Very poor service department. Calls not returned on time. This is our 2nd Mercedes and we were looking at getting another higher model one in some time. I took my car to Sugarland, where I purchased it from, for a simple regular B service. The car was A-ok and running smoothly. The service consultant tried to sell additional part replacements. Although suspicious as the part had never ever given us any trouble at all, we followed their advice and replaced the part. Still unsure and still feeling suspicious. As soon as we paid and got the car home, we saw messages pop up saying there was a malfunction. What??? Our car was fine, so what happened? We immediately called the service department and the lady tells us we need to bring it back in and it may need another part replacement without even inspecting the car. We ask to speak with a supervisor. She said Brian will call us by end of day. No call received yet. I will be happy to amend the review if Brian or another supervisor calls and resolves our issue to our satisfaction.
