I was not in any way ready to buy a new car until my old Saturn decided to break down. I work in the medical field and transportation to and from work is vital. I had the pleasure of working with Tristan Smith at Mike Shaw Subaru as he helped my through a stressful situation. Tristan was very patient and informative, and not "pushy". Made the whole car buying experience pleasant. Tristan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt I could trust his professionalism and did not feel like I was being pushed or persuaded into a decision that wasn't right for me. I love my new Subaru Crosstrek and can not thank Mike Shaw's staff enough for their kindness.

Jamie came out right away and pointed us in the right direction with buying a car. We loved the first car we saw and she got us squared away within hours of arriving! Very grateful for her commitment to her job! Thanks Jamie! :)

OJ was very helpful in getting me a used Forester at a fair price. He even installed the crossbars! Frank in Finance made the process simple and easy. At no point did I feel I was being taken advantage of or being sold anything. It was a fairly low stress experience and I recommend working with Mike Shaw Subaru the next time you re looking at a Subaru.

We just arrived home with our brand new Outback!! We were so pleased with the customer service provided while we shopped and went through the buying process. Bought a 2015 legacy with 25k miles from them and had the battery die 1 month after purchase. I then had it charged so I could take it to the dealership (they also needed me to resign everything because they lost the paperwork ). I was then told that the battery was fine even though the guy at O Reily s showed me that it was a bad battery. They would not replace it and fell back on the excuse that it was a used car when I bought it so it wasn t their problem and I d have to purchase one. I received no thank for making time out of my day to even make it there to resign their paperwork, not even a gas gift card (like they promised). 2 weeks later my battery died again and they showed me that yet again - it was a bad battery. Don t waste your time, go somewhere else.

This dealership absolutely freaking crushes. I ve worked with a number of car dealerships in my life but I ve come back to this one several times. Their prices are competitive, they always put their best foot forward, and they make your car purchase/lease experience a positive one. Cliff Swain and Alex Comer are both the best car salespeople I ve ever had the pleasure to work with, but also just great dudes who have your best interest at heart. Give Mike Shaw Subaru a shot. You won t regret it.

Bought my car here may 2017. my car has been doing great they are really good with all of the maintenance service and very friendly and prompt. I've called in last minute maintenance and they were able to get me in next day every time. Good place to buy a Subaru if you're in the Denver area.

My wife and I purchased our Forester a little over a year ago from Alex. Surprisingly enough he remembers us each time we have came in for service and takes a moment to catch up with us. Very professional young man! The service department is always friendly and quick as well. We will be back to Mike Shaw for our next one. That might be sooner than later since our beloved Forester got destroyed by hail!!

Mike Shaw- I've been going to you for years but you lost my business with your new policy of not scheduling appointments. This is impossible with my work schedule. The phone rep wouldn't even look up my account to see if any lengthy service was needed.

Of all the car dealerships I have dealt with , I have found that Mike Shaw Subaru has treated me with more respect and courtesy than any of the others .
Dealers will treat you really good until after you sign the contract .Then you just become another number to them .
Mike Shaw has continued to treat me as an individual that really matters to them .

It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ashley took my information and explained the process and any possible charges depending on their inspection. Their service was impeccable.

Would have been four stars but Walley upped the score with his customer service.

This place scammed me into buying a car when I consistently said that it was not in my budget. Now I have loan payments I can not afford and has put a lot of my livelihood in jeopardy. Unless you know you can afford the vehicle do not come here they will push you and pressure you in ways I never thought possible from any sales person. I'm incredibly unhappy and now am making the most of my situation and unexpected 20,000 dollars worth of debt. And I'm still unsure whether there was fine print I more then likely missed in the financing agreement. I had friends who got the same car year, make and model that have significantly less payments then I do. I'm not happy.

I really don t enjoy car shopping. That being said, I had a great experience here working with Justin. He addressed all of my concerns, and was very transparent through the whole process. I appreciate the genuine manner in which my deal was handled.

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived. We came in not sure if we were going to buy a car that day or not but we found the right car and ended up buying it that day. The whole process was about as easy as possible. We were treated with respect by Austin Elzingo. He was very helpful as we looked at a couple of different cars and we never felt pressured. Alex handled the financial side and got us on our way quickly. This was a great experience all around and we are excited to own a Subaru.

This place is top notch. I upgraded to service here after being seen at Autonation Subaru in Golden, and always getting terrible service. I worked with Jay Lazaro, and his customer service is superb. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way, took time to make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I would recommend this place and his service to anyone.

I brought in my car for a few issues, most importantly being my battery. I mentioned my battery wasn t working properly, that it died on me. Figured they d fix it or know what was wrong. They didn t, my car died again while I was in the backcountry. Will be making another appointment soon unfortunately.

Very nice when it came to sell the car but when something happened and I drove there to get information and talk to finance there responded with "can't come out right now" so I pay over 50+K on my car that all good but when I need some information don't have 5 minutes to spare! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

We recently helped our son purchase a car at Mike Shaw Subaru. The salesman who test drove the car with us and walked us through the entire purchase was Keith Traczynski. Keith was great! We had a few glitches as we went through the necessary paper work and Keith was very patient with us and worked hard for us to make our buying experience a great one!

I was heading back to Dallas after just visiting family up in Cheyenne last week and on my way down my low tire pressure light came on on my Crosstrek. I pulled off the highway and went to Mike Shaw Subaru which was close to where I was. Jay came out and greeted me and called someone over to help check my pressures.
They checked each tire and found that my pressures were at 32 all around. They advised me to put them at 35/36 around Denver but that when I get to lower elevation I should let some air out as then they may be overfilled due to change in pressure. I went out on my way back to Dallas and made it home with no issues. If I ever moved to the Denver area I would most definitely make Mike Shaw my go to dealership.

The guys here were awesome, they were super friendly and not pushy. They helped me find the right car for me and didn't put me into something I didn't want to drive.

They have great customer service and the car service center fixed everything wrong with my car. The waiting room is nice as well.

Mitch was great to work with. When my car wasn t ready in time for me to get to work he was able to get me a loaner for the day. He was very informative on all the issues with my car and kept us in the loop the entire time!

My wife and I were expecting our first child, and purchased a new Subaru, *not* at Mike Shaw Subaru. With the car to not arrive until near our due date, we had a challenge with fitting a car seat to the new car, without having the car yet. Unfortunately, our dealer was nowhere near a Babies R Us or similar store. The good folks at Mike Shaw understood our situation, even though we had not purchased our vehicle there, and set us up with a loner for a couple hours to go fit infant seats. I can't say enough good things about these folks for bending over backwards to help us, even when we didn't buy a car there. I would highly recommend supporting this dealership!

They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and were not high pressure salesman at all. Since I became part of the Subaru family, I've had nothing but great experiences. I had to bring my vehicle in for servicing and thought it would be like any other dealership. I am glad to say, it wasn't. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was phenomenal with awesome service and a smile.

Not being in the market for a new car (so i thought), I was at Mike Shaw picking up parts for my 2009 Outback which I just love. I got caught checking out the new 2013 Crosstek by a friendly salesperson walking by. It was great not to be pressured as I told him that I was not looking to buy.He was very informative and explained about their guaranteed trade in when I was ready. He left me a card and left me alone. My wife called and after I told her what I was looking at she reminded me how badly she wanted one. I told Keith Traczynski on my way out that I appreciated his laid back approach. Now I need to go sell a couple more houses so Keith can help get me out of the dog house.

Ashley took good care of me. She always stays on top of it so I can get in and get out. She always finds me the best deals on tires . Highly recommend to anyone needing service.

I hate big $ repairs but I trust you
all to give me the best serve/repairs for
the best price.
I would like to thank you for the extra service of
checking alinement topping off washer fluid etc.
If you didn't provide that "extra" effort of 25 point check,even
for a head light repair, you'd never have found the axle problem.
Instead I'd have probably found it when it broke and
I was stranded on the side of the road.
So once again thank you.

Mike Shaw Subaru was so kind to me. They helped me with getting my axial fixed. I'm a single mom with 2 teenagers. I work 2 jobs. My son is learning to drive in my Subaru. After looking for a Subaru for a little over 6 months and returning to Mike Shaw twice after working with two other sellers who were either unknoweldgeable in the product or either trying to lie to myself about the car I traded in window not working I returned to this location to meet a fabulous sales associate named Carrington. Carrington went above and beyond to get me into the 2018 legacy that I d been dying to purchase 6 months prior. If I hadn t met Carrington I would have never returned to Mike Shaw Subaru, because of his enthusiasm for the brand and especially for my own needs and wants in a car I am glad to say I was finally able to purchase my perfect car that I had been wanting to have for almost half a year.
If you re looking for a sales associate I would highly recommend Carrington if it wasn t for him I would have given a 0/5 star for Mike Shaw. Thank you for turning my negative experiences to positive ones.

After spending thousands on our old Subaru (for service I definitely recommend Tim here) which was probably a lemon, we decided to get a newer, used Subaru and trade-in our old one. We worked with a sales guy named Jaime Rodriguez who was very friendly, professional and efficient. He got us into the exact car we wanted for the price we wanted. He was very transparent about the entire process and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used Subaru.

Best place to buy your next vehicle. Before my arrival, I knew that I wanted an SUV that would be able to accommodate my outdoor / city lifestyle. I had the pleasure of working with Tommy Lee, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to exactly what I was looking for in power, luxuries, and safety. He took me straight to the vehicles I was interested in, and not the entire parking lot trying to get me into something different. Best worker on the lot. Cliff Swaim is the best sales person I have ever worked with. He makes it happen in regards to making a great match between the customer and the car. I have just leased my third Subaru from cliff and he makes the whole experience positive from start to finish. He is the epitome of integrity which is not particularly common these days.

They were finished with the tire rotation, oil change, and even washed the car in 25 minutes!!! Matt in service was so helpful, and kind. He even helped re-pair my phone to the hands free since I was having trouble with it!!!

Wow the service department at Mike Shaw is total a train wreck. Had an appointment scheduled at 9:00 AM to have an oil change and have the techs look at a brake issue and dropped the car off at 9:00 AM. Didn't hear anything from them so called around 4:00 PM and the front desk said they would call me back, but never got a call. Figured I'd drop by and ask what's up and apparently they hadn't even started working on the car. Really? For a customer with an appointment?

What a bunch of clowns. I'd recommend Valley as at least they'll get your car done if you make an appointment.

Our salesman was not pushy at all! I knew what I wanted called ahead of time and had the car ready for me to check it out! Went in and bought the car and out the door we went! WE WILL DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN TO BUY ANOTHER CAR!! Dusty was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a great salesman!!

Wife and I went in to start pricing new or several year old outbacks. Keith Traczynski showed us what he had available and worked on getting us a car and payment that I asked for. He did not pressure us to buy any car just showed us the pros and cons. We both liked the new car over the used ones and felt it was what would make us the happiest. Several hours later we drove away with the new car and payments very close to what we asked for. If the service department is as good as Keith we will be very happy for years to come.

He was super friendly and the whole process took just over two hours ( including looking at the cars and test drive). I recently took my car in for a warranty repair. Everyone was extremely helpful from my initial emails to be greeted to having a loaner car waiting exactly when they said they would. I didn't have to wait when I dropped off the car or when I picked it back up. I could not have had a better experience!

Great experience buying a beautiful car here! Tommy Lee was a great sport, rallying to get us down to a price we could actually afford. Every car buying process is long, but he made sure to let us know the steps we needed to take and check in with us along the way. Definitely recommend going to him if you re thinking of buying a Subi here. :)

Had a problem with one of my power windows, so l thought well Matt seemed like he would take a moment to help me out( just give me an idea what it would cost to have it looked into)he listen to my problem, he fixed it . Will return when and if my Outback ever needs any repairs.

Mike Shaw lowballed my trade in and wouldn t budge on the price of a new car. Another dealer offered 8% lower price on the car and 17% more for my trade in. I saved nearly $8,000 elsewhere.

Sales associates were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I was at the dealership accompanying someone who was going to buy a Subaru. I must admit that I am quite intrigued by their product although I have never owned a Subaru.

A dealership can make or break your car-buying experience. We visited multiple dealerships in the area, prepared for the long haul & looking for a great deal.

3rd by proximity, we came to Mike Shaw. Apprehensive by the volume of customers, we were surprised to find an agent immediately available when we approached the front desk.

Our agent, Shane, walked us through the standard process: lease/buy, the vehicle, the price. With many variables, (we planned to sell the current vehicle I leased), Shane went over all of our options and suggested the best way to proceed.

After selling our leased vehicle, we returned within the week. As Shane currently had a customer, he introduced us to another agent, Keith. We expected a run-around with the new agent, having to haggle prices and such, but Keith picked up where Shane left off.

Having expected to wait and order a vehicle of our specifications, Keith had a new shipment come in, and suggested a Crosstrek that met all of our expectations! While returning from our test drive, we had a competitive price in mind, and to our surprise, Keith confidently assured us that if we wanted the car, we should pull up to the front and he'd make it happen.

Sure enough, we left that day with not only a new car; we had the price we wanted & the customer experience to match. Thanks, Shane and Keith; you'll see us again when we get our next Subaru!

Best car buying experience to date. Will Reynolds and Gabe Bustos were incredibly professional and honest (an uncommon combination in the car sales business). I knew what I wanted and the amount I was willing to pay. Gabe and Will worked with me without the traditional sales / manager back and forth games. I truly got the feeling that these guys were intent on me being happy with the car I bought then with making the sale. Fantastic experience! Very pleasant dealing with Will and Gabe. Thanks guys!!!!
