The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, as it s situated within RWS, with the main attractions and eateries nearby. Checking in process was also quite seamless.

However, it was understandably pricey, given the peak period and location. In addition, I felt the hotel staff weren t professional. Firstly, regarding my enquirers on the multi-attraction package, three different staff gave me three different responses. Secondly, the staff were very casual when communicating with the guests. For example, the restaurant servers were taking orders like you are in a coffee shop.

Definitely not befitting of a 5 Star hotel. A 3.5 out of 5 star experience for me.

Terrible parking.. East and West sectors are about a kilometre away. No directions and personnel have no clue.

Decided to book Hotel Michael for staycation this year since we can t travel overseas.

The price of the room was reasonable.

As I had plans to propose to my girlfriend, the hotel suggested to upgrade my stay to a deluxe suite. I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful for the great hospitality! Would definitely come back again!

Nice and good options for food within the hotel premise

Service is slow when request to change room as smoking room is given instead of non smoking.

The place is clean. Acceptable room size. Service is great as well. Definitely will come again.

Poor service in general. Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights and the check in was very very slow and quite disorganised. Called room service for a fork and spoon and they told me to visit the front desk for one but there was no one at the front desk and I waited for 30 min just to have them tell me they don t know anything about it. The breakfast was terrible and one of the worst ones I ve ever had and considering it was a 5 star hotel it definitely did not live up to its standard. This is NOT a 5 star hotel I ve seen 4 or even 3 star hotels better than this. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone, you re better off staying a luxury hotel for 50-100$ more than wasting money here

Clean environment & near to sea aquarium. Good place for staycation.

Small room, limited view, but the bed wasn't too bad. Very convenient, near to monorail and all the attractions

Hotel Michael is easy to find, it's near the place where you first alight the monorail. The rooms are nice and cozy, room services are prompt and the hotel staffs are polite. The only reason for 1 star less is the conditions of some stuffs in the room, tear at the sofa or loose floor tile.

All the staffs of hotel Michael are very friendly and helpful and also very courteous make my stay very pleasant and relaxing thank you

Reception and concierge staff were very friendly. The room we stayed in was clean but the furniture looks a bit old. Breakfast was not bad but nothing super impressive.

Love this hotel! Next to big Merlion and walk 2 minutes to Universal Studio

Time consuming check in process. Weird to not open all counters while having long queue.

Stayed recently in this hotel over a weekend staycation. Facilities is all perfect and housekeeping is superb. The only hassle is the check-in process which is way too long queue. Else all others is perfect!

0 STAR IF I CAN RATE IT. (SUIT ROOM)Been to many 5 star hotels it was first and last time to Hotel Michael. Seriously service was totally not acceptable! Firstly, when arrival, Valet service was not there have to wait for 10minutes or so for a valet staff to appear. That already dissapoint me. Upon arrival, was unimpress with furniture because of wear and tear, makes me feel like im in a budget chalet instead. I was here for 2 nights. On my second day before heading out around 4pm , i called the reception to remind them to make up my room , told her that i am heading out and please make up my room at least twice. Upon reaching back to the hotel midnight, was amazed that nothing has been done to my room! Called the reception again, told her everything, she checked her system and was certain that reminder to make up my room was keyed in but no one took the effort to follow up. After 15minutes, housekeeper came, he did not even greet us that were in the room, its basic courtesy to greet your guess at least a "hi,sir" or "good evening sir".All i could is hear him heavily *sighing*. To me luxury is all about attention to details, This hotel Michael Failed badly. NOT RECCOMENDED UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR STAYCATION!!

Very convenient location at Sentaosa. Very friendly staff and clean room. We were just infront of Merlion looking from the room window.

They have a spacious room and a very nice bathroom. Located just in Resort World Sentosa. If you want to spend your holiday in Resort World Sentosa, Hotel Michael is one of recommended hotel.

Room is big enough for four persons with queen sized bed each for twin rooms.

Please ask for a higher room for a better view

Hotel Michael s front line staff are friendly and helpful. Helped along with the self service check in and was alert to spot it s my son s birthday and even sent small gifts to the room personally for my child. Appreciate such plus one service from the front line staff !
Due to COVID, only troublesome protocol is needing to show IC for all before taking lift to get to room.
Was needing a lighter in the late evening to light up my child s birthday cake, front keeping was called and very quickly, housekeeping guy sent over a small box of matches over, very glad they are fast to handle situations for guest. Overall, this is a good recommended place for family staycation.

Spacious, comfortable and clean, the service is welcoming. It is only 5 minutes walk from Sentosa's light rail. It is only 1 stop away from the sea stall. It is very convenient for shops. Whether it is close to Universal Studios or other attractions, it is suitable for the whole family. Check in.

Proper room toilet cleanup needed. Otherwise customer service is good. Check in was very fast.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. It has brilliant, tasteful decor, professional friendly staff who are not intrusive, and close to everything you could need on Sentosa!

The bath towel is not so clean, there is no disinfection, it is very old, and there is a moldy smell. It is recommended that the hotel often replace the new towels with better!

Seemed old. It's way too hard to get to for the price. I would stay somewhere more Central.

3rd time staying here but had an unpleasant experience with check in staff. As there were loud drilling happening just above check in lobby, my mum and I couldn't hear clearly what the gentleman was asking. And he constantly showed unhappiness with unclear instructions and a sad face. This 3 stars is given to other hotel staff who were working hard to provide a safe and pleasant experience.

Im suffering from insomnia for 5years now and I averagely slept for around 5 to 6hrs per day. My night was incredible because I managed to sleep for more than 9hrs the first time in years! Loving ur serta mattress and linen so much. Would love to know where can I purchase those linen. That would help me alot!! Thank u Hotel Michael.

Outstanding Suite. Could not fault anything. It gives me a very comfortable and relax feelings from the moment I stepped into the Suite.

Super mediocre given for its location. Service is slow and rooms were not exactly well maintained. Bedsheets looks really worn out and shower curtains were not properly maintained.

Didn't quite like the service provided here. First of all the quene management during check-in, even though we need to pre-register online for check in time, upon reaching here, we need to take quene no. and wait..the wait is more than half hr. Next is the swimming pool registration, stay here 3 nights, I only manage to register 1 slot of 1hr swim for 1 pax (I have family of 4). The most angry part is, no one turned up at the allocated slot for swim, pool is empty and staff at the pool dont allow my other family to swim! What king of policy is that, I do understand covid safety measures, but at times staffs here have to practise flexibility. I still prefer my stay 2 night stay at Equrius Hotel before I check in here. I don't think I will book this hotel again.

Of course. U have $$ to have there. The room is tidy and clean. It is adjacent to the Universal Studio Singapore. You should try.

Great location. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke but they reassigned us to a remodeled room which was way nicer. Pool is just ok. Ask for remodeled room!

Michael... The beautiful hotel at RWS ..good customer service and good facilities..lot of restaurants and some with discount for hotel guest.. swimming pool on second floor is great and kids can enjoy on kids club and other amenities

Stayed at a Jimmy Hendrix room. I dunno why this place is sometime labelled as Hotel Michael and sometimes Hard Rock Hotel. But my review is for Hard Rock Hotel.

This review is to compliment your duty manager, Mr.Jonathan for the express service rendered today(27 May 2019) for arranging another room from #1030 to #1139 due to upgrading work . I was impressed to see the prompt service . Please pass on our thanks to him once again and I am looking forward to return my stay next week.

Summary: Unable to provide vegetarian breakfast options despite 2.5 months of booking notice.

Details:
I made a reservation via booking.com for end Nov 2020. In my booking, I mentioned that we are a family of vegetarians and appreciate if breakfast options can be provided to our diet.

The hotel replied "For your information, hotel breakfast is serving on set breakfast. We do not have pure vegetarian options for breakfast."

So I replied asking if they can separately provide a few items e.g. fruits, cereals, bread, noodle etc. (This is usually the basic options other hotels have offered us in the past. Some have done much more as well.)

Hotel replied "Please clarify the below email? Are you refering to Breakfast? Currently we serve breakfast set for Hotel Breakfast.".

Such an ignorant reply. Very unlike the service of RWS. Disappointed and have cancelled my reservation.

Room was surprisingly small, but cosy. Definitely a decent hotel but for the price, other locations offers better rooms.

One of the best hotels I have stayed so far.

We booked a 3days 2nights (2nd Apr - 4th Apr 2021) suite room. The service was near perfection. The room is very luxurious & with a good view.

It is very near to all the attractions (USS, Sea Aquarium, casino etc) Worth the price & Will come back again for next staycation!

The rooms and toilets are quite large and the equipment is also very complete. We made it very messy, please ignore it.

For a hotel to have only 2 check in counters is unbelievable! I actually waited half an hour to check in! I requested for additional roll on bed and was told that the bed had not been added. Imagine after playing at Adventure Cove for more than 6 hrs, everyone was tired and wanting a rest. I ended up being the one to stay awake for the staff to setup the additional bed. The swimming pool was nothing to look forward to. I guess the only things good about this hotel was its location and breakfast buffet.

We booked Deluxe room with 2 twin bed. We were assigned in 8th floor facing Equarius Hotel(Not much of a view). Deluxe room does not come with bath tub and the room was not carpeted. The TV is old. The complimentary coffee is an instant coffee in sachets, not even Nespresso. The room is not sound proof. The people staying at the other room was noisy. Because of covid-19 you have to book for the pool. The pool was a disappointment. It's small, nothing grand.
The 3rd floor going to the pool reeked of cigarettes.

If it weren't located in Sentosa I'd say you can find a more value for money outside.

The breakfast is ok. The hotel restaurant is dimly lit. Too gloomy for breakfast.

The staff are nice. Helpful if you directly talk to them face to face. Don't bother calling by phone. Dialing 0 is useless as it's always busy.

Overall it's an ok experience.

Great faciliates and close to other attraction in sentosa.my kids enjoy the stay and we definitely will come again in the future

Paid about $400+ for a night here. Checked in at 9pm so the queue wasn't a problem.

Hotel amenities were fine but for the price, it was disappointing. Was definitely expecting more. One of my concern was the left over food in the fridge by the previous guest. During covid period, this just shows that the room wasn't cleaned properly. Bedsheets and towels were clean though. Didn't feedback to the staff after checking out as we used the fast check out. Definitely won't be coming back again as the leftover food was a turn off for me.

For want of a better way to put it, the hotel - especially the lobby - just smells bad.

I just went to pass some things to a friend who was flying off. The staff I met were helpful.

The rooms are nice, the location is nice.
I'll give this a five out of five.

A cool place to chill for a staycation as most fun facilities are nearby. The size of the room is also very big and spacious.

Good location to casino, lots of TV channel but without English Premier League.
