new car was washed and waiting.
This is the 2nd car I I have brought at Towson Hyundai and the 1st with Stan. Each time has been an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this dealer and Stan.

Salesman Stan was very unprofessional. I bought my car 12/29/2017. Yesterday on 2/25/2018 a add popped up on my phone that said that u can buy the same exact car as mine with a $8000 discount. The disclaimer ends tomorrow 2/27/2018. I don't get it. I feel i should be entitled to that discount as well.

A great price and great customer service are not mutually exclusive here. I live in central PA and it was worth the 3 he drive down to MD. Best deal, by a lot, that I could find in PA, OH, NY, and NJ. And the customer service...spot on. Not pushy, listened to my concerns and requests and followed through. Not just my sales person, Kevin. He had great support from Sarah and Walt. The dealership was clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Free WiFi, cubicles to plug in your tech and get some work done while you wait. Complimentary drinks. Clean comfortable waiting area.

The only thing bad I noted is they are so busy it's hard to find a place to park.

He worked with my late at night to make the purchase, having gotten the car I wanted in for me in the middle of a rain storm. I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire sales team here. Will certainly be a repeat customer.

Before going to the dealer I spoke to someone on the phone and told them what I was looking for. When I arrived at my scheduled time the sales person listened again to what I wanted and had three vehicles waiting to be test driven. I drove one and that is the one I purchased. I have purchased from another Hyundai dealer in the past and their quality had dropped. I was worried it was a Hyundai thing and not a Dealer thing and was happily surprised to learn it was a Dealer thing. I highly recommend Heritage Hyundai Towson!

although my experience with the sales department and the finance area was great. My experience with the service depart has been horrible. I purchased my 2010 chevy malibu from heritage hyundai in August 2013. Since then I have invested several thousand into the vehicle. I hate this car. I had to replace all four wheels within the first 60 days, at the cost of $140 each. The battery has been replaced 5 times, the first was within the first 30 days. I had to replace the catalytic convertor. No one at Heritage Hyundai informed me that if a light bulb needs to replace in the headlight that will require the entire light fixture to be removed. I replaced both head light bulbs at the cost of $220 each. I had to replace both back lights and brake lights at the final cost of $520.17 (prices includes the labor).The electrical system is going bad as well as the transmission. I hate this car. When I went to heritage I was worried about being approved for a 2010 vehicle. But my salesman Jennifer and the sales manager assured me that I would be able to trade the vehicle in within 6 months. I have been trying to trade the vehicle in since March 2014. Every dealership I go to states that they can not except the trade because I was sold a bad car smh I never been through this before. Beyond frustrated. Every time I calls heritage for assistance I get the run around's. When I contacted their service department regarding the repairs i was given the runarounds. I cry weekly over the frustrations of this car. Im paying a car note on a car that I hate and soon Ill be paying for a car that dont work because the tranmission is failing smh ....Im afraid of going to another dealer because i feel like im going to be put in the same position

Don t waste your time. I had the best experience prior to arriving at the dealership but I ll get straight into it. When I got approved for my car, the price for the car was $1,000 more than it was online so I had them fix that. The guy said it was a mistake, fine no big deal. Then I asked for gap insurance for my car, and as I was signing the paperwork, they had me sign for roadside assistance saying that it was part of the package with my gap. Turns out that it wasn t a package, and was charged over $700 for it. I went back and they still tried to call it a package, and I said that s not a package when there s separate prices. I realized this once I got home to double check I had all my paperwork. I kept it since it s too late to lower my car payment. I have roadside with my car insurance but I plan on trading it in after a few years anyway. Before I left, I noticed a gash in the interior of my hatchback so I told the salesperson about it. Months went by and nothing got done so I finally had to contact the Manager. I bought my car in May, and I was patient to wait until September so I wouldn t be that guy but it was just unprofessional at that point. It also feels like they didn t do a thorough inspecting for not catching that.The manager fixed the issue, and as he hands me my keys to get out of the garage (the doors were closed), I thought he was going to open the garage door. Nope, he walked right to his desk and I had to ask someone to open it so I could get out. THEN, just 4 months after purchase...my check engine light comes on. Even with purchasing a car that cost thousands of dollars, they won t cover under the limited warranty for the emissions leak. Not sure how the emissions light didn t come on prior to inspection if there was a leak or even in the inspection but it cost me $126 just to see if it could be covered after being sent to a different Heritage dealership. Jordan sent me there in hopes that I d get a better deal with my Jeep warranty. But I spent that money out of pocket 4 1/2 months after buying it just to see if it would be covered. My total estimated cost was $330. That s just absolutely ridiculous, and they need to do better. I really wanted to leave a good review but it has just been one thing after another. They don t care about you once you leave the lot. They pretend they do, but they don t. 10/10 would not recommend.
