Got a deal on a vehicle I thought was too good to be true. I fully anticipated the marketed internet price to be similar to other experiences where the dealership advertises all their incentives and specials, of which only a fraction you are able to receive. This was not the case and I still cannot believe the price. I research extensively and it beat everywhere by far, even TrueCar's estimate.

Bristol was friendly, answered all the questions we had and made buying the vehicle as positive as anything I have experienced when dealing with dealerships.

Overall, was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the experience was when I am used to having to work for a deal worth it.

I have purchased three cars from Stan G. at Heritage Hyundai Towson; 2 within the last 3 weeks! The entire Heritage staff were friendly and accommodating; however, when I was ready to get down to business, Stan was the dealer I knew I needed to call. He remained honest and reasonable at all time and followed up after to ensure that we were pleased with our experience. If you are seeking a new or used car, I recommend checking Heritage Hyundai Towson and strongly recommend asking for Stan!

I HAD two cars. In the past two weeks, one car's e...

I HAD two cars. In the past two weeks, one car's engine went up and the other was involved in an accident (and as of this moment) sounds like it will be totaled. I went to Heritage Hyundai to look at a used car and meet Ibrahim Kassim who was wonderful. The used car I was interested in wasn't on the lot so we arranged a time to meet again and Ibrahim made sure the car was there. I didn't want to buy a new car but the manager John Merson who worked out the numbers explained that he could work a deal where I could get a new car. Buying a car should be a fun thing but under my circumstances, it was EXTREMELY stressful. Ibrahim and John helped me to find a car to meet my needs and worked out everything for the new car as well as taking care of getting rid of my "engineless" car. Although I was extremely stressed by all of this, this were just as kind and patient. When I went back a third time, I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. This day I met another wonderful person on the Heritage team, Ty Pearmon. He went through all of the paperwork very clearly and answered all of my questions. Everyone there was just very kind and helpful. Including Angel, who greeted me at the door two of the times I went there. The customer service at Heritage is really some of the best that I have experienced. Thank you!

This place is hands down the best and easiest serv...

This place is hands down the best and easiest service department to deal with. They are prompt, friendly, extremely professional and beyond capable. They do what they say they're going to do and have it done in the time frame they initially give you. If anything comes up, they'll let you know immediately. I can't say enough great things about them. Chris Wright is the best service advisor I've ever had anywhere. The waiting area is comfortable and clean if you decide to wait. Otherwise, there's a complimentary shuttle that will take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. (I'm not sure of the distance limit from their dealership) Dealing with anything car-related has always been something I don't enjoy but Heritage Hyundai has changed that for me.

He explained everything to me as we went along. Not pushy in anyway. I would highly recommend Stan and the Heritage Hyundai Towson group. This is our 2nd car from them.

This dealership is the ABSOLUTE worse dealership ever. In the beginning (of course) they were very accommodating. The sales rep. was able to get the exact model of the car I was searching for. I ended up leasing the car a few years ago. As my lease is due to end soon, I went to the dealership to inquire about my options. The sales rep was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all! I called the dealership a few days later to speak with another sales rep (hoping that maybe the other rep simply had a bad day), and unfortunately, both people I spoke with were EXTREMELY rude as well (from the receptionist to the other rep I spoke with). I called on 3 occasions after those encounters to speak with a manager, and everytime I called, was told that none of the managers were in or available to speak with. To date, I have yet to receive a return call to begin the process of returning the vehicle. I currently have two Hyundai vehicles and WOULD NEVER EVER recommend Heritage Hyundai of Towson to ANYONE!!!!

I can t say enough good things about this dealersh...

I can t say enough good things about this dealership. I went there exclusively, when I had my Veloster, for the routine maintainance and the few actual problems I had. Because I had such good service I bought my Ford Edge form there and will continue to have it serviced there as well. I make it a point to deal with Peggy every time I m there, she s a rock star. She always finds a way to fit me in, even on the last minute service appointments, and has made it a point to make sure my headaches are as painless as possible. Thanks again Peggy for all that you ve done, I hope this finds you!!

Bridgette Holliday helped us out immediately and we found the perfect car. I ended up with an '06 Hyundai Santa Fe for a great price!!!

In the past 7 months I've bought two Sonata's from Heritage Hyundai in Towson Maryland. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Bristol. Each time I bought from Heritage Hyundai Bristol made should I understood exactly what I was getting. He was very knowledgeable on all the different features on the Sonata. I did not feel pressured and am confident that I received the best possible price for each of the vehicles. After I purchased my Sonata back in July two months later I had some questions regarding the mobility program. I was impressed on just how helpful Bristol was even after I had bought the car. I have bought a total of three cars from Heritage in the past four years and will continue to go there for many more years to come.

Let me just say this is one of the greatest dealer...

Let me just say this is one of the greatest dealerships around... The salesman Stan G. Did everything he could to see that I got the best deal and was taken care of not only on this car but my last. I highly recommend that if you are in search of a new vehicle this is the guy you need to see! The overall experience was great, when it comes time to upgrade as the family expands I will definitely be going back as well as referring friends to Stan Gabrovski!

Matt Long at Heritage Hyundai is genuine, trustworthy and has an excellent sense of humor. The dude is funny and got my deal done the way I wanted it. He really did the best that he could to make sure that I was in the car that I wanted and that it fit my needs. The dealership was accommodating and really went the extra mile. A big part of the experience for me was getting a manual transmission for my car, and they brought it in for me from another dealership with no problems and no extra added fees. My Elantra Coup runs great and I couldn't be happier. Buy a Hyundai, and buy it from Matt.

Just bought a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe from Heritage Hyundai yesterday and my experience was fantastic. The dealership itself was very clean and organized. As soon as I walked into the dealership, a friendly salesman greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I was introduced to Matt, he was the one taking care of me. My father is a car salesman as well and he warned me that some salesman may really try to push sales and get your to buy with extra, sometimes unnecessary stuff. Matt was great! I told him what I wanted (I had the stock number with me) and he never tried to push anything extra onto my purchase nor did I ever felt pressured to "buy now" *even though I ended up buying the next day). The test drive was great, and he knew a lot about the car. I had to wait for the dealership to get back to me for my interest rate, and Matt called me the next day/txted me letting me know that that information was available. When I went in to finalize the sale, I was still never pressured to buy anything extra. Even the woman who finalized the paperwork (I forget her name sorry!) was very friendly. She asked if I wanted to add additional warranty but understood that I didn't want anything extra like that. But she did ask me about GAP insurance which I did purchase because my down payment was less than 20% of the value of the car.

Overall, fantastic experience with the salesman. Also, the car is sweet!

Bought my Hyundai here in 2015. I was very pleased with the service until Mike was hired on. Since he was hired, the customer service representative area in the waiting room has been boarded up. I went to get a new battery and was not given an estimate. Mike commented that I was experiencing buyer's remorse, and that he had not told me the cost of the battery because I had not asked. I need brake work done soon and will not be returning to Heritage Hyundai of Towson.

I decided to go to Heritage Hyundai, Towson as they offered a really amazing deal on a brand new car that was hard to put down. Even before my visit, my sales consultant Mr. Jackie Coco, did a great job of giving me a true transparent estimate of what the "out to door" cost of the vehicle would be. During my visit, Mr. Coco again made great effort to optimize and expedite the buying experience. He gave a detailed walk-around of the vehicle, explaining all features, answering all my queries and providing a nice test drive, before offering me a great deal on the price. The financing also worked out fairly quick, despite it being a busy end of month day for the dealership. Overall, I liked the professionalism of the entire sales staff team and would highly recommend this dealership.

We finally bought Santa Fe Sport from Heritage Hyundai through the help from Stan Gabrovski. We were greeted by Stan once we entered the dealership. After less than 5 minutes conversation, Stan brought us the car and went to the test-drive with us. My wife liked Santa Fe Sport and we decided to buy it. Then through the price negotiation, back and forth a couple of times, Stan was always very polite and friendly (you know, most of times it is the breaking point between the sale and customers). The trade-in estimate was fair and Stan helped my wife get the great 60 months 0% APR financing deal. All paperwork went through quickly. After all the paperwork, Stan was very patient to spend additional 1 hr explaining the new features of the car and helping set up certain useful features in the car. We really appreciate his help and recommend him if you plan to buy cars from Heritage Hyundai.

I am SO glad I found heritage hyundai. It was an hour and a half drive for us but well worth it. George Varga and manager Jason were extremely friendly and helpful. George answered every single question we had and was very thorough. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my payment needed to be (I knew it was a stretch to get there). I was flexible and realistic, they were friendly and as accommodating as possible so ultimately a deal was made! Just the customer service alone would of been enough to convince me to purchase after dealing with the headache we had at our local store, sheehy hyundai of Waldorf. They first had me test drive a vehicle I made clear I didn't want and didn't tell me. Then they automatically assumed we would be purchasing and started asking us to sign stuff without going over anything. From now on, if I purchase any other hyundais in the future, heritage hyundai will be my place to go! Its worth the drive. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family as well.

Your odds of having a positive experience at this dealer are probably good, but my recent shopping experience for a used Hyundai was mixed. Found a really clean car at a competitive price, responsive and friendly internet and showroom sales staff, reasonable dealer fees (e.g., no reconditioning fees), but the deal fell apart when I was ultimately made aware the car came with only 1 key fob.....but a second key fob would be thrown in if I bought the offered $1095 extended warranty...or they would provide a second key fob in lieu of further price cuts, or sell me a key fob for approximately $430 (proclaimed as their dealer cost). Was still an overall good price for the car, but I was turned off by aggressive quizzing from the sales manager about competing dealer offers and related attempts to steer me to consider other cars on the lot. This might be typical with most car dealers but it was too slick for my taste so I left and chose to another dealer's offer. So, make sure your car has 2 key fobs and stick to working with this dealer's highly rated sales staff, which likely increases your chances of having a better experience than mine.
Edited Post: After the initial post (3 our of 5 stars) shown above I spoke to John Holliday, the dealer's GM. He told me that going forward all used cars will have 2 key fobs. I commend the GM/dealer for this move, and expect it will improve the customer experience. I will consider Heritage Hyundai for future car shopping needs.

I had the worst car buying experience with the man...

I had the worst car buying experience with the management team at this location. In a lump sum the General Manager (John Holiday) and his General Sales Manager (Walt) continued to summit my credit info to several banks after I was approved and expressed that no more submissions need to be made due to approval. Not even 30 later management continue to run my score to the ground. Reason being because I decided to go with another vehicle elsewhere. Knowing that I m a fellow sales guy , you would think that there is some ethics involved in providing great service. Not with this group of individuals there.
P.S. that s why potential clients look at this profession as you can t trust cars salesman. I totally disagree In this experience. You know the saying all aren t bad just you have a couple that are rotten apples ....

I took my vehicle in for service and they were timely and very efficient. Nice facility with nice waiting area.
The only blemish that jumped out at me right away is that when I walked into the service department for my appointment, eye contact was made by several service people, but no one acknowledged or greeted me and directed me on what to do at entry.

This was my first time there.

If I were not a social person and not asked, it would've been uncomfortable.
Everyone was nice, but that's an area that can use some fine tuning.

Just bought my first car - a new pacific blue colo...

Just bought my first car - a new pacific blue colored 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE! My sales consultant was Bruce Curtis. Right after requesting for a quote via email, Bruce followed up very promptly, answered all the questions I had and checked in on me very frequently. His professionalism and patience was amazing. I knew that despite my frequent correspondence with other dealerships, I was going to get my car at Heritage! I remember telling my boyfriend that I was going to choose the dealership based on how they treated me and not focus so much on the price. Bruce treated me with respect; he was very attentive and very open about the entire process. I got in for my test drive later than scheduled and Bruce waited patiently for me. I didn t feel rushed at all. I ended up leaving with the car that same day !
However, because of some incomplete paper work and immigration issues that they had failed to check/validate, I had to return the car the next day; what a nightmare! I wish the dealership had been more meticulous with the paper work and had told me upfront that I was going to have to return the car! Anyway, Bruce drove me all the way back home. We talked about the car return and he said it was all going to be OK. Bruce kept in touch all through the waiting process and he let me know once it was OK to come get my car back. He had all the paper work ready for me when I got in.
Overall, it was a good experience. I have read and heard about horror dealership stories I m glad my first car buying experience was with Heritage! I ll surely recommend Heritage to my friends and family; more specifically Bruce Curtis at Heritage!

I was all set to buy a Honda. As I was waiting for my appointment with them I just walked into this Hyundai center in Towson where I met this awesome guy Stan Gabrovski. By just talking to me for a few mins he knew exactly what I needed. The reason I am putting this effort to type a review over here is the way Stan helped me out to get my lease approved. With zero down he gave me an excellent deal and I never bargained even once! I am sure the after sales experience would be good too. Everyone is very friendly and courteous there. Also the pick up was ready in less than 5 mins on the day of delivery. If you are a Hyundai lover. Go for this dealership! I wouldn't mind another one from them!

While living in Towson for a few years I went to Heritage Honda many times for services related to my Honda CRV. I found everyone there to be friendly and helpful during my visit. I was always happy with their work every time and my service advisor Alan was always on top of things. Alan was my service advisor almost every time and he always listened closely to my concerns and explained to me all the service that was being provided. Ruth (cashier) was always friendly and I really enjoyed speaking with her for the few minutes following the completion of my service. Thanks ALL !!!!

I never understood why some people say "I will never buy a car from anywhere/anyone else." That is, until my husband and I purchased a car from Lisa Gambino-Lescalleet. Everyone we dealt with at Heritage Hyundai Towson help to make the whole experience a good one. The people are knowledgeable accommodating and upbeat. However, Lisa is the reason I now say "I will never buy a car from anyone else!" My husband and I have recommended her many times and will continue to do so.
So thank you Heritage Hyundai Towson for everything. We will be back, and looking for Lisa.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Buying a car can be a stressful event but it shouldn t be. Heritage Hyundai Towson made our experience everything but stressful. From my first contact with Jackie Coco, to meeting and working with our awesome salesman Perry Satterfield, to our final meeting with Rob Miller to square away our financing, everything was just fantastic, and I drove away in my dream car! Perry, especially really went to bat for me to get me in the car I wanted. I will be recommending everyone I know that s looking to buy a car to skip the chaos and just go straight to Heritage Hyundai Towson. I can t thank you guys enough!

I have purchased 5 Hyundai cars in the past 15 years, all at Towson Hyundai. For all of those purchases, I had the same sales person, Stan Gabroski. He is very low pressure, helpful, and trustworthy. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. The dealership is great and they are always helpful but it is the sales person who makes the buying experience outstanding. If you are looking for a vehicle without all the typical car salesperson pressure, see Stan. You will not regret it.

Wow! I've always had what I would call 'good' customer service when I would visit this location for my maintenance and care, but Bristol Jordan has blown my previous experiences away! I came in today simply wanting to test drive and get some ideas but quickly fell in love with the Veloster! Bristol made my visit very comfortable and did not put any pressure on me (which is extremely rare these days). The combination of his personality, helpfulness, and the quality of customer service from his manager led to my getting into a new car today!!! The whole team was extremely helpful and made this experience stress free and easy, but Bristol really made it a great experience!

My trip to the dealership was one that I will never forget. I am a true believer of a firm handshake and when I shook Stan Gabrovki's hand I knew I was going to walk out with a new car. I test drove a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and it was the smoothest ride I ever had. I was impressed with how much space this car has, gas mileage and safety rating. Stan was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond making my purchase fast and easy. Two days later my mom purchased the same car from non other than.......Stan Gabrovski!!! My experience with Heritage Hyundai Towson was extremely positive and pleasant, thanks to Stan Gabrovski! Incredible customer service! Stan is not the typical car salesperson!!! He is easy going, he doesn`t push and he really LISTENS! No wonder why his desk is the first one, on the right when you enter the dealership building ! :) I`ve had very bad experiences in the past, buying cars. That`s why I was so nervous, when I went to Hyundai Towson. However, I left the dealership happy and satisfied ! Stan made extra steps to make me feel comfortable. He helped me choose the right car for my budget, and didn`t push me to buy more expensive one, as more car salespersons do! On top of that he was really nice and sweet to me the whole time! My experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson was great! My sales consultant Ibrahim was so helpful. He really took the time to work with me to get me the car I wanted. He also explained all the features that the car had very well where I didn t need to ask any questions. I will definitely be going there again in the future. The salsa manger Justin and the financial manger were also helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there, they all did a great job.

Obviously Hyundai does not care about customers after cars are sold. I arrived at the Service Center for front light replacement around 4pm... The lights was out, they was closed for the day. They are also closed on Sundays. How typical. Customers work during the week, and cannot make it for service until the weekend. I'm not satisfied with any of the Hyundai Service Centers. New hours need to be addressed.

Great experience! Between Jackie and Roman the buying process was made a lot easier. They were both very professional and having Jackie as a salesman was a pleasure with his vast knowledge about cars for a needs assessment. The pricing was right on the money with kelly blue book for my vehicle and they were still able to help with my financial questions and needs. I will definitely be back.

Started going here because I now live closer to Heritage than the Hyundai dealer I purchased the car from. Very happy with the service. Just wish I would have known that they don't start servicing the cars until 8am. Made a 7am appointment online and just sat for an extra hour .

I dropped my car off there yesterday. When I left there was a ding and something asking about my experience. I turned it off. Somehow it gave them a review of 1 *. Picked up the car today and I explained this to Tony who was wondering wtheck was going on. The repair was great and Tony is a really genuinely nice guy.

Dennis & the team was very helpful and patient. We were somewhat difficult customers because my wife and I were trying to coordinate our interests with her father's, who was out of state. Heritage Hyundai hung in there with us through multiple phone calls and misunderstandings. In the end, they made sure we left with a car that suited our needs and was exceptionally well-priced. I visited 8 dealerships trying to choose my new car. Heritage Hyundai Towson was, by far, the most professional of all the places I visited. Actually, all of the Heritage/Mile One dealers were really great - NO high pressure stereotypical "car salesman" types like I met at some other dealerships I won't name. Bristol, my sales guy, was really awesome. Super smart, knowledgeable about his product and very professional. He truly wanted me to find the car that made me happy.

I worked with Bristol Jordan at Heritage Hyundai Towson. He was extremely patient with me for the couple of months that we worked together trying to find the perfect car for me. I am completely satisfied with how hard he worked to help make sure that my experience with purchasing a car was stress-free, and made sure that every need of mine was met. I am so thankful that I met him and that he was the one to help me find my dream car. I am 100% satisfied, and cannot thank him enough for all the hard work that he has done. Very appreciative of the overall customer service experience at Heritage Hyundai. Stan was a great salesman who was honest and fair the whole way through the purchase. He worked with me to get to a low sales price, great apr % rate, high trade-in value, the right loan period for my budget, and worked with me to receive all of the applicable dealer incentives.
Do I plan to shop at Heritage for my next car purchase down the road? Yes
Would I like to work with Stan on my next car purchase? Absolutely

I stopped in to check out a few of the vehicles that Heritage Hyundai had to offer in comparison to some of their competition. Matt Long was the salesman I spoke with as well as his Sales Manager. Of all the sales people I had been speaking with in a three day time period, Matt was the least pushy and most straight forward - hands down. Not only that, but due to my work schedule I could not complete the transaction on the first day; I was pleasantly surprised to see that no number had magically changed overnight, like they had previously in similar situations.
To sum things up, I have never purchased a car from a dealership that did not treat me well - I would not hesitate to go back and/or recommend Heritage Hyundai based upon my experience with them.

I'm usually the person in the family people drag with them to help buy their car, and I've had some good dealer experiences and some truly awful ones. At Heritage Hyundai Towson, I had what was hands-down the best buying experience in my life. I felt that the salesperson spent time to truly understand what we were interested in, and what knowledge level we came with, to make sure we were getting exactly the information that we wanted. When it came time to buy, it was a comfortable experience without high-pressure tactics. I'm glad to have found a dealership I actually liked working with.

Buying a new car can be stressful. Thanks God we found good guys to work with. Once we made up our mind about what we wanted we shopped around and Richard Weis was a great salesman to work with. He answered all our questions and helped us get the best price. The finance manager Kevin Kolesa also gave us great assistance in getting the best possible lowest interest rate on our loan. He also was very helpful in presenting to us all the possible great options available in regards to pre-paid services which offers a great discount and we highly recommend them. Mr. Kolesa was one of a kind. He was very gentle and never pushy. Both Mr. Weis and Mr. Kolesa were very kind, knowledgeable of their products, very friendly and patience. If anyone is thinking about buying a new car we highly recommend you to go there. You will be served like a king. Thank you Mr. Weis and Mr. Kolesa for your great assistance.
