I recently purchased a new vehicle from Midtown Honda from Valeri who is a very knowledgeable sales consultant and definitely went out of his way to find the exact color of car that I was looking for as it was not available at their dealership when I was originally looking. From the moment I walked in the doors I found everyone that I came in contact with to be very helpful and accommodating from Valeri, Alex, Ned, Van and Maria you all made my buying experience a seamless process.
Was a great experience from start to finish. The customer service provided by both Pauline, the receptionist and Roberto made the experience much more enjoyable. Even with masks on I was able to see the friendly smiles, which made the entire thing more genuine and inviting.

Sales department was good, service department is completely disorganized. It s common to be bounced around to 5 different people every time you call in unless it s for something straight forward. No one takes accountability, I would recommend steering clear for anything beyond simple service appointments.

She will always give a honest recommendation and opinion as a professional. I did once a service at Toronto Honda and got so bad experience, would never be back over there. I have serviced my car here since moving to the area and it's always a great experience, efficient, professional and quality. On the day that I purchase my Honda Civic from Midtown, I visited 4 other dealerships and this was my last stop. This place has a very lighthearted atmosphere, which is very refreshing compared to other dealerships where I felt smothered. The staffs are naturally polite, funny, reasonable and very down to earth, much better than the overly exaggerated gestures made by some other staffs at other dealerships. I worked with Lucas who is the most honest and polite sales consultant that I have ever met. He is patient, knowledgeable and very reasonable with the prices. He speaks only when needed, would never try to talk over you or make a car sound like more than what it is and most of all he listened and was very attentive to my concerns. Peter and Mark are very humorous and it really made me feel at ease and excited about purchasing a car from them rather than feeling stressed and pressured. Sandra was very professional and always responded promptly to my follow-up emails to finalize the paperwork after my visit. Most of all, they exceeded my expectations as they surprised me and offered to deliver my vehicle directly to my home in London for FREE. Originally I was planning to pick it up myself, but that was no longer needed! Amazing! Highly recommended! :)
Bought a 2016 Honda Fit used. I came from out of town and got details from their website and all my questions answered by the sales manager. I made an offer over the phone. Picked up car a couple of days later. The deal and delivery were both excellent with no surprises or pressure to upsell.
I used the shuttle service. Val was my driver on the way to my house and then picked me up. Very nice guy, drives very well. Showed up right on time for my requested pick up time. Great overall service.
It's taking weeks to connect with someone in regards to this premium protection plan from Endurance(titan premium). I paid for the highest tier of protection yet I can't get a hold of someone. The dealership transfers me to Honda Canada and Honda Canada says I do not have anything on file and to call the dealership. I guess the paper I am holding in my hand that was signed by a Honda Business Manager at Midtown Honda doesn't exist? Their service is also questionable since they keep suggesting work that was already done. Does no one keep a record of anything here? Would be nice if you can also stop asking people to come in to upgrade their car during a lockdown. I understand you are deemed as essential but I don't think that is considered essential...
Horrible price gouging on service, but even worse, a recent request for a simple oil and filter change became a long list of items that were NOT needed on my vehicle. Among them was a note about a rear brake bulb still needing replacement. That had actually already been corrected by myself, as Midtown Honda had previously emailed and asked $102 to address this very simple job (see image). They did not even look to see if this was still a concern. Poor attention to detail is not what I look for in any service department. The more recent suggestion of a 4 wheel alignment being needed was also unsubstantiated. This cannot be visually confirmed, and there was no printed report provided on the existing calibration - if they really checked it, they would have the info ready. I strongly doubt they even had my vehicle on an alignment machine at any point during the hour I was there. I suspect times may be tough for the new car sales business, but this last attempt at a $2700+ service / cash grab at Midtown Honda has motivated me to look elsewhere for service going forward.
Very unreliable and unethical business policy, I asked them to be honest before selling a car but they wasn t honest and was tricking me for making a sell... I trusted and so I signed bill of sale with trust but they broke my trust with so many lies, when I didn t like their business... and wanted to cancel agreement showed me kinda middle finger, harassment for the refund, later had to show them court, later got my refund otherwise I d sue this business. Be careful and don t trust anything they says.
This is the third time I used Midtown Honda with my maintenance of my Honda CRV. I have had another model and make before. The experience is beyond compare. I dealt with Konrad at the service centre and his very personality the tone, the care, patience, professionalism and explains exactly what is required to be done on the vehicle. Wow Kudos to this guy he loves his job and cares for people. Real great asset for Honda Midtown Thank you.

My first purchase with Midtown Honda in 2017 went smoothly. Last week I participated in the upgrade event and it's been the absolute worst experience ever dealing with Financing, Car Delivery and Service Repair Centre. The only saving grace for me was the sale person, Lucas, who also sold me my car in 2017. My next trade in will be with another dealership. I definitely can't and won't go through the hassle again. We purchased a used 2006 Mercedes-Benz E320 CDI from Midtown Honda, where we dealt with R. Indran. He was able to provide us with all the information we needed about the car and assisted us with our purchace. We were surprised on the information he knew about the Benz, being that he works at a Honda dealer. Here we are 3 months later and absolutely love the car!!! GREAT BUY!!!

Worst customer services I ever face in canada . Service manager doesn t know how to talk with customers. When I bought the car they promised me a lot things . I have all the documents but right now no one is responding. And we have to pay a lot money. This is my personal suggestion don t go to midtown Honda ever. Buy it from another retailer. Because this whole staff is not revealing truth , when you are buying from there . Before signing any papers contact Honda first and do it after .
The facility is nice. The staff are friendly but not one staff member introduced themselves by name or asked me for my name or addressed me by name. It was my first time there and did not know where anything was, I had to ask instead of being informed. So I would sat it was average experience(2/3 star). I had a 5 star experience at Ready Honda on Dundas street in Missisauga.

Very poor shuttle service. I dropped my at 1.00pm and they advised me to wait for 45mins for next shuttle, then they told me that their shuttle service up to 2.00pm so they can not provide service to me. I told them that even It does not make sense since I dropped my car at 1.00pm. I have a leased Honda Accord and even they do not provide a loaner and their shuttle service terrible.
I will NEVER recomend choosing this dealership to anyone who is looking to LEASE a car! My husband and I have NEVER experienced this much poor, and I mean POOR customer service in the many years that we've owned our cars! We wanted to renew our lease, decided on a car and agreed to the deal, HOWEVER, after REVIEWING the lease more closely in the confort of our home, noticed numbers, that we were told were going to be taken care of by the dealership! In short we were LIED TO and decided not to take the car! We called and left messages with the Sales Manager, and no call back for days, then we went further and called the VICE PRESIDENT of Honda, again messages were left with NO response for days. Finally, received a call from Vice president and told us he would look into it. NEVER called us back! Since no one wanted to return our calls. We have decided to go to the media! We lost our $500. DEPOSIT ALL BECAUSE THE LEASING MANAGER LIED TO US AND TOLD US WE HAD TO TAKE THE CAR! THE ONE WE NO LONGER WANTED AFTER NOTICING ON PAPER, WE WERE LIED TO. Had they given us our deposit back, maybe we would have reconsidered. But my next attempt will be through SOCIAL MEDIA.

Both my 2004 and 2008 CRVs had a safety recall.The appointment was made with the service advisor and both were done on time without issues. Both times I used the shuttle, once with Vince and the other with Val. They were professional and a pleasure to ride with. Midtown Honda is definitely the dealer to go to

We had a great experience getting a repeat Honda lease. Serge was very helpful, knowledgeable and understood the pace of handling a modern-day transaction without hounding us to buy anything. He took the time to explain the features, offered a test ride and continued to list off things that were new on the model. He included his own experience, and told us what to look for and even what not to care about. The transaction otherwise was easy, Daniel the manager also made sure things went smoothly.
Had a great experience at this place. Kent was very helpful in helping us choosing the cars and was pretty candid and open (which I appreciate). It took us only 3 days to get our car and the whole process was very smooth. They did recommended some insurance products to you (All dealerships do) but it's your call to take it or not.
I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic at midtown Honda. While fincansing my vechile I was introduced to the Titan package and was told that it would be very beneficial to purchase this package since if anything happens to your vechile it is covered. I was told that if anything happened to the tires and it was irreplaceable I would be covered because of the package that I purchased and I wouldn t have to pay for anything. But that was all a lie. I was told the wrong information and was lied to just so the advisor could sell me the package and make an extra few bucks. This is a horrible thing to do. I don t recommend this Honda Dealership.
Just purchased a new car from mid town honda and all I can say was that the service was excellent. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk by Samantha, then working with such a great salesman in Mike M, to the delivery of the vehicle by Roberto I couldn't be happier. They were all very helpful and accommodating. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from midtown honda again, thank you for such a great experience, keep up the good work.
Great dealership great team, reasonable prices on parts. Everyone there seemed in good sprites while i was there. Quality cars as everyone should already know. Check em out you won't be disappointed at all.
Every time we bring the car in for servicing they are unprepared and behind schedule. I went in to get a mirror fixed and gave them advance notice so they could order the mirror. The didn't. I went back for my second scheduled appointment and my service rep was on lunch and they were behind schedule. Twice for the drivers side mirror I've gone to Midtown Honda and both times they were terrible. Both times took two visits. Both times took 3 hours to do a simple job because they were behind schedule. My advice - do NOT get your car serviced here.
Poor Service. I booked a shuttle days prior toy appointment. On the day of the appointment, the service guy "Sean" tried to keep me at the dealership by saying your car will be done in 30 mins." Next thing you know, I was stuck in there for 3hrs!!! And still no able to get a shuttle!

On Saturday Mar 2nd I had a great experience at Mid town. My oddsey van's sliding door was struck halfway and i could not make it work even in manual. I contacted midtown and spoke with Mr. Sean MCRAE, very professional, knowledgeable person , reocgizing the severity of the situation, although swamp with appoinments, he asked me bring my van in for a check. I got there and within minutes a technician I believe he was either Mr. Joe or Eddy was chceking the van. I was given a clear information as to what might be wrong and possible solution. In the end both Joe and Eddy stayed back late to fix the issue, change motor, rollers etc etc. I left the dealership very satisfied with a major issue fixed. Thanks to Sean, Joe and Eddy. Sanjay

Do not come to this dealer, especially Andrew Kim salesman, the worst one I've dealt with. I've bought many cars over the years, this is the one that force me to let people know about it. The car deliver wasn't clean, a few scratches, the manager wasn't too happy when I asked to fix the problems when I saw him walking out of his office, judging from his body language. Andrew kept mention "you got a great deal" so I can forget everything because of the great deal? that's not even the point, great deal or not, he accepted to price to sell it and it must be honour just any other cars. There are many other issues that I don't want to go on. No wonder why people rank car salesman at the bottom of any service industry. How ironic it is, its slogan "Customer Driven" more like "Unprofessional Money Grabber Driven". Stay away from Midtown Honda"

I bought a car from this dealership it was the worst experience in all the retail business. Never showed up for over a year now. There is a recall on some part came in to get it done was told over the phone would take 45mins - 1 hr... 2 hrs later asked if it s ready they said it s still not in the garage. While I have seen people come after me and leave. Just because my service is not a paid service I have to wait longer. Worst customer service in service department. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO CLOSE FRIENDA AND FAMILY.
The dealership is phenomenal. Very up front with pricing, used car vehicle history. on top of that the service department is fast and efficient. With service manager Vince Signorile running service department you know your car will be taken care of and maintenance/repairs completed correctly. Being checked in with Chamith Wellappuli was smooth and painless.
I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service.

I was there on Friday July 24 2020, I didn't know how to pair my phone I bought my car there at midtown honda. I walked in and ask the reception if someone can help me pair a phone and she said sorry there isn't anyone available she was so sweet and kind, I didn't get mad and a gentlemen came and said I can do it, I forgot his name he was wearing sunglasses and a black shirt with a blue mask i think his name was Micheal B he had a license plate behind his back I remember that and his sunglasses. He such a nice boy he taught me slowly and kindly and he got my phone working I was so happy when he got it to work. It didn't take him so long to do it as well. He was so sweet and calm and very funny. I offered him a coffee for his help and he refused and said I don't drink coffee but a happy smile is all he needed, before he left I asked him why do you wear sunglasses indoors? he said they were prescription so he can see better, before he left he asked if I needed anything more help with and I said no that was all and he said I hope you have a fantastic day and with your phone all paired up you can make fantastic phone calls now, if there anymore problems don't be afraid to come by we are always happy to help out our customers. I'm so pleased with his service I will come back he made me feel like a valuable person if I'm in the area or go for service there I'll stop by just to say hi to him. I thank you for midtown and for Micheal B help, without him I wouldn't have my phone paired.
I just upgraded my old CRV to my new CRV and Daniel and Danny on the sales side took care of me on both purchases. I didnt leave thinking I was ripped off, which is huge but I also felt like I had people to reach out to if I needed help. I'll be back again, they're one of the reasons why. 5/5 would recommend.
I had an absolute terrible experience at this location.
There was a massive communication issue and instead of the dealership talking it through, they charged me twice and over drafted our account. When we attempted to fix the problem, their leasing manager and financial manager were extremely rude and dismissive. As a result, we had to get Honda customer service involved. The dealership completely ignored Honda finance for months forcing someone from their head office to show up in person.
Eventually we won our case, but the staff here are deplorable. Avoid this dealership and go elsewhere.
The worst customer experience in my life. This review is based on two visits to Midtown Honda. My first visit was an ordinary oil change, that I have called in advance for, and was told that it will take 40 minutes maximum. I end up waiting for 1h and 30m. You can go to any oil change company and it will take them 20 minutes. My second visit due to their Safety Recall. I also called in advance and have been told that it will take from 1h to 1h:30m. I end up bringing my car 30min earlier having in mind my first experience with them. My car was in the dealership at 12:00pm and only at 4:30pm I have drove away from dealership. It doesn't matter if you have appointment or not, they have excuse every time. Either someone is sick and didn't show up to work or they just really busy. If you VALUE YOUR TIME choose a different dealership.
We emailed to get a quote about current offers. The 3-sentence reply is worse than no reply: "Thank you for choosing Midtown Honda. The 2015 Fit LX has NO cash incentives . We will take any offer if we are not losing money. "
Last sentence is very confusing and unfriendly :( Since I know car manufacturers always provide cash allowance, my only guess is people in midtown are rich and this dealer only deal with potential luxury car buyer? Anyway, Honda Fit is the best selling hatchback model in North America and we will move on to dealers that are willing to sell it.

The best. This is my third vehicle from this dealership, it is understood why I keep coming back. The salesman, Tony is amazing - friendly, informative, and he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Margarita was my first point of contact and she s amazing, then Samantha who made sure I was comfortable when I entered the establishment. Beware: staff here don't wear masks indoors (they have them around their necks or below the nose). We asked the sales person to pull the mask over his nose before we entered his office to fill out paperwork for a test drive, and he refused. Very bizarrely bad customer service. I am very happy to buy a new car elsewhere. No shortage of options.

First of all, I would like to thank Danny Meacci and Josh Martiskovich for the wonderful service that they provided to me and my aunt. I bought my 2016 Acoord @ Midtowntown Honda through Danny and requested a lot of thing and boy oh boy I thought he will be annoyed with me but he was very professional and made sure that all of my request was properly delivered THANKS Danny!... So If you are planning on buying a new car I would recommend you to go and see Danny, he will be on top of everything and make sure that you'll be happy from the time you pick up your brand new car.
After living without a vehicle for 5 years, I went to Midtown Honda and met Indran who did an excellent job in finding the car of our dreams it was a preowned Insight hybrid just the vehicle we were looking for 5 door, lots of luggage space, great on fuel and within our budget it was love at first sight. Then it came to financing and Giuseppe did a great job and we want the best for our investment so he gave us some advice so we got the comprehensive warranty and rust proofing also there was a tone of paperwork which he explained and prepared very professionally.
During all this process our kids were kept busy by the receptionist who did hand work with them which gave us time to concentrate on the paper work. I feel she is an exceptional receptionist.
Two weeks after taking my car home I began to see fillings appear on the car it was like a phenomenon it started increasingly visible all over the car. Three weeks later I made an appointment and went to the service bay the guy there said So you drive a lot in the highway this is what happens I said no I got the car only three weeks ago he said well used vehicles are like this the car is very low so just do what the previous owner did fill it. We could paint it would cost $800.00 just for the front or touch up paint for $10.17. What can I do but to buy the touch up paint and come home also they advised me to wash the vehicle and it would not look so bad so, to day I washed the vehicle and I could see tears in my wife eyes I feel I let my family down due to my inexperience.
I can t imagine that the dealer having a body shop in his location could do a temporary cover-up on all the defects and sell it without doing a genuine job because they just destroyed our drams. I wouldn t blame the sales people but the people who prepare the vehicle for resale.
I am a Christian so I have the duty of telling the truth so that no other person gets there dreams shattered.
