I have never experienced such bad service from a dealership before like Midtown Honda. People are not skilled and lacking the expertise a dealership should have.
I visited this dealership with a friend of mine who was interested in a Honda Civic.
Fortunately we met Peter! The guy knows his stuff and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best deal and are completed satisfied with the purchase.
If you are in the market for a used car - their lot is diverse with many different types of cars and good deals. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and heading straight to Peter Z!
I leased my third car from Maria Hashemi and Margarita Vega. I leased this vehicle because of the comfortability from my previous purchases from these two ladies. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
I came to Midtown Honda to fix my sunroof, a part fell off and it cannot close. On the first visit, they said they needed to order the parts in order to fix it. They called two weeks later saying the parts were available and booked my appointment on a Saturday. On the Saturday I showed up and they told me they couldn't fix it because it would take too long and they didn't have enough people to do the job so they booked my appointment for today, the following Monday. I came in today and they tell me the parts didn't arrive yet.
I am deeply upset and annoyed about how much time Midtown Honda has wasted of mine. You guys need to streamline better communication within your own team and stop wasting my time, making me drive back and forth for nothing.
I always go here for my car maintenance and they do the job beyond my expectation. Excellent service In return I will give my time to give them 5 star (highly recommended). Cheers!!
Please avoid here if you are only getting your car service done. They always tell you that your car is with many different type of issues and/or some parts need to be checked when it s absolutely unnecessary. I sent my car in a few days ago for regular service, and they called me after and said a few serious issues were realized. I m not a car person so I believed them and spent over $700 to get all the service done. After I showed my test/inspection report to a friend who is a college vehicle inspection program instructor, he said most of the inspection that Midtown Honda recommenced were very un necessary, and I could have saved at least $400 from the unneeded service. No more Midtown Honda!

I got my car service today and it was the first time I've been in this dealership. Check in was extremely slow but I could understand since the service guy was still in training and that my details has to be added in the system. I had shuttle service to work and my car was left in the dealership the whole day. I was expecting a call, since my number was asked several times, that the service went well and that my car is ready, like every other dealership I've been before, but nobody did. It was almost 4pm and still no phone call so I decided to follow up myself and also not to mention the fact that I don't even know if I am getting picked up or not. Only then I found out that my car is ready and I have to personally confirm that I need pick up despite the fact that I asked for shuttle to and from when I checked my car in this morning. When I got my car, it wasn't even washed despite the fact that Midtown Honda explicitly advertise in their website that they offer "Free Automated Wash with EVERY SERVICE". I just spent $350 on this dealership and I would expect that I will be complimented with something but I did not. This is absolutely the worst dealership I've ever been and I use to go to Sisley Honda which is not the greatest dealership as well and they are too far from my place but I would rather go back there instead of Midtown because at the end of the day, I felt that my car was taken care of and not that somebody just made $350 and did not even bother!

I have purchased 6 cars from Midtown Honda over the years. I highly recommend this dealership because the sales department goes above and beyond what I expect a dealership to do. Daniel and Thomas who are part of the sales management team know how to take care of customers. They have been incredible and very accommodating. My salesperson who is also named Thomas has been very patient and helpful with every car sale of mine. The three of them make Midtown Honda what it is today. This place sucks! They aren't honest at all. They'll lie to you about the cars they sell just to make a sale. Good luck calling in to speak to a service advisor. You will be on hold forever and they will hang up on you. There is no professionalism at this Honda location so I would look elsewhere.

This is the worst car dealership. The service and sales department are not good. Staff have no manners how to deal with customers. They sale very bad car which only works for 1 or 2 months Then you can find problems in cars. I will never recommend this please to anyone.

Had a great experience with Midtown Honda last week. Joseph Kim (Sales Consultant/Assistant Sales Manager) ensured impeccable customer service from start to finish in the process of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I found all of the staff to be incredibly professional, personable, courteous, safety-conscious (due to COVID-19), and it was clear to me that everyone at this dealership takes great pride in what they do. Sandra Cristina (Delivery Coordinator) communicated promptly and ensured smooth delivery. Roberto Campochiaro (Delivery Specialist) showed me my new vehicle and answered all my questions/concerns.
Maria Hashemi (Director of Financial Services) was very clear and concise. She ensured the process was quick and seamless. Joseph, Sandra, Roberto and Maria all deserve to be recognized for the great work that they do. I will happily make my service appointments here, although it is a bit of a drive for me from Hamilton. I just wanted to share about my experience at the Midtown Honda Dealership. I dealt with Energy and Josh throughout the whole experience and at every point I felt extremely comfortable as they were completely transparent and professional. They went through everything thoroughly and this being my first car purchase I appreciated the patience and commitment to giving me the best service. They had great service and exquisite stuff! Even after the purchase they helped me with service issues and were fantastic.
I highly recommend this sales representative Thomas Tan worked very hard within my budget to find the most affordable deal that best suited and learn few things about the car.
And On the day we go pick the car, also thank you for the young kid Roberto who given a thorough rundown of the vehicle's latest features before we drive out.
Thank you for two great stuff friendly and also other staff who doing all paperwork within 10 days.

So far I'm happy with the car I got from there yesterday, but it's no thanks to the awful, stressful service I've received. They lie, cheat and deceive as much as they legally can get away with. I really wanted the used car I saw there so I went through with it, but it was a scarring experience that will make me dread shopping for cars ever again in my life. Worst experience I could have imagined. Double check EVERYTHING. They tried telling me financing was 2.99%. I asked whether that amount would change according to length of term or credit rating, a very clear question, they said a firm and very confident no. Later on, on the contract: 3.99%. And after discussion with the finance person, it DOES vary by length of term (can be 1.99 for 2 years) and it never was 2.99 on used cars. The salesperson knew that all along, they weren't new there. Varying rates by length of term was not a new thing by any stretch of the word and he lied when I asked the question.
Other cheap tricks here and there, like having a different salesperson come and ask for the key to the car they are selling you to put pressure on closing the deal as if someone else was also interested (I went on a Monday, the store was empty...). When confronted about this scheme, the salesperson said "OH haha yes we do that here but this time it's real I swear!" Admitting to using deception "in other cases" (yeah right) only made me wary of all the other deception I may not have caught on to, even to this day. Other examples include offering me a price of $16000 as I left the first time I visited, only to be told that they never meant it for real when I came back a 2nd time.
I threw out anything that had to do with the dealership to try and erase that bad memory, from keychains and stickers, etc. You better believe that I made sure my warranty was good in every Honda, and that I will never return there, ever. They told me yes, that it is good everywhere in North America, but then again who knows if that was a lie too... I've witnessed them being extremely rude to other people, and it made me feel that they were two-faced, deceitful, rude people I couldn't trust at all.
As a first time car buyer, it made me do 10 times the amount of homework that I should have. It took up so much of my time *SUCH A WASTE OF TIME*, it was stressful, I couldn't sleep well, and even today I am unsure whether I got swindled in the end. I trust that I did my homework right but who knows. Only time will tell.

As of today, 2 weeks past the original review and after the purchase, I got a text message from the salesperson saying "Thanks for the great review! Glad to see you are enjoying your car. Have a wonderful summer"
Obviously a sarcastic text given the 2 star review I had left.
I replied "Your text further validates my impression. You should just take that honest review and see how you caused this yourself instead of blaming me for it. I just wrote the truth of how I have felt. Deal with it."
To which he replied "lol".
That is the catty, unprofessional service you will get here, regardless of what their "SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER" does, they're so inappropriate.
Sales people should NOT harrass customers on their own private cell phone numbers. I will not accept this and report it accordingly.
I inquired about Honda Civic Touring model at this location and my Experience was unbelievable . i never had such a fantastic experience before in my life with salesman. Alex Chu is really a knowledgeable guy in there. he really went a head and made sure he covered anything or everything i could ask for about the car. i dropped my plan though to buy a car but he really left a very good impression on customer. highly recommended. really wished to write a review about his service. great job.

I came in to look for a car on Feb 8th and was greeted by Rob Taylor. Rob was courteous and understood our needs well. He spent a full hour and took us for a test drive and encouraged us to test it out completely...this made it comfortable for me to drive. I really appreciated the service provided to my brother and I. Unfortunately, I didn't buy my car from Midtown Honda and the only reason for that was the colour of the car, which was silver (I found a grey one with lower mileage). If Midtown Honda had the colour I was looking for, I would have gotten my car from there. I would DEFINITELY recommend Paul as a sales rep to other cusomters. He followed up soon after our appointment and a cutomers sales rep, Trica also called to check on my experience with Midtown Honda. I would highly recommend this location and the above mentioned Honda representatives - you definitely get your time and money's worth!

The service was good ,they could not finish working on my car so they provided me a car for a day my car was under service .
Sam was really knowledgeable and really helpful with all my questions. He also gave me a good deal with my brand new car which saved me from a 7.03% interest rate on a car from Richmond Hill Honda.

Eli employed a no-pressure approach, was knowledgeable about the different features in different models and trims, and was very pleasant to deal with. Just had a great experience at Midtown Honda. I brought in my CRV for an oil change and the tech person was honest and professional and said that I didn't need one yet! I know this sounds like it may be obvious but, in my experience, there are many places that would be more than happy to just take my money and do an oil change even if it wasn't necessary. Went in for test drive. Enjoyed my initial experience. Car was everything i expected, but the sales person was too pushy evasive and negotiations were very one sided. Midtown Honda may have changed locations but their sales tactics are as brutal as ever.
Changed my brakes with midtown honda the previous year and less than 1 year later my brakes started to shake uncontrollably. When i went in to the service department Michael Smith took on my problem and was just completely rude and disinterested in my struggle. Kept telling me that i have to pay full price for new brakes and that there was nothing he could do for me. He also kept telling me to go somewhere else and wanted me to leave if i was not going to get any repairs done. the best part is he told me brakes are suppose to last 20,000-30,000 km i laughed in his face. The service department is completely corrupt. They only give good service when you are spending thousands on a new vehicle. I expected brakes from honda to last way longer than 1 year. Their service department has no idea what they are doing. They have no problem putting defective parts on your car.

I have more than 1 Honda and i got them both from midtown. Sitting down with the sales team is very helpful and they are nice people. My MAIN concern is the service there. No matter what i bring my car in for, it's always going to be a 2 hour wait! and this is when i book an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Even just a plain oil change takes over 1 and half hours. It's extremely disappointing. I dread having to change my winter tires to my regular tires and vice versa. I've gone to places who will do an oil change in 10 min!? And to change tires shouldn't take over 2 hours. The other day my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system light came on)- and this is 1 week after i changed my tires (and this happens every time i change my tires. i end up having to go back a week later for them to get it right the 2nd time around), and i called in to which they said it would take an hour to reset the light. That doesn't sound normal to me. why does midtown take so long for anything and everything to get done? No such thing as a quick fix. If a light goes on in your car, take the day off from work cuz you'll just be siting in waiting room the whole day.
Very bad car service. Their car wash station is out of service since 3 years. Every time they have different excuses.
Not helpful. Tried to automatically up charge me. I had great service at a different dealership before.
