Due to social distancing , they have implemented the online booking to the pool. But I have problem doing the booking. And tried to call the operator for assistance and unable to get though the line for more than 20 minutes. Apps is poorly design and customer service is poor. And I have to go to the lobby to ask for assistance. Overall experience is totally unacceptable
