Worst experience ever in a honda dealership ever! Beware if you ever want to come here!

They will try to over sell you stuff you don t need for your car once you are ready to sign papers which makes you vulnerable! If you come just pay attention to every detail before sign anything!

We found a CR-V on Autotrader that was listed under Midtown Honda. We came to see the car, the salesperson was very slow to respond to our queries. He could hardly type, had no idea what the financing rates were and kept going "somewhere" to get info so we finally asked him to bring the resource person (sales Manager). Boy-o-boy, he was even worse, he was in no mood to negotiate and was in some sort of hurry to leave for home. very rude and unprofessional
Although he boast of selling cars for 30 years. I wonder how did blue become a sales manger. Dont waste your time there.

Terrible confusing service. Went there for oil change and I wasn't in their system, even though I booked appt. I get there and with no direction or idea how to follow their confusing system. Where to check in etc... then they offer me shuttle service but never told me that I need to order that through someone inside the office. I was waiting there for over 30 mins for my shuttle, and no shuttle been ordered. I was told I would get a call for a shuttle to pick me up but that didn't happen and they forgot about me. I was trying to reach service for over 10 mins to get the shuttle back, but I kept getting answering machine and one of the workers ended up hanging up on me!! I guess they don't care much for business to be treating their customers this way!

I was there 2 months ago for an appointment to test drive a used Civic. When I came for my appointment the sales guy refuse to let me test drive the car, saying that I must take his offer before driving. Does it make sense you let the customer test drive the car first before discussing price? Talk about poor customer services. The cars are overpriced considering that you can get better deals and services somewhere else. Stay away from this place!!

ROB TAYLOR! The man! I've never come across a salesman as sincere and genuine as this guy! He went way out of his comfort zone to accommodate my oh so many requests. He definitely is the best at what he does and that is very impressive.
I must commend the entire team at midtown for all their patience and hard work .... put I have to single out Rob for the amazing job he did on my beauty!

I booked an appointment for Sat test drive. After I showed up, there was no sales to help me. I waited about 5 minutes. One sales man showed. I told him I want to do a test drive on crv. He asked : are you going to buy today? Thanks for the rude attitute. I got a RAV4 instead.

Nice cars but staff makes you feel really awkward like you're not good enough if your budget is capped....the young lady that helped us was even suppose to call us back just to see what we decide and it's over 1 week and nothing yet....I guess you have to spend over your budget and leave an open cheque for them to care....

It was a satisfying experience buying a car here. Everybody was nice and welcoming. I'd like to thank Mr. Kent Zhang in especial. I wanted a white CRV which appeared to be out of stock according to their log at that time. I either had to wait for another few days if I insisted on a white or go for my second colour option. I did not want to wait so I almost gave up and went for a less favourable colour. But Kent did not give up as soon as I did. He did a little research in the computer system and found out there was still one left in inventory. I was thrilled when I heard the news because it was such a nice surprise. I was so grateful for all his effort and would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they want to buy Hondas.

Great place to buy a new or used vehicle. I bought a few used vehicles myself from here. Shout out to Mohammad my salesman and the management staff. Great customer service. They even came and dropped off the vehicles also let me take it to my mechanic to get them checked out. I've referred friends and family to Moe and have heard wonderful things about his top notch work and customer satisfaction. This gentleman will go out of his way for you....the way it should be! Great work guys keep it up.

A sales rep by the name of Tony used a dirty sales technique to lure us in to see a car. He has deflated the price of the vehicle by $2,500 and informed the wrong mileage. Also had the appointment scheduled for 3 pm and no one saw us until 3:45 pm. Overall, really displeased with the service, would have definitely appreciated more *punctuality, honesty and transparency*. Be cautious.

I just bought a car from Midtown honda. I have had great experience. The guy name INDERJEET SINGH who helped me a lot to find a better deal for me because I was not familiar with the process to have a car but INDERJEET elaborated process and also gave all the answers of the questions that I had. He was a tower of strength to me when I was not sure which model was appropriate with the amount of money that I had. I highly recommend this place, if you buying a Honda vehicle.

My CRV needed some works on the driver's door after being hit by another vehicle. I met Daren and as he investigated the damage he quickly found out more damage inside the vehicle, which missed my eyes. He knows his field very well and explained me how that damage occurred. Very efficient and fast.

Came in here on a whim cuz my wife and I got stuck at the red light after visiting other dealerships. Had no intention of buying a van from here, but then we met Peter Zhang, and the experience from that point on was awesome. We got an amazing rep who not only got us the right Honda Odyssey, but also a great deal and way beyond fair trade value on our Chevrolet. Came in the day after to ask the service department a few questions about maintenance on the van and all my questions were answered with more detail than I could have expected. I look forward to my next purchase.

I'm definitely recommending this dealership to everyone! Just make sure to look for Peter Zhang and his manager Pistol Pete! You won't be disappointed!

He was very informative, helpful and understood what we were looking for. Indran even kept in touch with me after my purchase, just to see how everything was going, what great service! My overall experience at this dealership was great, everything went smoothly. I recommend him for anyone who visits Honda.

Great Aftersales customer service. I had bought a used 2017 Audi A4 from Midtown roughly 3 months ago. I noticed a noise occurring within the first 30 days and had asked to have it fixed. Due my schedule and theirs, the service was put off for a few months, however they stuck to every promise they had made and more. My car is currently in their shop being repaired and they have gone above any beyond to make this right. I live an hour away, they provided a rental car and did more than they needed to in order to ensure I was happy with their service. Denis and the trainee he had with him ( I can't remember his name) have been super helpful and understanding. They truly put themselves in the clients shoes and have been great to work with. Kevin was also a huge help with this situation.
Highly recommend Midtown Honda based off this customer service.

I have received on of the worst customer service experience from the people at the front desk. I was actually planning to purchase a car buy next week and went to see and make my mind on what to purchase. As I passed by they asked the typical question "what can I do for you?" I explained that I would like to take a look at what they have. After a few minutes of looking between different cars, and when I was ready to get some information from a salesperson, I approached the closest person to me in a Honda uniform asking if I can get someone to give me some more information. He lead me to the front desk where I over heard the lady setting on the left saying In a very sarcastic and VERY Rude way " oh yeah, now he wants someone? Whatever." She then realized that I was behind her and give me that look as if I have been wasting her time for the past week with that look of, I doubt you would buy any car. Well, now for sure I wouldn't. But I really would like to ask, how have you been chosen to be the first person that any potential costumer will have to Interact with as they walk in. The salesperson I got didn't really care. She provided very basic information. Kept on saying make your mind then will talk. As if I can make my mind without the nessesry information she suppose to provide. I stayed with her for less than 7 mins and left the dealership very sad about the costumer experience I recieved. I will not be going to this dealership again.

I've dealt with a lot of auto dealers and repair shops. This is the first time I can say I walked away shaking my head in awe. The customer service was impressive especially considering I wasn't a previous customer. Nathalie Vega made me feel like the most important customer of the day. This is the first time I felt good leaving a repair shop after paying the bill. The waiting room was spotlessly clean and a pleasant place to wait for my car. I just happened to stop by for information to repair the trunk release on my 2008 Honda. Nathalie checked prices and part availability, then spoke with the Service Department and learned they could fix it that day. The only problem was I was out with my daughter and 7 month old grandson and needed a car. She understood, arranged a loaner, and called as soon as the car was ready. Midtown Honda has a new customer! Nathalie is a star employee and I look forward to seeing her the next time my Honda needs help. Thanks Midtown!

They sold me the worst car mechanically i have ever owned. I have had over 32 separate issues with the car since i bought it brand new.they also refuse to do any of the repairs on the car so i have literally been driving an unsafe vehicle for almost a year now cause they cant admit my car is garbage and works worse then my 1985 audi i picked up with a dolled over mileage gauge !!

Great dealership, but salespeople unknowledgeable about product or availability. With the new year starting, the salespeople have no clue about new year models or when they will be available to buy. Totally unaware of features or availability... even when the info is available from YTube! Training and product knowledge is desperately needed.

I picked up my car today and first and far most I would like to say that the sales rep that helped me with my car, Angelica Alialy, was amazing! From the moment we met her she was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. She set us up to test drive several cars. I was very indecisive with my car choice, however Angelica helped put my mind at ease and responded very quickly to every question and concern I had. I highly recommend speaking to Angelica if you happen to be looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely go back to Midtown Honda in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I would also like to note that Midtown Honda carries great cars. I had the vehicle history pulled on three different used cars and none of them had a history of accidents. Impressive! This was great. They were also very low in kilometres....more impressiveness!

Now onto Mike, Hassan, Pete and Sandra, they were all also very friendly and helpful! What a great team!

Don't shop here! I had the worst car dealer experience here of my life. They tried to manipulate and intimidate me into buying a car on the spot, even after I told them I wasn't ready or interested in buying. They used the most dishonest and high pressure tactics of any car place I visited over the last 6 weeks while shopping for a car.

Received a phone call from Assured stating my car was ready for pick up, returned the rental car and went to my car. Some of the problems were not fixed, walk back inside to address the issues, the rental key was locked up as it was time for them to close. I felt it was unsafe to drive my car, stuck with my wife and kids, Monty offered to drive me to rental, if it wasn't for him I would of been forced to drive my unsafe car home with my kids. Thank Monty, you were done your shift but you stayed and helped me even though you didnt have too. Thank you again

Unexpectedly our sales rep Mr. Tony Siva explained to us that we were eligible to purchase a brand new 2015 Honda crv se. After being turn down by so many banks and dealers I pleaded my mom and we decided to try Midtown Honda. The process was simple as follows..
1) Meet and greet with Mr.Tony Siva (sales consultant)
2) Vehicle test-drive , walk around ,in depth tour.
3) Met with Financial service manager Maria Hashemi who made a million phone calls to get me approved.
4)Met with Josh Martiskovich, financial service manager signed final paper work.
5) picked up car and received a free tablet. (only Tony Clients)

I would like to personally thank Mr.Tony siva ,Maria Hashemi and Josh Martiskovich for all their hard work and dedication in getting me approved and getting me on the road . when purchasing a Honda I would Highly recommend all Midtown Clients to deal with these three intelligent employees of Midtown Honda. i am a longstanding , loyal customer of Midtown, and am blown away by their kindness during this time of Covid 19. I am 67 year old woman with health issues. I was supposed to pick up my snow tires from storage, and I made an usual request. I asked that the tires be delivered to me instead of me picking them up. I know this is not done, but thought i would ask. Without skipping a beat, the service manager agreed and Ernest, who is so good -natured, brought them the same day, and brought them directly to my garage. Midtown went above and beyond, and I so very much appreciate it.

They are nice only until you sign the paper. I bought my CR-V here, the car itself is great, but the service was horrible. There s plenty of Honda dealerships in Toronto, don t waste your time and energy at this dealership. They didn t even inform me what time to pick up my car, I had to call them to get the answer. (I emailed in advance, but no answer whatsoever) Moreover, even after their short notice(about 2hr), I was on my way there, they called me and told me my car was not ready yet. Some parts for the blind spot option had not been arrived they said. I understand that can happen, but they could have informed me in advance. I had to visit there again to get that fixed. And also how they email/text, so unprofessional. I ve never seen anyone use such rude format/tone at work. I would never recommend this place.

I made my way to Midtown Honda because they had what I was looking for and cars listed at a fair price.
This Honda location understands what great service means. My sales rep Inderjeet was personable, knowledgeable & professional. He helped me find a car I love and went a above and beyond to make sure I receive my car when it was convenient for me.
After my purchase, the rest of the team including the service department made sure to provide the same level of service.

I would not recommend this dealership, I was really disappointed with the service.
My husband and I went into the dealership looking to purchase a new car. Right away the sales rep wanted to know our relation to each other (eg if we were married), which is completely irrelevant to our car purchase. He only addressed his questions about our car needs to my husband (instead of to both of us), then when he found I would be test driving (and not my husband) he asked if I was a good driver and told me that if I got a speeding ticket or any damage to the car then I would be liable to pay. I was shocked, I ve test driven a number of cars at competitor dealerships and was never treated like this. He also wanted to come with us inside the car, while other dealerships we ve visited recently told us that for safety reasons due to Covid they would not come inside the car with us for the test drive. We told him we were not comfortable due to Covid, and thankfully he let us drive alone. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable- from feeling disrespected by his comments and feeling uncomfortable by his handling of covid, and the experience was a huge difference from the excellent service and respect shown to us by your competitors.
Honda you lost our business. Hire sales reps who have respect for women and show consideration fo covid safety, to ensure your customers feel comfortable, respected and safe when visiting your dealership.

We worked with Inderjeet to find a new van for our growing family. Right from the beginning, we could tell that Inderjeet wasn't your typical sales rep. He listened to our point of view, provided insights and information when asked, responded quickly and efficiently, and worked hard with us to get a great deal on a new (to us!) Odyssey.

After purchase, on the drive home with our Odyssey, we noticed a few things that were overlooked and concerned us. We immediately called Inderjeet and he took care of everything for us. Even after the sale was closed, he still took care of our family every step of the way!

I then asked the assigned salesman if I could look under the hood and he asked If there was any reason why I would want to do that as It appeared that it would be an inconvenience for him.
I drove to Castle Honda who cheerfully gave me a brochure and no lip.
