Great ambiance with high ceiling lobby. Feels like a VIP during the visit.

Concierge service was a bit slow. Although, I did not stay at the hotel, I did get to see what the rooms looked like. They were reasonably sized with twin beds. The ballroom was very nice!

Absolutely atrocious place. Charges an arm & a leg for check in but be prepared to queue up at least an hour in the line just to wait to check in. The front counter staff are more interested in slacking and taking their time to engage in idle chit chat with each other rather than actually checking in the guests.

The air-conditioning is loud, the room is small, there is no facility, no service, the waiter did not inform in advance about the swimming pool reservation, and was pulled into the blacklist.

Set up the Inbio station and walk over the bridge. After turning down the escalator, you can see the English of the Michael Hotel. The direction of the Rolex Rolex will go! It is quite clear that if the passenger arrives too early, the check in sign will be replaced with a check out sign. If you want to place your baggage directly, you can find someone nearby! I will copy the number to you right away!

The price in Sentosa is relatively close to the people's price (about 7500NTD with breakfast), waiting for check in on the scene to wait about 40 minutes, maybe the price is lower, there are people with very low mainland visitors, the team has been quite humiliating, the reception staff processing time per About 10 minutes, people do not know whether the lack of training in the quality of staff, book a large bed in a non-smoking room in advance, but the scene said that the remaining two small beds of smoking rooms to ask and ask for the change before the house! ! ! ! ! ! too exaggerated! ! ! ! I don t even know how to go to the location of the attraction. I don t know if Singapore has any cooperation with the students. When the students come to work, the whole situation is neglected.

Maybe what kind of service there is, but this service is simply sorry for the price of 7500TWD! The relative Shangri-La service is quite good, and the processing speed is quite fast!

I have seen this speed for the first time. I have never met the booked information. It takes ten minutes. I also need to ask the staff of the other two waiters.

But the luggage is packed and the staff sent to the hotel is very friendly and fast! The quality has been higher than the counter receptionist....

Meal time 0900 breakfast seats are insufficient, need to line up for 20 minutes, the mainlanders rush forward, the service staff not only did not stop, even directly assisted the queue, asked him to line up in front of the queued team! Dumbfounded

The furnishings is a little dated. Maybe management is trying to achieve a classic or retro look. Anyway at least for the deluxe room I had, it was quite spacious. I like it that they provide ice machine near the lift lobby of every floor. It allows to bring my own drinks and have a reatful time in the room.

Due to social distancing , they have implemented the online booking to the pool. But I have problem doing the booking. And tried to call the operator for assistance and unable to get though the line for more than 20 minutes. Apps is poorly design and customer service is poor. And I have to go to the lobby to ask for assistance. Overall experience is totally unacceptable

Good family property located in ideal location at Resort World. The hotel is located very close to Universal studios and Sentosa Waterfront station. Highly recommended for families who want enjoy all attractions in Sentosa..... Stayed with family for 3 nights this gave us ample time to cover all the attractions quite relaxed......

Don t expect too high here. Even the room price can go up to 700 sin but the quality of service and hotel room is another story. Today I checked in and look at the toilet housekeeper doesn t have the QC check or supervisor to go through after staff is cleaning the room and look at the bed sheets OMG. Is this is really $700 per night. I may suggest you go to stay in St Regis or Four Seasons better . But if you really want to stay in this island please go to website and search carefully and read all comments before you book. Before here I was at the mbs with the super city view

We use our SRV for this staycation. We booked the hotel on a weekday and was given the time slot of 2-3pm to check in. However king sized bed is only available after 25 mins later. We choose the room facing the Main Street which is quiet and peaceful. Location is very centralised as it s near the main attractions and many eateries. Room is very spacious even after adding an extra bed. Breakfast is included but it s only set breakfast not buffet style. Western breakfast set has more variety and is recommended. Also include in the room package are 2 tickets to Sea aquarium. Complimentary car park is included. Overall we had a pleasant and decent stay.

Excellent service and location!!! Almost greeted by every staff and even the security guards as well once we entered the hotel. I have booked to stay a night for 14/02/21. Despite the check in time was 3pm, we still arrived early at the hotel and however, was allowed to check in at 1pm instead as the counter staff told us that our room was already ready. This was a bonus! The processing time for check in was only less than 15 minutes as there was no crowd at all. Room and toilet were clean and spacious. We requested King bed and high floor, all were fulfilled! Breakfast was included which was average but not that bad and it was not buffet style, we had American and local set. The hotel is located near the Festive Walk which was less than 5 minutes walk to reach majority of the restaurants, eateries, 7-11, USS, Sea Aquarium etc. Complimentary car park included as well. I have saw a few bad reviews with the hotel but luckily, it turned out good for me. After all, it was a great and pleasant stay in Hotel Micheal! Comfortable and enjoyable!

Nice place but the service was quite bad.
Went into our room just to see that the beds are in a messy state.Seemed like someone had just slept on them.Called countless times for housekeeping and after more than 2 hours of waiting, finally the housekeeper came.I knew it can be pretty hectic with the guests coming in and out but they could have just told us that it will take long instead of just telling us that the housekeeper will come in half an hour everytime we called.

Hotel Michael is very clean and the staffs over there are very friendly and helpful

over 55 mins and still the room is not ready after we checked in at 2pm , too many restrictions due to corvid that hinders the check in process , phase 3 and you still cannot have more than 5 guests to a room despite booking a large room with living room space and bathtub

Location is good. Everything else is bad

Stayed on 5th floor. Carpet was dirty, floor drain was damaged, drawer was super smelly, fridge not working. Stayed for 3 nights, the cleaning service never washed the glass that we used. Bed was never properly tidied up. Looked like it had been jumped on. A hotel with the worst cleaning service ever. Go stay elsewhere.

Superb selection at Sentosa

Not a bad hotel, stayed there for a week. The price was okay if you manage to grab a special rate. deal just in time, after that prices climb top crazy heights. The rooms were neat and the furniture were all designed by Micheal Graves hence the name. The pool was small even though its advertised as it being massive, the Wi-Fi was really expensive (only one device though) but was fast. Plenty of TV channels (but some in Mandarin) It's location is in the middle of Resorts World Sentosa, possibly the best location in the world for a hotel (for kids) but thats the problem, its very noisy next to Universal Studios and of course you would expect that but you can deal with it because the windows are sound proofed. By the way food is crazy expensive, expect to pay $100+ for a meal for a family.

Limited toiletries, only shampoo & body shampoo, disposable toothbrush. They only gave two paper cups, which is impossible for repeatedly usage...

Room is huge and clean. The bad thing about the hotel is the distance between the carpark and the lobby.

This hotel only 3star hotel . I'm staying in Suite room 1178, room is so so but there is no service in this hotel.

Hotel facility satisfactory. However, WiFi connection is limited to miserly 2 devices only. With 4 family members, it is plainly in insufficient. Other hotels generally avail up to 5 devices.

We stayed in the 80 sqm room, a family with 2 children. The spacious room and gigantic bathroom made a mark since the first time we set foot in the room, and afterwards it never ceases to amaze us. Amenities are plentiful, service is quick, room is ultra clean. It gave us a unique opportunity to explore Sentosa Island to the max! Highly recommended for families.

A nice hotel but the cleanlinessis below market standard. Shower cubicle mosaic wall is very filthy.

On-site directions from USS area to the hotel is very difficult to follow if you do not know the area.

The room decor is very dated, looking like build-up from 90s taiwanese penthouses. There corridor carpet is lush and thick, but design is suaku. The one breakdast restaurant serving hotel gu3sts has limited food offerings. This hotel is mainly in demand for its proximity to the casino, the main transport areas w buses and trains to the besch and rest of thr island, and of course the main area with all the rrstaueants and cafes. Its a good stay if you and get a good price - service is good and room cleaning and room service are like clockwork. Concierge was vwry helpful w directions to to other restaueants and shows.

Room is pretty spacious with good shower amenities, location is near to the casino and many attractions in RWS as well. There is a gym at level 3. Swimming pool is currently under renovation till end of November but we can go over to Festive Hotel to swim. Overall would recommend this hotel!

Location is quite convenience. However, the room is abit bad. The main door for the room have issues which need us to adjust the door before we can even lock the door. Not only that, when the staff is doing housekeeping, although they are quick, however, they were not meticulous. For the morning buffet, the pricing is expensive and even the staff said it is not worth the price. Overall, I would not go back for the stay again.

Stopped us from entering our rooms during zoukout. Not a great way to handle guests especially when the event happens yearly and has been forecasted for so long.

The lobby and corridors are nice. Some rooms even have a veiw if the roller coasters at universal studios.

Stayed at the deluxe room for a staycation night and everything was exceptional. The waiting time to check in was about 45-50 mins (even when I reached on time) which I guess cannot be avoided due to the COVID situation. However, guests can opt to drop off their belongings at the concierge area in the meantime and come back later in the day. Counter staff Marcus was great and professional, was able to help me with the enquiries that I had. The room was clean and exceptional. Breakfast was really good where the staff were smiley and cheerful, which ended my stay really well. As we were at the beach, we managed to request for a late check out until 1pm. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here very much!

Stayed here for 3 nights. I had a great experience with my family. The hotel located inside sentosa island so it make it easier to strolling around sentosa world. With a good room service and friendly stuff.

Very poor check-in process. It seems like Fire Drilling. We reached 1pm here. It took more than 1 hrs to do check-in. They told check-in in time is 3pm. So we went for a walk and come back at 3pm. They gave us a token and says it will take another 60 minutes because we need three rooms in the same floor even though we have made prior booking online. What kind of nonsense/ridiculing service we received even before we start using the facility. People are here waiting like a refugees those who seeking for asylums. The staff are calling their guest by token numbers like prisoners. Very disappointed. Very irritated.

The bathroom is adequately equipped and made but the floor panels used for the showers are not suitable for some standing barefooted on it can cause some irritation

Really colourful!! Staff are nice, great rooms, but way expensive.... 2000+ for 3 nights in a standard room? Thats ridiculous! You can get a opera suite in Sentosa resort and spa!
