Excellent service and location!!! Almost greeted by every staff and even the security guards as well once we entered the hotel. I have booked to stay a night for 14/02/21. Despite the check in time was 3pm, we still arrived early at the hotel and however, was allowed to check in at 1pm instead as the counter staff told us that our room was already ready. This was a bonus! The processing time for check in was only less than 15 minutes as there was no crowd at all. Room and toilet were clean and spacious. We requested King bed and high floor, all were fulfilled! Breakfast was included which was average but not that bad and it was not buffet style, we had American and local set. The hotel is located near the Festive Walk which was less than 5 minutes walk to reach majority of the restaurants, eateries, 7-11, USS, Sea Aquarium etc. Complimentary car park included as well. I have saw a few bad reviews with the hotel but luckily, it turned out good for me. After all, it was a great and pleasant stay in Hotel Micheal! Comfortable and enjoyable!
