Just purchased a vehicle from Midtown Honda. Mike M. was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very outgoing, friendly and easy to get straight answers from. Had good recommendations, and never pushed for more expensive alternatives on us. We ended up with the right vehicle at the right price for our needs. Couldn't be happier. All staff we came in contact with were polite and accommodating. Will not hesitate to shop here again when the need arises.

My service advisor, Chamith, was really helpful and knowledgeable and even other advisors, Konrad, Sean and Mike went above and beyond to help me!
Cashiers and drivers were super friendly too!
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership and I recommend it to everyone!

That said, the last time I was there (over one month ago) I had some concerns about some COVID related safety concerns and took the time to write a constructive, respectful letter to management. They did not respond. I am disappointed that they chose to ignore me.

I drove into midtown Honda yesterday with a flat tire. I had never been there before and I had no appointment. They were extremely busy and to get the tire completely fixed I'd need to leave the car. Unfortunately I had my son, God son, husband and I'm five months pregnant so completely impossible. They immediately tried to get us back on the road with our spare. It was not easy our lock was seized and gave them a difficult time. They went above and beyond for us and I drive a Hyundai. I've never considered a Honda before but now when we're looking I'll be sure to return to Midtown. I've never seen a service department work so hard and not charge us a single penny. Thank you very much for getting my family back on the road. We really appreciate it.

Buying a car can be intimidating as there are so many options and if you don't know anything about cars, the challenge is even greater...I can't thank Peter Themelkos and Mike Makris for making this process seamless from beginning to end...they were so accommodating and understanding with my wants and needs and not once did I feel pressured to "buy a car."....they answered all my questions with sincerity and made me feel comfortable in asking all my "crazy" questions....the two of them communicate very well which is important to see as a customer...the banter between them and the rest of the staff was fun to watch as you can tell they are a close knit group...Thank you again Midtown Honda for making my 50th Birthday an amazing one!!!

Maria Hashemi - buyer beware. Maria sold me $4250.00 in extra's which I did not want or need however, she informed me if I did not purchase the extras... I would not qualify for financing. Being a Filipino mother of 3, I put my trust in her and was taken advantage of. I worked very hard to save to purchase my first car and I could have used the money for extras on other pressing issues. If you're thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Maria Hashemi, think twice!

Very poor communication and customer service. We made an offer on a vehicle last Tuesday and were told we would hear back from someone on our financing application in 24-48 hours... it is now the following Tuesday and we have received no updates from anyone, when we try to call the receptionist won t put us through to anyone in the finance department (she keeps saying they will call when they have an update). Yesterday I sent the General Manager and Finance Director sharing my concerns and asking for an update, and still no one had contacted me! At this point we have no idea what s going on... did they forget our application? Did they write down the wrong telephone number? Who knows! Terrible!

Been going to midtown honda for my regular service for almost 2 years but I don't know if I am ever going back. Service B123 came up. I changed out the air filters to the cabin and engine myself. Went in, told them not to replace my filters. When picking up my car, the rep said they looked at my filters and they need to be replaced. I had just changed them 2 days earlier. My wife was with me when picking up the car, knows I had changed out the filters and asked me not to make a scene. So we paid and left.
Now everything they have ever said to me is suspect.
I've waited on doing this review to see if my feelings would change, and they haven't.

Just purchased a new 2020 HRV and it was a very uneven experience. Joseph is good salesman, perhaps too good given the fact that he got us to buy a car that he didn't even have in stock and then had to go search for. We wished we had known that before we paid the deposit, but, like i said, he's a good salesmen. Also, to his credit, Joseph understood our urgency in needing the new vehicle in a timely manner and we were able to arrange for pick up within 48hrs of the deposit being paid. So the viewing/test driving/deposit side of the experience was generally fine. Getting the car was when the fun really began. After waiting a solid 25 minutes beyond our appointment time to see the car we were told that we could see the finance person for final payments first in order to speed up the process. We sat down, reviewed the original agreement and took note of the "new car" delivery items such as the car being delivered to us with 90KM or less. We asked the finance person to verify that point and he confirmed it with us so we signed and then waited to be brought to the car. Another 20 minutes passed before the salespeople realized that they had never informed a delivery specialist that we were ready. Kevin eventually came and got us and showed us the car. During our inspection of the car we noted that although we had negotiated for the inclusion of hard interior mats for the car this apparently excluded the mat for the trunk, and the odometer showed 107KM as opposed to the 90 on the agreement. Totally understanding that the amount of 17km may appear petty but why did they not amend the agreement they had me sign 20 minutes prior or make note of it during that session? I mentioned the mats to Kevin who said that the agreement didn't list "trunk mats" so I replied to him that the agreement also stated less than 90KM to which he replied "talk to legal" while literally running away to go back inside through a side door. For real! This was like out of a cartoon. It was hilarious, but also c'mon Kevin, if you're gonna say something like that then say it with some meat behind it. I went back in through the front door of the building to speak with a manager regarding the mats and the odometer (again, it's 17km, not a make or break thing but honesty really goes a long way especially when you're spending a big chunk of money like you do on a car). The manager I spoke with (whom I have forgotten the name of unfortunately) agreed to get mats for the trunk perhaps because he saw my point that I said car mats during the negotiation and they tried to play semantics with what's what or maybe it was just to shut me up and get me out of there. Either way, at the end of this we were introduced to another delivery specialist named Roberto and this young man was INCREDIBLE. Roberto is the star of the show over at Midtown Honda. He understands customer service, he is knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he hasn't picked up any of the bad habits that some of the more "seasoned" employees demonstrated. He listened, he provided unique insights on the vehicle, and he really made a warm impression on what had been a rather cold experience up until that point while picking up the car.

My husband and I just purchased a preowned Honda Ridgeline. From start to finish we were really impressed with our salesperson Valerie Semenov he was exceptionally knowledgable with the product and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The whole process was very smooth we were called by Sandra Cristina asking us when we would like to pick up our new vehicle she was very helpful with helping us contact our insurance company and get all the proper documents required to help our pick up go as planned. She even helped us to arrange to get a some accessories we forgot to purchase when we doing the sale. She put us in contact with a very helpful staff member named JJ who help arrange ordering the parts and introduced us to Liz to make an appointment to put them on our vehicle. We were really surprised with how friendly everyone we dealt with was! I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends ! My wife and I purchased our first car together from Midtown Honda this past summer. Six months later, it has been an excellent investment and is serving us well (though not many would doubt Honda's overall quality).

More importantly, our experience with the dealership was very positive. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles (and coffee) and the staff was very helpful throughout the negotiation process for the car. They were open and honest with us, as well as patient in working through a deal that worked for both sides. They provided us with a number of options, both new and used, under a variety of payment schemes - without ever given us a hardline approach or pressuring us to make a decision. Since most dealerships offer similar prices, the experience of negotiation was crucial to our final decision; it tells us we went with a dealership that will look out for us in the future. My only gripe was their tendency to pitch "add-ons" (some very important, such as rust protection) for the car at the tail end of the process instead of discussing this up front, but I doubt this is uncommon.

Our new car was waiting for us within a week of our first visit and test drive.

Overall, it was a fine experience and I highly recommended the dealership.

Long over due review, but this location has very helpful staff, and are very accommodating. I went in to service my Honda Civic pregnant and with my two young children. They had toys inside to keep my children entertained as well as refreshments while we waited. The wait wasn't too bad as it needed to be diagnosed then fixed, so I was happy about that. I give Sean two thumbs up for his exceptional service and professionalism. Thank you!

I usually receive good service at Midtown Honda, not today unfortunately. I went in for an oil change/ snow tires installation. A car wash is included with the oil change. I asked I'd extra attention during the car wash be paid to the rims as they were soiled.
Oil changed, car was parked, then another service person drove it off for the wash.
40 minutes later I inquired about my vehicle. They could not find it, nor my keys or the person who washed the vehicle. I rarely go off on these circumstances... twenty minutes later they found my keys! At this point I was late for work and to boot the rims were still covered in dirt. I was offered to have the rims power washed. I was not impressed. I rarely write bad reviews, situations happen, but I feel the ball was dropped, there was no need to extend my wait time by an hour when the car was ready (except for the soiled wheels) and waiting for me. First time disappointed.

I just purchased a brand new vehicle and I am so pleased! Yeraldin was extremely kind, attentive and most informative car salesperson I ve ever dealt with. Josh was also very friendly and sociable and made the financing process very simple and straightforward. Customer Service here is a joke. Came in here with my coworker on my lunch break to look at the Civic and Accord, as I was looking to purchase a car asap. I requested to speak to a sales person, as I wanted to know the difference between the models, pricing and also wanted to test drive it. The sales associate did not seem impressed when we were walking to his office. We got into his office and he started taking all my information down and asked which car we wanted to test drive. We asked what the difference was between two of the models and he told me "All the specifications are on the website". I was a bit shocked when he said that... As a sales associate, your job is to provide information to your customer and help them. Then it all went downhill from here. He then asked "Are you test driving it because you want to buy it or because you just want to see how it feels?". Does anyone see what's wrong with that? Obviously I need to know how the car feels before I purchase it... Last time I checked, cars weren't a "buy it and return it if you don't like it" kind of item. Anyways, I said I wanted to see how it feels. He immediately tells me that "Unfortunately, Honda does not allow test drives for clients who just want to see how it feels, you have to purchase it. We work on commission here". I am seriously shocked at how I was treated at this dealership and wished that I had not wasted my lunch break. So in all, I was told that I would not be getting any service from them and that they all work on commission.

UPDATE: I went back to Midtown Honda and saw Jennifer Song. She was very patient and a pleasure to work with (and super cheerful all the time too). She was super nice and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend everyone to go see Jennifer Song at Midtown.

Came in for maintenance and I was overcharged for a couple services and misinformed that the service was actually needed. Typical "pink tax" type way of doing business where they tried to take advantage. Tried to contact a couple times after that to express concerns/complain and the person would not return my calls. Poor customer service. Will never do business with Midtown again.

They have this cool system where real time update on the vehicles in service. On the side note one of the best customer waiting area with a great coffee machine.

Shame on me...for not getting full disclosure re price before service. An A1 service (essentially an oil change) came to $150+ after they calculated the A1 "service charge" and a recommended air filter.

Shame on me...for naively thinking the service adviser (George) was looking-out after MY best interest.

Shame on me...as this is the second time I was taken by Midtown. Nope no interst in making sure I knew pricing...just getting the 'okay'.

You give the entire "dealer' business a bad name and I am fully aware that you will take no accountability for my complete customer dissatisfaction because you got my signature and verbal okay.

Congratulations...you won again and up-sold another $150 oil change.

Everyone at Midtown Honda makes you feel like valued customer. They are meticulous with details of the work to be undertaken. Will give you a call once the service has begun and if they discover that additional things need to be addressed they will advise you of the urgency. With this information you can decide to proceed or put it off until the next scheduled visit. They are excellent in letting you know what the service cost should be. I am pleased to have my vehicle serviced by them.
