Good food as always and appreciate the helpers at drive through

Totally unhealthy food (I hope they'll remove preservatives and additives at some point) but excellent customer service. An employee walked me and my 2 young children to and from our car with an umbrella when it was pouring down rain.

Awesome! Organized, methodical and dependable. Food is great too! I usually go in during rush times because traffic congestion can be quite unnerving however the line moves quickly in the drive through.

best chicken sandwiches compared to the other restaurants that say they are better. during lunch it is extremely busy but they do have a system that helps lessens wait time.

The wait in the drive thru was over 40 minutes. Ridiculous

Avoid this Chic Fil A at all costs. The drive through experience is horrible now. A person literally walks next to you with your window rolled down for the ENTIRE drive through telling you when to stop and go. It s annoying and not any faster than a regular drive through.

Anything that was out of the ordinary they apologized for and said that they were super sorry for the inconvenience. No matter what they do different, they always act with a smile and server with pleasure.

It's Chick-fil-A, which means it's incredibly clean and the employees are extremely polite. This one is often extremely busy due to being right across from the university.

Public safety hazard. Almost every time I drive by, the drive-thru is backed out into the east-bound right lane of MLK, sometimes into the intersection with Razorback. I called the police non-emergency number about it and the dispatcher claimed they can do nothing! The store should put up signage, direct customers to parking spaces, or even refuse service if their peak volume is going to result in a rear-end collision over CHICKEN.

Food was great, but Chik Fila is always so crowded!

These folks always go above and beyond . They are always happy and try and get you in and out quick!

Loved Chick-fil-A a friend there took me to have lunch there and I haven't seen her and so long, she hasn't been in one for a while so when we went in there we went crazy on the food.

I can't begin to express how many CAR ACCIDENTS this location has nearly caused on a busy street NOT REGULATING THE DRIVE THROUGH AREA. I'm glad you guys are popular and busy but for a company with that kind of business model I would have expected way more in terms of you guys at LEAST taking into consideration looking out after the safety of those around you. It's been over a year and it hasn't changed. God forbid someone gets hurt later.

Slow service, rude employees, dry chicken. Never eating there again.

Wasn't very impressed. They were out of Chick-fil-A sauce. Guy in the car line up didn't seem to happy to be there. Never was told my pleasure by anyone. Chicken sandwich was a let down.

We came in at closing time and yet the employees were terrific and still accommodated us. They would have never done that in Florida. You guys rock!

Their chicken is the best! At lunch the drive thru does get a long line of cars but its worth it.

I am able to get a spicy grilled chicken sandwich at every other chick fil a in Arkansas I've been to, but this store refuses to make it. I understand it takes longer. I can wait. This is disappointing.

WORST PLACE EVER. The manager was very rude and racist to me and she needs to be fired. I m just a college student that wanted some food. I payed for my food and didn t receive my change and when I finally realized it (it was packed,hot & staff didn t know what they were doing), I told a worker who told their manager and she did nothing about it. She looked at me and kept doing what she was doing. Meanwhile me trying to prove to them by showing them my receipt that the worker ran my order up as I gave him exactly 16.58 instead of putting that i gave him a $20 bill and 57 cents. In the midst of trying to prove that, I dropped my milkshake which I didn t drink at all and the manager said I had to buy another one when i already paid for it with my meal and didn t get my change. I wouldn t have dropped it if they knew what they were doing as well as their workers. I wouldn t have dropped it if I would ve gotten my change in the first place and wouldn t have had to prove to them that I didn t get it. I m very disappointed and I will never spend my money here again. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED, I m going to get her name tomorrow!

These guys haven't become slower, despite adding an extra line. Always lined up into MLK and it's just flat out dangerous

Slowest drive thru... Arrived at 10:20 and didn t get to place an order until 10:36 making breakfast not available. Didn t send anybody out the building to take orders until 10:30. Pulled up to the window and the workers were clowning around. While I was left with out a Delicious breakfast burrito.

Clean and we'll placed. A bit pricy but taste great.

Recently catered a lunch and they arrived right on schedule with yummy goodness! No complaints!

I absolutely love Chick Fil A mostly because of their top of the line customer service. Today, though I broke down across the street. The tow truck arrived and took my car about an hour before my ride was supposed to be here. This locations lobby was open! We went in hoping to just have a warm place to sit for just a few minutes. We were told by an associate that the seats were for employees only. Once we explained our situation he said it would be fine. Then another associate told us that we could not sit there and that her boss told her we would have to leave. Again, I explained the situation and was still told we had to leave. Really?!? We are wearing masks and I have my young son with me. We were not harming anything now we are out in the cold and waiting. Definitely changes my whole opinion on chick fil a and makes me think all of their "have a blessed day" bull is completely fake.

If you don't like Chickfila you basically hate America. Give me the waffle fries or give me death!

Service has has gotten so slow. We had 30 mins before we could even place our order.

Quick service but not big enough restrooms. Two stalls in a squished room.

It's great. It's Chick-fil-a. Fast service even when they are busy. Consistent quality.

Awesome food & service every time! I've been coming here for years and it's always pleasant and the food is so yummy. I haven't tried their mac-n-cheese yet though. This location does fundraising events for Single Parent Scholarship of NWA, which rocks, too!!

A traffic hazard, a bother, and a nuisance. They block traffic at breakfast and lunch. Some people have to get to work. I tell everyone I know to stay clear of this place. If Hitler cooked a great steak, would you eat it?

The absolutely worst chick fil a ever!!!! I did a mobil order before I got here sat in the line for 20+min and when i got to the window my order still wasn't ready. I was asked to pull forward and wait for another 20 min.

Was there on Friday 13th July 2018 around 8:30. Badly understaffed. One person at counter, three working drive-through. Food brought out without peach shake. Went to counter, waited four minutes with no one even looking at me. One person walked past me and I had to back up for her to pass and she never looked at me. Two women came to counter and one stepped in front of me and got immediate attention. Tried to help second woman behind me and she said I was there first. Then I was able to request my shake. No apologies for not getting it with food. When finally handed to me got "sorry it took so long." Three to four people in line consistently. Outside there were six cars in line. Trash cans in dining area all running over. Food cold by the time I got shake. Not typical CFA service!

One of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. The sandwich was good. It is Chic-fil-A what else do you expect!

Usually very busy and the parking is not that great. But the food tastes great just like any other Chick-fil-A!

I always love going to this Chick-fil-A. They have really quick service and treat their customers in a great way. You may run into long lines at certain times of day, but there is a reason for it. They are great! I would totally recommend this location.
