My daughter had a oil change at this location , a week after or So, her car started to make nosies , which she didn t know why , the nosies becomes loud , Which prompted her to take time off from her busy schedule to take the car for review , she was told the metal plate under the car , was total damage , she has a Honda Civic , that plate needs to be removed in order to have the oil change , we had done business with Honda For over 12 years and with this specific car dealer , this car has never gave her any issues since she got it from Honda Two years ago , this people didn t take care the car appropriately when the oil was changed, the metal plate was definably not attach correctly , I spoke with Scott blaylock at the services department and with the general manager Keith Hightower , they basically didn t not take responsibility, the car looks damage in the bottom , however the car was working perfect before this dealership put their hands in the car , needless to say, my family business with HONDA ends today , they put this on a customer responsibility $600 ,when we are going through a pandemic chaos , people are loosing their jobs , but Honda Is all about your $$ no about taking care the faithful customers
