MERCEDES-BENZ OF SUGAR LAND Review

I came in with pre-approval through my credit union with a 4.5% interest rate and with $27,000.
Went ahead and let the salesman run my credit to get me a better deal in his words.
When I got to finance the guy which is named Marcus tried to finance me for 72 months with a 12% interest rate and on top of that he was very straight forward and impersonal..
This was the worst experience that I have received in finance at any dealership.
I don't need your services if you have guys like Marcus in finance.
Way to let 27,000 grand walk out the door Big guy.

Unreal, went into look at a $90k car the Mercedes E53 my wife is contemplating and comparing with the Maserati Ghibli and this dealer doesnt want to let the customer test drive the car with some made up story that customers usually know what they want and that Mercedes doesnt let people test drive AMG models.

This is false, I test drove the S63, E63 and GLC 63 at Park place Mercedes and Mercedes Of Plano, TX with no questions asked. Mercedes of sugar land and didnt even want to talk about it and let us just leave without a second thought. They Simply decided that becuase my wife and I dress casual and dont talk like snobbish type people that we couldnt afford the car. We dont brag about our property and positions like normal snobbish people do.

We went to Maserati Northside imports after we left Sugarland and was no problem taking out the $97k Maserati Ghibli Gran lusso. The salesman laughed about Mercedes and said that they have foreign customers coming in wearing sandals who come in all the time buying cars from them and they dont judge people when they come in.

Another thing that's funny is that I'm contemplating my new car in 6 months as well and am looking at the Porsche Panamera Turbo and was thinking of the Mercedes S63 and the BMW 760I also maybe and would never step into Mercedes Benz of Sugar land again that's for sure. So that's not only 2 sales they lost but our freinds and family as well.

We just purchased 2 vehicles from MBSL. Our sales rep Pete Sanchez, was not good, he was excellent! He helped us pick 2 great cars and made the whole process enjoyable.
Since it is our 2nd time purchasing form MBSL i can attest to the fact that all the staff is very helpful and friendly. Not something i can say about MB of Greenway. So, if you are in the market for a car, don't hesitate and go visit MBSL and ask for Pete!

Finance will not return phone calls, and the lady is never available. Brought this issue to management, and they promised to resolve. They too ignored and never returned promised call. Very disappointed but I guess its shows that its great during the sale, but after all the promises, its nothing but words.

I had a terrible experience. This salesman, says to me what can I do to earn your business . I say match the competitor. He says sure! But he lied, just to get me to tank my deal with their competitor. Now I find out that my deal with him is not a deal. Mercedes of Sugarland won t honor the deal and now I m stuck looking again! I bet the owner doesn t know what s going on down there. Would the owner even be upset? I DON T KNOW! I m not a new customer, this sucks! There service is not five star! My car broke down right in front of the dealership. While waiting for a tow truck, an older Caucasian man stomped over and very rudly said, "You can't block the entryway. This is a business!" As if I just decided to hang out there. Didn't ask if I needed help or maybe what was wrong. After I told him my car broke down and I was waiting for a tow truck, he shuffled off back into his world of privilege. Thanks for the help!

Recently we purchased MB in Sugar Land dealership. We had a great experience with our Sales Executive Pete Sanchez who was helping out and patiently working through the deal with us. The Sales Manager Ryan Honda was also tried so hard to address our concern and came up with a best solution to resolve the issue. We are very satisfied the service they provided. We definitely will refer them to our friends and collogues if they consider buying a new car.

He was patient, gentle spoken and worked to make the negotiations for the trade in/new car deal a reality.
This is the third car we have purchased from Sugar Land and though this was our first time to work with Pete, our loyalty was recognized.
I also must shout out to Tammy...for she has been our service consultant for several years and has always done an outstanding, over the top job and on any service that was required or requested. I will say they could be a little more time efficient on the buying process and the various people that are required to talk to to close the deal (maintenance requests, business manager etc). All in all the Sugar Land staff is professional, welcoming, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
And Phylis is the closer, the one who has to do all the paperwork... she too was terrific and guided us through the suggested service updates and got us on the most economical track for long term service.

I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from here and the entire experience was great! I dealt with Andrew Silva and he was honest and extremely helpful through the entire process! I found the vehicle online and drove 5 hours to pick it up. The whole process was very smooth. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and attentive. Jeff helped us with the final paperwork and was great to deal with as well. Would highly recommend this dealership!
