Had a great experience with Midtown Honda last week. Joseph Kim (Sales Consultant/Assistant Sales Manager) ensured impeccable customer service from start to finish in the process of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I found all of the staff to be incredibly professional, personable, courteous, safety-conscious (due to COVID-19), and it was clear to me that everyone at this dealership takes great pride in what they do. Sandra Cristina (Delivery Coordinator) communicated promptly and ensured smooth delivery. Roberto Campochiaro (Delivery Specialist) showed me my new vehicle and answered all my questions/concerns.
Maria Hashemi (Director of Financial Services) was very clear and concise. She ensured the process was quick and seamless. Joseph, Sandra, Roberto and Maria all deserve to be recognized for the great work that they do. I will happily make my service appointments here, although it is a bit of a drive for me from Hamilton. It is worth the extra time for me, thank you Midtown Honda!
