over 55 mins and still the room is not ready after...

over 55 mins and still the room is not ready after we checked in at 2pm , too many restrictions due to corvid that hinders the check in process , phase 3 and you still cannot have more than 5 guests to a room despite booking a large room with living room space and bathtub
service is ok, some staff are good and knowledgeable, some provide service that is mediocre and lacking , 3/5 for service
