We came to look at CR-V's. We were met at the door by Charles Gaskins. He was very friendly and accommodating quickly assessed what we were looking for in a vehicle and guided us on our tour. I asked him dozens of question, he knew all the answers and was apleasure to work with. Whether we end up with a CRV, or another vehicle, I would definitely go back and work with Charles.
