Worst dealership I have ever visited. Bad customer service and they really don't care whether you buy a vehicle or not. I wanted to buy a Benz but decided never to buy from this dealership after their bad response when i went for a test drive.

Mercedes Sugar Land always takes cares of my family when it comes to either sales or service. We have been a Mercedes family for 4 years and they never disappoint. Kenneth Hughes at Sales and Cederic Milton and Derio at Service department always have excellent customer service and they don't let me leave without a smile. Recommended it to every Mercedes Benz owner in Houston and Sugar Land!

The service department has been nicely done for my...

The service department has been nicely done for my E63 AMG. They have a clue how to fix the vehicle. I just moved in TX two months ago but I lived in Greensboro, North Carolina for four years before moving in. When I visited several local MB dealership in Greensboro for the service, they provided the worst service for my CLS55. They had no clue how to fix the issues on my CLS even though they found the problems. I thought most MB service would be the same like that worst service I had. However, MB Sugarland is totally different. They truly tried to fix the issues what I mentioned then they solved the issues. My service advisor was very friendly and loaner vehicle staffs were very helpful as well.

Not a safe location, employees are NOT wearing masks. I walked into the dealership today to lease a new vehicle and I was shocked to find at least four employees not wearing masks. They were congregating amongst themselves and walking up to customers. How is upper management not mandating masks for their employees? What world are they living in? We're in the middle of a pandemic and the number of COVID-19 cases are surging right now. Every day, there's a record number of deaths in this country. Houston hospitals are overwhelmed. It's utterly irresponsible at this point to not wear a mask. You're putting other people, including your CUSTOMERS, in danger. WAKE UP and be responsible.

I called and complained about this, but no one would put the manager on the phone. I voiced my concerns to the person who answered. When I asked who I was speaking to, the man said, "My name, sir? Hold on one second." And then he hang up the phone! I will be calling Mercedes Benz corporate office first thing tomorrow morning. The employees violating health and safety guidelines need to be held accountable.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Mercedes...

We just purchased our second vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land. Just like last time, everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. What was different this time was our salesperson. Not that our last one was anything but great, but Pete Sanchez was different. He took the time to get to know us, showed us multiple vehicles, went over our current car and it's lease, then spent the next two hours making a deal work for us.
I would tell anyone who is looking to buy a new Mercedes to go to Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land, and to ask for Pete Sanchez. It will be a great experience, and you will meet a new friend!
Also, I would like to say thank you to Heather Robbins in Finance. Again, she was through, friendly, helpful, and made the often dreaded finance experience a pleasant one.

I just purchased my 8th MB from Frank Kelske yesterday. Bought a new GLK 350 for my wife, her 3rd one. Obviously she loves the car, a functional SUV, luxurious without being too big. Our experience with the dealership has always been outstanding and Frank always makes this a pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend the drive to Sugar Land and meeting with Frank for your first or your next Mercedes-Benz.

OH. MY. GOSH!!!! I haven t owned a Mercedes Benz in five years, and TERRA KURTZ made my entrance back in AMAZING!!! She wanted to know EXACTLY what I wanted and did not stop until every single want I had was met. She is personable, attentive, and DRIVEN! Such a hard worker! My buying experience was AMAZING. I just sat back and TERRA KURTZ did all the work and then handed me the keys to my 2019 Mercedes Benz! Still can t believe how smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable the entire buying process was. Excellent experience buying my first Benz.
Pete was great and helped us make the decision so quickly. He stayed late until we could safely drive away! Very nice location also my son was busy in the playroom while we could get all the paperwork done!

I have recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land, and I am extremely satisfied about the car and the outstanding services I received from Pete Sanchez and staffs at this dealer. Pete is very professional, and he was always willing to help us find the best deal as possible. During the buying process, I am totally pleased with how he followed up with me about vehicle status from the first time I came to the dealer until the delivery of the car, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and met my needs. It was a pleasure to have him as my sales representative.

Sales process was relatively painless and to the point. I wont complain about my salesman, he was kind and very respectful. However, I did want certain items in the deal he was not able to provide at his level. Clearly he understood this and instead of trying to exhaust me as a customer and make me settle, he called in his supervisor. I then dealt with a young man named Sean Sullivan who packaged everything up exactly as I wanted without delay. As a business owner myself I can attest to their dedication to customer satisfaction and would highly recommend this dealership to others.

An experience of a lifetime! Being a car enthusiast, I have owned many cars from German luxury grand touring cars to high horse power sports car and by far this was the most incredible car buying experience I have ever had in my life.
I went to the Mercedes Benz Sugarland a week ago to simply check out few cars they had in lot after researching through their website. Without any appointment I walked in and met with Dakota (a new sales professional) and explained that I was interested in a car. Dakota gathered all the information he needed to get this process started and without wasting any time he got the car ready for the test drive. He was very polite and did not act like a typical car sales person that we all aren t a fan of. We got back, and he asked about my experience with the car, presented the Carfax and the numbers for the car. I was very straight forward with Dakota and told him that I will not be making any decision tonight. He again thanked me for my visit. The next morning, I had a conversation with Dakota and he expressed that him and his manager (David) will like to welcome back to the dealership to see if there is anything they can do to serve my needs. I mentioned him that I will visit the dealership. As I was walking into the dealership, I was still not sure if I was truly interested in buying a car from Mercedes Sugarland, but meeting David and his welcoming attitude really made me feel comfortable. David was upfront with his numbers wanted to make my experience as pleasant as possible. He went above and beyond, and made me feel that I was becoming a part of new family and not just buying a car. I truly wish every manager is always like David (professional and caring and not just trying to sell.)
To sum everything up, I can truly say I bought the car because of the welcoming vibe I received from David and Dakota. They wanted to build a relationship with me and not just sell a car to make money. Moving forward I encourage each and everyone to go and check out Mercedes Sugarland and meet these gentlemen. I will be taking my business, my friends and family s car business to David and his crew. Keep it up guys! Cheers!

I can t say enough about the amazing experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Sugarland. It s not just a factory (dealership of cars) it s a family (dealership of love and trust)....It s a family of people like Executvie Salesman Pete Sanchez who did the headwork to put me into a car that until 2 days ago was seemingly an untrainable dream. I never in my life thought I d be seated in the vehicle I m sitting in today. A brand new CLA 250 Benz. It doesn t get any more professional, classier, or sportier than this ride and Pete did the homework to cater to me and my needs and wants and my expectations in a vehicle. He did so with a sensitivity that made me feel comfortable as if I was being handed down or being bought my first car from my father. It was quite the unique experience.

Secondly, I never even began to think I could afford a car like this Mercedes, but then stepped in Finance Manager Heather Robbins. She did everything in her power to get me the interest rate I desired and a more than affordable monthly rate. She did so casually and with the care of someone who understands that some days, sometimes, despite what the world says or banka say, you deserve not only the car that you want, but at the price you can afford, and to just simply be happy with what you drive .

My names Ariel Aleman of Friendswood, Texas and I ve been a Ford owner of trucks all my life (for 15 years) I m proud to say that I m a new owner of a Mercedes Benz and have been welcomed into the Benz family with open arms. And P.S.- I m not going anywhere else. It s Benz or nothing!

My advice to you is to visit Mercedes Benz of Sugarland and ask for Pete. Tell him Ariel Aleman sent you. He ll do more than just put you in the right vehicle, he ll also make sure you re cared for, and cared for, for years to come .

The service here is excellent and amazing as well as the friendly and easy-going staff. Shoutout to Mr. Peter, who successfully sold a Mercedes car to my parents. He was extremely friendly, respectful, patient, and informative as we were very grateful to have him help us purchase the car. We were genuinely surprised to see him help us receive our car on his day off, it showed that he cared and wanted to help. We really appreciate his actions. Additionally, the car tech, Roxanne, was also helpful and friendly when guiding us to know the controls of the car. Very thankful for both, amazing people.

My Experience at MB Sugarland was awesome. Frank made sure I bought a vehicle before leaving the complex. He was very accomodating in seeking and securing the right color, vehile options and accessories. He followed up daily, informing me status of the shipment and expected delivery date to Houston. Infact seeing how excited and anxious I was, he got the vehicle into Houston ahead of the scheduled delivery date. My previous car was purchased through Frank in the same dealership and I was pleased to work with him again on this one.

Chelsea the Finance Mgr that closed the deal was awesome. I laughed so much. I had to drag myself out of her office. She made the experience very pleasant and memorable. She somehow got me to sign up for extended warrantee and other sorts of warrantees that i usually do not accept. I must say they are such a great team in Mecedes Benz Sugarland. Cant think of going elsewhere. I will definately recommend them to friends/family and colleagues that are in the market for an automobile.

Frank K. was really helpful in selecting a car that best suite us. He was patient and didn't pressure us on making the sale. This was by far the best experience we had in purchasing a car.

Steven A. carried that same comfort feeling we experienced with Frank. He went over the additional packages in details and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Brad P. showed us all the technical aspects of the car. We drove away from the dealership with confidence that we know my car.

We will definitely be coming back to this dealership for future trade-ins and purchasing of a car. I want the same salesman and finance manager.

Ladies and gentlemen, just want to let you know this service Director Ron Brian is awesome and a man with a word of honor, he will take care of the business seriously. He help me and taking his time to explain what happen with the car and take a note every single problem you have he will address and do something for you to make everything right, this is the service you are looking for folks just have a patience and be professional. I beleive if you act professional with them you will get the same treatment from them which is I deserved, honest and fair. You bought a good quality car, you deserve a good quality service too right. So I'm enjoying my car since I talk to Ron and happy with the performance of the car so far. I went in looking for a used BMW and almost settled for a used Acura that was in stock. I walked out with a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes! Purchased a used car from MB of Sugarland. No war...

Purchased a used car from MB of Sugarland. No warranty, but was assured it had just had its inspection with no problems and would not need another inspection for approximately 8,000 miles. Relying on this, I purchased the car. After driving the car approximately 1,000 miles, the warning light for Service B came on indicating Service B was needed. Took it in for the service and was told there were 4 critical items that needed to be fixed immediately costing over $2300. Given the critical nature of the repairs, it's pretty clear that any recent competent inspection before my purchase would have discovered these items; yet MB of SL decided not to disclose the problems. So, when I asked about this, I was told by two different people they would check into it and have someone call me back the next day. Did I receive the promised calls? The answer is NO, I did not; only when I followed up did they hide behind their "as is" no warranty stand even though I based this on the fact that they would have disclosed anything they knew about the car that would impact my decision to purchase.

I purchased this car from MB of SL in good faith based upon my confidence that i) MB of SL was trustworthy, and ii) I could rely upon them to act in good faith. SL of MB basically failed on both fronts. I do not know whether this is an isolated incident or not. I suspect that it is not.

I tried so hard to like Mercedes over the past 5 years. I bought a brand new in 2010 from their other Houston location (Greenway). Initially I was debating between Lexus and Mercedes. I told the sales person that I like how Lexus picks up the car from home to service it. He promised me that Mercedes does the same thing. Little did I know that they do not and he was just pushing it for the sale. So I went to Mercedes of Sugar Land because I thought that for sure they'll be better. A few months ago I took my car for service and after I paid around $1000, and on my way home driving it, I see the engine light is on and the washer fluid light is on. I take it back to the service only to find the advisor telling me that "it is just my luck" and that I need to pay $145 to get these checked. I leave the car and call the manager who tells me that yes there were issues that were not noticed in the service!! Which makes me wonder why am I taking to service in the first place. They then fixed it and didn't charge me.(Btw the lights still come on and off until today!! LOL) Then, around a month ago, the passenger's window went down and did not go up. I took it to Mercedes who promised me a day or two to get it fixed and cost $1200. A week later, they call me and tell me no sorry it will take 3 weeks for the parts to come. A month later, I call them to check and see why hasn't anyone called me or given me any updates? The service advisor tells me that it such a coincidence the parts came today! I take my car in, again, and a day later I pick it up, only to find out that the window does not go all the way down! I actually checked it at the dealership because I now know better than to trust the work done on my car. Oh my goodness! Every single problem takes multiple trips and follow up trips back and forth to Mercedes! They finally fixed it after I waited for 40 extra minutes! Which by the way is NOT100% aligned still! I now make sure I cancel all my work appointments at least a couple of days after I take my car to service for any given reason because more than likely, I will have to take it back, or wait some more.

I never like writing bad reviews, but this time it is more of an advice for anyone buying a Mercedes... Do not do it and go for a Lexus! My mother had Lexus for years, and NEVER had an issue!

First time in my life that the whole buying experience was hassle free. Bojan quoted me a fair price for my trade upfront and there was no reason to haggle. Also there was never any pressure applied anywhere else in the process to force me to buy extras that I wasn't interested in. He also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent time going over everything about the car.

I will definitely consider this dealership next time I am ready to buy a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I went in on Saturday morning simply to have our new plates installed. All we can say is "WOW"! Each and every time we have visited Mercedes Benz of Sugarland we are treated so extremely well. Although we visited the service department, Maria Haller took care of everything for us, so unfortunately, we don't recall any service employee names, but they too are all outstanding!

When we left the dealership that day all we could do was smile. My husband and I have already discussed that we never want to deal with any other dealership - EVER!

WE LOVE MARIA HALLER AND WE LOVE MERCEDES BENZ OF SUGARLAND!

Ask for Pete Sanchez! Best salesperson ever. We definitely had a positive experience with him. Since we walked in he immediately approached us and asked how he could help us. Such a different experience from Mercedes -Benz of North Houston where it took more than 10 minutes for someone to approach us. I am so happy with Pete, he helped me find the perfect car and he even added the light up logo, something I really wanted. Will definitely buy all my future Mercedes from him. This dealer knowingly sold me a car with warped brake rotors... Took them over a week to deliver the car to me do to some dumb internal process they do even after having a wire transfer confirmation number from my bank. This is all after spending 55 thoudand dollars at their business.
The sales manager David Lefkowits is just another used car person that couldnt care less about your issues after you leave. Zero customer skills and they straight out dont care about anything.

We bought a certified cla250 a little more than a month ago without being able to see it before we picked it up and ended up finding a hole in the seat and a few chips in the paint that the dealer promised they would fix, but I have not heard from them in two weeks since I sent the pictures to the sales person. I guess we are just going to have to pay to have these items fixed ourself, so much for mercedes certified guarantee!!

I've always took my Vehicle to Mercedez of S.L, my last two visits after spe ding over 2,000 dollars my car came out with other problems, I tell them about the new problem the day after and they want to charge me to fix it.. idk if there scamming and causing other problems so they can make more money. If they caused the problem it should be no fee for them to fix it.. I am very disappointed. Maybe I need to go to Greenway!

My husband and I needed to purchase a vehicle to replace our families Suburban, which was given to our 16 year old to drive. We visited many dealerships in the Houston area and thought that we had our minds made up to purchase an Audi A7 from Momentum, until we came into Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land. We saw several cars on the showroom floor and met Joseph Kelske. Joseph took us on a test drive, only after showing us all of the features on the car so that I was familiar with it during our test drive. I want to point out that no other dealer did that during our search. Joseph was very knowledgable and patient with us during our purchase experience. If he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he got one quickly. I knew I wanted the E350 Cabriolet after driving it, but the next obstacle was finding a car with the options and color that we wanted. Over the course of the next week, we had spoken on the phone and exchanged emails multiple times. We came back in with our kids and he brought several cars around just to show us what a simple piece of trim would look like with a specific interior color. He was very interested in our kids and was able to easily incorporate them into the car buying experience. In the end, we bought the car from the showroom floor. It was the closest to what we wanted, without having to wait for the exact car to be built and shipped. I LOVE my new car by the way. Joseph got us in to see Chelsea Gotcher. We already had financing in place from our local bank, but Chelsea was able to beat that deal and lowered our APR by financing through the dealership. Again, she was very knowledgeable. We went over all of the options and packages available and she was able to answer all of our questions. Hands down, it was the easiest and most pleasant financing experience that we've had. After purchasing the car, Brent Menning was contacted me to schedule the Lo-Jack install and the Appearance package. I found Brent to be very helpful as well. My car was cleaned and I was able to use a Loaner car while it was being serviced.

Overall, I have now purchased 8 vehicles in my lifetime. We typically have purchased Chevrolet vehicles from my uncle at a local dealership. This experience has been the best hands down. My husband and I felt very welcome, but never pressured. I look forward to purchasing many more Mercedes Benz vehicles from Joseph Kelske in the future.

I wanted to actually say I love this dealership. That I believed in what it was meant to represent and to say I was proud to shop here. Ever since my original salesman left I wanted to purchase another vehicle and instead the finance manager and salesman (two different ones) just juggled me around and didn t even bother actually listening to me in terms of using my bank to benefit me. Instead the dealership looked out for itself and lost me and I will be making sure to publicly say how they treated me and anyone who may be coming in with one or two challenges. I never had these issues with Phil and I m very upset. I will be looking for other Mercedes-Benz dealerships that actually embody the brand or even open up my own. I m very disappointed with them and I hope anyone who reads this understands where I m coming from. Their greed got the best of them and it s lost me as a consumer and I would hope this is a lesson to others in terms of shopping with them. If they wish to resolve this issue, they know where to contact me. Please say this is some sort of excuse to defame the dealership so I can prove the mishandlement of me and my information. Thanks for reading this and I hope others see this. If they try and take this down I ll be sure to repost and make it public knowledge at that point.

Just moved the area from Austin. This is my 4th or 5th benz.. I had CLA45 AMG, CLS400 , E-350 and few others that I don't even remember what they were. Called Sugarland service, and I asked for pickup and delivery or just pickup at least, obviously I'm unable to bring it to them right now.. She asked my address, and told me that negative, they don't go that far. I should try League City.. But I was only 15 miles away.. This made me miss my old dealership in Mercedes Benz of Boerne. I got my first Benz from them and then bought the other 4 from them, recommended to everyone. Even when I moved to Austin, it was 1.5 hr drive to them, always they came and take care of me. They come, take it bring it back.. I never dealt with the Austin MB.. I miss them.. And sugarland benz, guys come on.. 15 miles is nothing for a person drives nothing but Mercedes.. (look at the map with noon traffic) And sending me to League City? which is 45 minutes away? Lady who answered the phone needs some customer service and marketing experience as well, she's rally making to decision to win the client or lose.. Oh well.

UPDATE : 3 weeks ago, business replied as you might see below, asking me to send them an email, I did. Still no response, my car is already been taken care of by another dealer. To be honest, dealer is the most important thing when it comes to car, I think its time to look in to other brands..Mercedes dealers in Houston don't provide service. the central location doesn't even have a washing service, they told me they take their cars to 3rd party places to wash, so I need to watch my belongings. For years of using MB that was a first.. MB Boerne was spoiling me pretty bad, Houston dealerships sucked after that.. Sugarland seems don't even care after sale.. Oh well again.. :) I'll check Lexus next time..

As soon as we walked into Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland, it all became an awesome experience. To start off we had never been there and didn t know what to expect. We were immediately greeted by very friendly people which made us feel very comfortable.

Then our experience there became even better when we met our Executive Sales Rep, Mr. Pete Sanchez. He took us to his office and very quickly located the vehicle we were interested in. We test drove it and we both loved it!

I am a person with a lot of questions especially when making a large purchase like this. He was very informative and I have to add very patient with all my concerns.

I am so glad that Mr. Pete Sanchez helped us because we were very satisfied with his selling expertise. He was very friendly and never pushy and his main concern was for us to be happy with our purchase.

I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Sugarland to anyone!

All of the employees we had contact with that day were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We left there very satisfied and will for sure go there again for our next purchase!

First time purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, but I had visited another MB dealership prior to this one. I had an okay experience at the other dealership but after coming here I was extremely pleased with the GREAT experience I had. It s family owned so it felt more personal, and I didn t waste hours making the purchase. Willie, my salesman, was very helpful during and AFTER my purchase. The entire management team made sure I was satisfied and went out of there way before and after my purchase as well. Will definitely be bringing my future business and service needs to this dealership.

Very poor service department. Calls not returned on time. This is our 2nd Mercedes and we were looking at getting another higher model one in some time. I took my car to Sugarland, where I purchased it from, for a simple regular B service. The car was A-ok and running smoothly. The service consultant tried to sell additional part replacements. Although suspicious as the part had never ever given us any trouble at all, we followed their advice and replaced the part. Still unsure and still feeling suspicious. As soon as we paid and got the car home, we saw messages pop up saying there was a malfunction. What??? Our car was fine, so what happened? We immediately called the service department and the lady tells us we need to bring it back in and it may need another part replacement without even inspecting the car. We ask to speak with a supervisor. She said Brian will call us by end of day. No call received yet. I will be happy to amend the review if Brian or another supervisor calls and resolves our issue to our satisfaction.

My wife and I met Frank Kelske yesterday in hope that we could finalize our decision for purchase of a ML-350. We had met Frank previously during an initial visit to the dealership last November. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes product and we both really enjoyed working with him to select the right vehicle for us.

Frank then took us to the vehicle to familiarize us with its many features. Frank is very patient and carefully explained the features in detail.

In summary, Frank provided us an excellent buying experience.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased my vehicle in December and my salesman (Rod) still keeps in contact to make sure my car and I are doing good. Going above and beyond to ensure that your customers are taken care of not only when they make a purchase but after the fact is what keeps customers coming back! Pirelli Scorpion Run Flat Tires - Terrible tires. The tires lasted 1 year 4 months - 20,000 miles. They are cheap tires placed on brand new Mercedes. Beware they offer no tread warranty. Do your research. There are people getting only 13,000 miles. Mercedes does not stand behind this tire nor does the company. Caveat emptor!! and when we did last year change new tires staff did not told me only last long 20 000 miles no one want change tires every years .

Have been coming here ever since I ve gotten my Mercedes, always was given a loaner while doing an oil change and provided a complimentary hand wash and received amazing service. Not anymore! I had requested for a hand wash, but they claimed that that is only provided with paid detail. Did not appreciate the way I was treated. The service manager was not friendly or kind at all. He could have handled this situation and talked to me in a much calm demeanor. Instead was very short, aggressive, and was told rudely that I cannot be given a loaner or hand wash. Threatened for my car to be towed out of the dealership. Not only are advisors and management rude, but have no principal of customer service and how to have friendly interaction. Beware getting your Benz taken care of here!

My experience at Mercedes Benz Sugar Land was absolutely memorable, a blessing, and wonderful. The staff at this dealership went above and beyond to help ensure that I purchase a vehicle that best suited my needs with the best deal possible.

July 2, 2020 will be a day that I will always remember. My first brand new Mercedes! What makes it even better is it was the brand new 2021 GLA 250 model. It just arrived that day, and I wanted it so bad. Pete Sanchez in executive sales made sure it happened despite all the obstacles that popped up. It was a dream come true. Sean Sullivan, VP of Sales went above and beyond to make sure I left with the vehicle. Phyllis Baird, Finance Manager is such a sweetheart and she made the financing process of the vehicle very efficient and shared some great tips and advice with me.

This was truly a white glove service experience and I will be a life long customer.
