He was great at explaining the prices, helping us find things in our budget, he really worked with us and stayed patient and was just such a nice guy! His customer service is excellent, and it shows. When you spend $180k on a vehicle you expect service.....which i got none. I was buying the car cash....they still ran my credit. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I ve encountered. Their sales staffs were extremely condescending, spoke with degrading attitudes and dismissive. My Wife and i Wanted to withdraw an agreement because we wanted to explore other vehicles. Their demeanor immediately changed once we request a refund. Not only rudeness was prevalent, lies were fed on top of lies to power sell. If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes DONT COME HERE!

This experience was great since the beginning, excellent customer attention". Let me tell you a short history about this experience, Everything started as a dream. I wanted a Mercedes not only because their quality, and design, but also because my father wanted to have a Mercedes when I was only a children. Unfortunately, he died before he got it. But this is not a sad history, I personally think it motivated me to have one. So, when I was living in Bogota, Colombia, I had the opportunity to buy my first Mercedes C180 and I really enjoyed drive it to everywhere. Now, that we are living in Houston, I had not realized is that one of my sons, Camilo, told me that his dream car is a Mercedes as well. Therefore, my wife started doing the research to see if we can get a one for Camilo, he is College right now and his current leasing is going to finish end of 2018. During the research, my wife found, and I must say that I am still not sure how she did it, but she told me that Mr. Pete Sanchez has a lot of great reviews, and he works in Mercedes Sugar Land. So, my wife and my son went to Mercedes Sugar Land to ask for him. The experience was beautiful since the beginning, not rush at all, he was very nice with my family. So, I decided to go the next day, and everything flow easily. I had the opportunity to know his boss, a VP who help me to get a good deal. I want to mention as well, the financial staff, He was very nice during the process, normally they rush and don't give you the chance to do anything, but this guy was extremely nice with me, in fact help me as well to have a better deal. Today was a great day at Sugarland Mercedes dealership. I was surprised with an early birthday present from my husband. I went to MB Sugar land for my service and was surprised to see that NONE of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. Neither the employees waiting outside or the ones inside seemed to care about the ongoing pandemic. I told one of the employees and she was like "If I wear a mask it suffocates me. I would wear it if I am going to a grocery store" . You are selling expensive cars. That doesn't mean you are Corona free. You have to care for your customers and wearing a mask protects them and yourselves.

Bought a new SUV earned vip card and even paid 2 thousand dollars for a service contract. 20 thousand miles later shortly after my second required service I had to take the vehicle to a near by shop to find out what a noise was come to find out the alignment was way off and I was in need of tires after calling and calling and getting the run around I was forced to spend over 2 thousand dollars on tires and alignment on a brand new car with less than 20k miles!!!!! This is my 3rd Mercedes and the sugar land Mercedes has ruined it

I ve had an Alfa for 2 years and I ve been itching to go back to Mercedes due to their terrible customer service and constant recalls. My biggest incentive of coming back to a Mercedes was the customer service at Mercedes Benz Sugar Land. My husband and I came yesterday, out of curiosity, and thank God Pete Sanchez came out to help us out. We weren t even there a full minute and he came to see if we needed assistance. We told him we were going to talk over numbers for the GLC that we had been interested in. He took pictures of us in front of the car and texted them to us. He even emailed us the next day to see if we had any other questions. In order to make sure this was the car we wanted, we decided to try another dealership. We went to Mercedes Greenway and were there for five minutes and no one even cared to ask us if we were okay or had any questions; even though there were so many salesmen there talking amongst each other. So that sealed the deal for us and texted Pete that we wanted the GLC! He s so attentive and sweet, definitely the guy to go to if you re even interested in getting a Mercedes. Regret buying my GLC300 from this dealership. When I bought the car last April, the sales Alex promised to send me service coupon for my first maintenance. After I completed the survey for him, I asked him when I can get the coupon and he said he will mail it to me later. However I never receive any mail from him since then. Now it is the time for the service and I asked several times if I can get what he promised but he just told me he can't recall the deal and make exceptions for "something he promised". Of course I didn't buy the car just because of a coupon...What I care is that the sales person cheated the customer and not even feel sorry!!!

Don't go there for service!
Completely incompetent,rude and utterly lacking customer service orientation. The way they run their business; you are more likely to pay out of pocket for items which are covered under your warranty and/ or insurance.
Avoid service department there at all cost!

Very rude. I was extremely dissatisfied on how I was treated. The sales team was rude, and laughed at my offers on cars. Then after talking to the sales team I was rushed out by my sales person saying he was missing out on a $100,000 car .

The best car buying experience of my life! Across the board everyone ensured that I was happy with my car. The pricing was fair (trust me, I have been comparison shopping for 3 months) and I felt their process was open and transparent. No high pressure tactics or even worse a bait and switch.

I cannot speak highly enough of Phil Nguyen and David Cole. I highly recommend them both without reservation.

You should start at MB of Sugar Land because that is where you will finish as well.

Great experience overall. I initially had some issues finding the correct color combination and options my wife wanted on a new E class. After talking with a salesman for a while attempting to get the correct vehicle lined up I was referred to a sales manager Sean. If I can give 0 stars I would. They told me my car was ready and when I arrived to Mercedes Service department they made me wait 45 min since they could not find my keys. I told David, who is the vice president that I am not satisfied with this service he looks at me and tell me "I understand" and did not care at all. From my experience Toyota has way better service than Mercedes.

We found the car we were looking for online, a E350W Mercedes Benz 2011, the price was in our range. We were contacted promptly. Frank Kelske, our sales agent, was very pleasant to work with. He was very informative, professional, knowledgeable about his product. We left feeling very comfortable with our purchase.
The facility & location is comfortable, clean, and accommodating to say the least. We drove 4 hours but returned home feeling extremely relaxed due to the pleasant day spent at Sugar Land Mercedes Benz Dealership.

Our family went to the dealer and looked for 2017 GLE. Your car sale person was very impatient. We stood by a demo GLE with 4000 miles and attempted to negotiate a deal. This person told us that " the dealer can deduct $1.00 a mile. If you do not buy, there are always another person to buy this. This sale person told us that he is going to be inside and let him know". This statement is very arrogant and assumed the consumers do not have a choice. Furthermore, it appears that this sale person like to be in a air condition environment and did not think that we could afford a Mercedes-Benz. Guess what, we purchased a 2017 GLE from Greenway Mercedes-Benz several days later. This is not the first time that sale person from this dealership think that "consumers do not have any choice". We visited this dealership in 2013 and went to Greenway to purchase a Mercedes-Benz. There is a Sewell Mercedes-Benz on I-10 and HWY6. Consumers now have a lot of choices.

I just got done ordering my third vehicle from Sean in sales. The exceptional service and attention to detail will keep me coming back. I can t thank you enough!

I took my E320 to A/C service. I turned out the evaporator leaked. It cost me $3835.94 to repaired. After all the repaired is done, the service advisor - Mr. Robert F.- told me that they broke the cigarette lighter and it will not work unless it fix ( my cigarette lighter is working fine before they took in). Mr. Robert F. refuse to repair the cigarette lighter because my 1999 E320 with 32.435 miles is OLD.
I am strongly recommend all the owner of OLD MB do not trust the service unless you want to pay for the repair of what MB Sugarland service make a mess in your car.
I WILL NOT TAKE MY VEHICLES TO MB Sugarland AGAIN FOR ANY REASON.

Phil Nguyen did an outstanding job on all fronts in my adventure in buying a luxury SUV. This being my first purchase in the luxury vehicle market, I had many questions - both when I was there for the test drive and also via e-mail. Often times with my e-mail questions, Phil responded within minutes or shortly thereafter. During test drives, he listened very patiently and then followed up promptly via e-mail or phone call or text.

My last vehicle purchase was in 1996 for a Ford Explorer SUV. The biggest upgrade for me then was to go from crank windows to power windows. With the Luxury SUV I was looking at; it was as if I was on the bridge of the starship Enterprise. Light years ahead of what I was use too. Phil let me test drive it as many times as I needed to try several of the variables for the vehicle. If he did not know how a particular gadget worked, he readily sat with me to figure it out. He also checked with the manufacturer for other questions I had. And finally, they worked with me to stay in my budget and settle on an equitable price.

At no time was there any pressure to buy or to hurry thorough my review process. He gave the feeling that he would be willing to spend as long as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. Where time is the highest premium commodity, I am very appreciative of Phil's time. I will highly recommend the dealership to my friends and when my wife replaces her car, we will look at the Mercedes Benz dealership first!

From the first point of contact as I drove in to the service area through the cordial good-bye have a great day I was treated as if I was the only customer on site. My service advisor for this day was Don and he went beyond the call of duty to assist me in the place and stead of my regular, superwoman service advisor, Tammy.
