Went in for oil change,got a really great severice advisor Matt Rumbaugh.
Had a problem with one of my power windows, so l thought well Matt seemed like he would take a moment to help me out( just give me an idea what it would cost to have it looked into)he listen to my problem, he fixed it . Nice to have an employee who really takes the time to help . Big thanks for your help Matt! Will recommend Mike Shaw to my friends,great service,great employees. Yes the oil change was done perfect. Will return when and if my Outback ever needs any repairs.
