Most of the time I take my car in for service I us...

Most of the time I take my car in for service I usually already know what the problems are since I'm a ex mechanic. I will email Paul Tamas to get a total cost for parts and labor. He always replies with an answer. I will tell him when I'm coming and he always arrange for me to get a loaner car and I'm in and out there with no delay. The last time I had my car service it needed motor mounts and the price reasonable and exactly what Paul said it would be with no extra hidden cost. He called me when it was finished and the car was washed and cleaned and they did a quality job. Right off I notice I didn't feel any engine vibration. The time before that my car was towed in because it wouldn't start and Paul called me to tell me that the car would start and I went to pick it up and it started up right away and I haven't any problem with it starting since. The towing was free and there was no charge which shows the honesty of Sugar Land Mercedes they could have easy said they fix something and charged. I have faith in Paul and Sugarland Mercedes.

Went in to purchase a 2013 G Wagon, test drove the car which is listed at 60k for a vehicle with 81K miles. The vehicle was in need of a new set of tires, the fin on the back quarter panel was broken, ash tray was missing from one of the doors, a center cap was broken, the chrome from the steering wheel was wiped away with some kind of chemical, the center console was peeling abnormally next to the cigarette lighter, the charger port in the rear had the cover completely broken off, the cup holders in the rear were not even screwed in, and not to mention 0 service records. Yes it is used car, but if there is that much distress on a high line SUV the price should reflect. After I express all of this to my salesman they stayed firm on their price. I offered my 2009 G37S as a trade just to see what they would offer, mind you as the salesmen said the car would go to auction (1st choice auto auction is MB of SL's go to) cool no problem, MMR ( auction value estimates) my vehicle at $7,800.00 and I was offered $1,500.00...I did not bring the car in with me that day but showed photos and the vehicle has a service history that can be seen on the CarFax. Please let me say I have purchased a vehicle from here before (2012 SLS AMG) had no issues the first time, I don't know if they have new management in place but I will be reaching out to MB USA because as a privately owned MB Dealer the issues that run up the chain in this dealership will need to be addressed by MB Corporate from what it seems.

I purchased a GLE from their website which stated it was Certified Pre-Owned and had no accidents. I have screenshots to verify this and other information. It was WRECKED! It has an 11" mark of damage that was poorly repaired. It has pock marks, sandpaper marks, and a halo from a poor blend. The wheel has some damage and the steering column makes a thumping sound and you can feel it as well. I took it to MB and Caliber Collision of Boerne to verify the damage. The manager, David Lefkowitz, stated it was "chips". I'm glad I had an expert look at it because in my nearly 40 years of driving MB, I've never seen road rash in an 11" strip. They also sold copies of my temporary plates three weeks after my purchase, which were put on an Impala that was heading north in DFW. I'm not sure what is going on at this dealership exactly but it's not the standard or level of professionalism with which I've dealt for decades.

Cannot compete with the dealership in houston which is greenway. Sugarland wanted 10k more for a GLE 350 and greenway sold it to me for 10k less than MSRP. Shoppers go to greenway to purchase or lease!

I m totally elated with my recent purchase of my new GLC Coupe. It s like butta! BIG kudos to the amazing team of Pete Sanchez, and sales manager Sean for ensuring all of my wants and needs were met. I would be remiss if I did not mention Phyllis in finance for her thoughtful approach in working with a very discerning customer like me.

Having driven a Lexus for the past 10 years, it was extremely hard to switch over to a Mercedes. Well, I m so happy I don t and I can t thank Pete enough for his impeccable customer service.

I have owned my Mercedes for over seven years. It has been a wonderful experience! The reason I purchased my automobile was because I wanted a luxury car. Both Lexus and Mercedes gave me exemplary service when I was in the process of my purchase. (I was a finance manager of an automobile dealership in Texas) The decision to purchase a Mercedes vs Lexus came down to service after the sale. Mercedes explained in great detail what to expect. I must say that after 7 years, they have never waivered from their commitment. My current Service Manager is Paul Tamas. I always feel as though my car is in excellent hands and I can trust the knowledge and honesty that I need in my ownership of a vehicle. Thank you Paul Tamas and Mercedes for making my ownership of a Mercedes-Benz everything that I was promised!

Very disappointed. The sales staff at this store...

Very disappointed. The sales staff at this store has little if any knowledge about the cars for sale at this dealership. We came here a month ago and had 3 different sales people . None of them knew anything about any of the features or options on a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE. The were good at retrieving the keys for a test drive but that was about it. If your going to sell me a $75K vehicle then you need to know something about it. We ended up buying our 2020 GLE at Mercedes Benz of West Houston ( Sewell Group) were the staff was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the features including apple car play and android auto. The salesman at sewell spent over an over going over all the features and options after hour test drive. Going into this store was like walking into the four seasons. First class service and expertise from the moment we walked in and drove out with our GLE.

While passing through I stopped at Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land to inquire about the timeline for the 2015s. While I knew I would be getting a new M-B this year, either 2014 or 2015, I was in a dilemma regarding what dealership to use in the Houston area -- had a terrible experience with M-B of North Houston. Was met at the door by Maria Haller, and drove away in my new car the next day. The car I wanted, a black E350 was in transit to their dealership. I can truly say while I was dreading this transaction, it was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this dealership and would encourage you to ask for Maria. She answered all our questions with absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Also, I've called her back a couple of times and she has always answered and provided me with the correct information -- no telephone tag at this dealership. What a positive experience!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and in particular Frank Kelske. I have purchased 2 x cars from him now. His professional and personalized service made my purchase experiences very comfortable and enjoyable - you know you are working with someone you can trust and who really understands what you are looking for. He is also great at making sure your ongoing experience with the dealership is first class and everything you ever need is taken care of. I should also add the service department is very well run and the Asst. Manager Michelle Ward is fantastic - she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land. Just like last time, everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. What was different this time was our salesperson. Not that our last one was anything but great, but Pete Sanchez was very helpful and Very friendly.

Bad experience!

Bad experience!
So I got a call from them that they the airbag ready and I can schedule an appt to get it changed. I booked an appt and took my car. The guy assigned to me looked at my car and tried to tell me the things that are wrong with my car, typical up sell techniques, nothing new, and then finally I leave my car and get the loaner to go back home. An hour later I get a message that hey, we dont have the air bag, it will come on Wednesday and I was like why did you guys called me then to get an appt? Also it is ridiculously expensive, last time I went there they charged me 488 bucks for the spare part, not bad, but 1100 for the labor...wooof!

After dealing with so many salepeople at different dealerships it was a nice change working with Alexey. We were shown several cars without being pressured into one, it was like we were buying the car instead of being sold one, he was very helpful in helping us find what we wanted, not what he needed to push on us. We felt relaxed throughout the process, even when dealing with stewart in financing.

I ve always heard Mercedes customer service is exemplary, and Pete ensured that expectation was met from the initial greeting. Not only did he take the time to answer our many questions, Pete made sure we were comfortable during the buying process.

Julio, Nick, and Mrs. Phyllis also made the buying process effortless.

We ve owned Lexus, Audi, Infiniti, and Volvo s and the experience at Mercedes surpassed them all. Thank you, Pete and team for an AWESOME experience!!!!!

One of the BEST car buying experiences ever. I went in on a Monday at 1:40 pm and was done signing my deal by 3:02 pm! The sales team consisting of VP Sales Sean S., Sales Assoc. Pete S. Delivery Specialist Sara A. , and Finance Mgr. Anil S. were the most professional TEAM assembled. After being told by Sandy at MB-Greenway, I was disliked by PJ their Sales Manager, this sales experience was refreshing. They were HONEST, FAIR, PATIENT, and ATTENTIVE of my needs. The Team, answered all questions, explained the process, and kept the buying experience professional. I love my new 2019 vehicle and I would highly recommend MB Sugarland! I was treated with respect and dignity just as the guys purchasing their vehicles were treated. As a female, your car buying experience shouldn t be intimidating or overwhelming; this is the store where all Females are afforded the same car buying experience as Males. Clients won t endure high-pressure sales tactics, falsehoods about pricing, and condescending dialogue; what you will receive is the type of car shopping experience you deserve. Once walking into the Dealership, we were kindly approached by Pete Sanchez. He was very polite and knowledgeable about every car we asked about. He then allowed us to test drive all the cars we were interested in. Not only did he take his time showing us each car, but he took his time to get to know us. That s was great because he was able to connect to us on a personal level. In the end we did purchase a beautiful SUV thanks to Pete. I would highly recommend Kenneth Hughes if you are looking to purchase a Benz. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, straight forward with the pricing, and more than willing to answer any and all questions that I had. I spoke with him the day prior to my purchase to discuss what my options were and when I showed up the next day, he was ready for me (with what cars to show me, etc). He also spent a considerable amount of time helping me get acquainted with my new car. It made driving down to Sugar Land from NW Houston well worth it. The entire process went so smoothly. Best car salesman that I've ever worked with, hands down! Will be happy to work with Kenneth again for future purchases.

This is our 3rd purchase from MD Sugar Land and Frank has been our go to guy for all three. The best service I have ever received. The finance piece was also a breeze and Chelsea was friendly and explained things perfectly. All in all, I would not consider going anywhere else. We may be back as soon as next week to replace our other 2011.

I drove 4 hrs to get here because Mercedes of Sugar Land was the only dealership within 500 miles of Longview that had 2019 CLS 450 that was CPO and with the color combination that I was looking for! From the first point of contact that I made with them, they were all a class act. The dealership is beautiful and EVERYONE there went out of there way to greet me and ensure that I was comfortable. So happy I found them and took the drive because I ended up with an incredible car that I know I will enjoy for years to come. Thank Sugar Land, you are doing things to the highest standards!!!

I work for Sewell Cadillac where we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. I have also come to expect a very high level of service.

The service department at MB Sugarland met and exceeded my expectations. I showed up on a very busy morning planning to drop the vehicle off or at the very least wait a couple hours. After checking in and agreeing to drop the vehicle off I met with Jon B., the assistant service manager. He took the time to listen to my issues and suggested a ride with the shop supervisor Dario B.

Dario checked the vehicles exterior and then drove it to check for my complaints. He was an expert and explained everything. He even took the time to give the vehicle a courtesy inspection and found a couple small items that needed to be fixed. He did it all and let me know the vehicle was operating normally and sent me on my way.

They were courteous and took very good care of me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family to their dealership. Top notch service!

Yesterday (9.11.20) I brought my car for service. As you have to get inside to talk with the person in charge, I saw people without mask walking around. Next day I went to pick up my car and the same situation, customers and employees. I complain and nothing happens. This is scary and dangerous. How a place like Mercedes allow this irresponsable behavior. We the customers, who spend a lotttt of money in your company deserve to be treated with more respect to our lives.

My wife and in were finally in the market for our first Benz. We had been to a couple of Mercedes dealers around town, but none wanted to really work with us, until we met Pete Sanchez and the MBSL team. So glad we did. We bought a GLS 450, and have been so impressed with the vehicle and service that MBSL provides. Pete Sanchez helped us tremendously. We have owned Toyotas before this Mercedes and the detailed knowledge and time Pete spent with us, explaining why Mercedes truly is the best or nothing was exactly what we needed. And working with their finance team was also a great experience. Plus the hands on training to understand the tech side of the new car was first rate. This is my 3rd purchase from MB Sugar Land but not my last.

I chose to consider MB Sugar Land for our next Mercedes because they are a CarPro recommended dealer. My inquiry was immediately answered by Frank Kelske and an appointment was setup. I wanted to find a replacement car for my wife, initially thinking about a good certified pre-owned. Frank greeted us and we explained what we were looking for. Frank took the time to gather information on our use of the car, driving habits and budget. He then setup test drives for vehicles we were interested in. My wife is usually not excited by the car buying process but really appreciated the time Frank took with understanding what she wanted. A couple of options were developed and we were very pleased when Frank and his sales manager collaborated to give us a price on a car that exceeded our expectations but still met our budget. We closed the deal on the new car and took delivery -happy wife. Compliments to the dealership for taking time to explain all the car's functions and operations. After a couple of days Frank followed up with a phone call to see if we needed any thing. Frank and MB Sugar Land did a great job, we are very pleased with the experience.

I truly appreciate every detail that was put into purchasing my vehicle, I was attended to and taken care of in every aspect. Mercedes Benz has given me a new car, but having Pete Sanchez sell me a car is an honor and blessing in its own. Thank you for being my voice of reason and direction. For caring about every aspect of the car and making it a truly million dollar experience! From the determination and dedication from you, also Mr.Sean Sullivan himself, the great finance manager that entertained my son while I signed what seemed like a million papers, to the detailers that made my new car sparkle, and the final touch of the awesome man that came out just to show me how to use my devices linked to the car, while ending it and sealing it with a BIG red Mercedes Benz Bow! It truly was the best and most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had in my life, I truly am so proud of your hard work and dedication to ensuring everyone drives to the most beautiful of destinations in the most wonderful vehicle. This is what true car buying experience should be, I m proud of you and keep striving you are phenomenal! This Mercedes dealership it's not even worth driving to if you live even in Sugarland. I bought a car there less than two years ago and they wouldn't even consider buying it back for me. It was only two years old and had less than 40,000 miles on it. They don't tell you that when you buy the car. Not good. Then the financial department wouldn't get back to me after I sold the car. So I could receive money back from the extra services they sold my wife that were not needed.

Tammy Stafford is my service adviser. My wife drives a GLK 350. Thanks to Tammy's help we have an extended warranty for two years and all the services paid for three years. What a great piece of mind to know that my wife and baby have a great car to drive worry free around Fort Bend County. I am from Los Angeles and owned a S550 from Fletcher Jones. Their Service is great, but I have to admit the Sugarland Mercedes dealership is superior to Fletcher Jones. The process was fast and easy. We are busy people and don't have time to wait.

I am very unhappy and disappointed with my last vi...

I am very unhappy and disappointed with my last visit to this location. One salesman in particular(who s name I will not mention publicly luckily for him) was very unprofessional. I joined my mom in purchasing her a new car and while she was going through her process he searched my name in their system without my knowledge and made her entire experience about me, comparing what I have to what she was getting. Upon leaving the lot her car (brand new 2018) malfunctioned and she made a u-turn and returned it to the lot (you have 3 days to do so). From that point her salesman was very rude by yelling at her and ignoring her and service was extremely rude and told her she could not even switch the car which is untrue. He just didn t want to redo any paperwork. I m trying to figure out what type of business gets upset with a customer because THEIR product is faulty. I m really upset that her first experience purchasing a car here was far from amazing. Far from even ok . As an owner of a Mercedes Benz and a family and friend of Benz drivers, we will definitely not do business here in the future.
