Disappointed that I didn t get a call when my vehicle was done. The guy said he called but he must have called the wrong number and then never tried again. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and finally called at 3 worried something major was wrong.

Every time I take my vehicle in to Melody it is a great experience. The service department is fast and courteous. Melody is great at working around any schedule and fitting you in for any work that needs to be done.

The service is fast and friendly. Plus they treated me like family when i first conducted business with them. I was really impressed at how they got me into the vehicles that I wanted rather than pushing me into something that I didn't want or couldn't afford. Richard Rempel was my car dealer and and I still call him when i have any questions or need service. I haven't been let down yet!! Keep up the great work!!

Matt is one of the better salesmen that I have dealt with , he's friendly, courteous and very out going making him good at what he does , service is getting better at customers needs and are following through on customer saifaction. Ps I hope that service keeps up with their good work. Other than that I am very happy customer and will be looking forward to dealing with them again.

Made the drive out to Melody Motors in Melfort and it was most definitely worth it! Very friendly and welcoming staff, family friendly waiting area. I did not feel like my salesman was "pushing for a sell", he was very understanding of my situation and worked to get me into what I needed. Communication via email and phone with Melody Motors was also very impressive. I would definitely recommend Melody Motors to my family and friends for any of their future vehicle purchases. The service department has worked on my vintage (1990) E350 motor home twice now. On both occasions I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Work was started right away when I got there for my appointment. The service adviser kept me informed about progress on the diagnostic work and got my approval before proceeding with repairs. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Melody Motors and the service that I received from Brian Enge when purchasing my vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received good service and that my needs were met. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, conscientious, forthright, willing to put things in writing, kind and helpful. His supervisors provided him with support to provide this good service. The massage chair in the waiting room is a classy touch and another indication of the above and beyond service provided at Melody Motors. I also like supporting a family business.

Had charging system issues on our Explorer 60 miles from the dealership. Contacted Brian Enge and he arranged a tow and loaner vehicle for us. Quick and flawless, Thank you to everyone involved. Got our vehicle back repaired 48 hours later. Excellent service.

While this review was my first impression of Melody motors, Kevin an owner with the dealership contacted me and was very apologetic for my experience.We had a good conversation about what had happened and he offered to make things right, so in the end despite my initial anger I ended up being satisfied with how it was dealt with.
Worst Ford dealership I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I received a recall on my truck phoned and made an appointment asked the person on the phone to call me if the necessary part did not come in since I have to make an hour drive to get there, was assured that they would. Today I make the drive only to be told the part is not there, a 2 hour round trip and half a tank of gas because of the incompetence of the staff at this dealership. If they cant be trusted to make a phone call can they be trusted to service your vehicle?

I absolutely loved dealing with the sales department there but any time I ve took my vehicle there for repairs it s been a nightmare! This last time we took my car in at 10 and we are from out of town so we walked down to Tim s. They told us it would be half and hour to an hour and they would call when it s done. At 11:30 we called to see if it was done and they told us it was in the shop with the hood still up so it wouldn t be much longer. We had our baby with us so we figured we would start walking back. We got there and the car was outside so I asked if it was done. A different worker said no we haven t had a chance to take it into the shop yet. So the other worker straight up lied to us. They never had my vehicle done until 1:30 and as sad as it is that is the best experience we have had with them yet.

I purchased a gently used F-150 in late December 2016 from Melody.
Brian Enge was the salesman involved in the sale and I must say he was excellent! It has been a very long time since I have experienced such a high level of customer service. The truck had a few minor issues when I test drove it, Dean and Brian went above and beyond to fix the issues to ensure I was satisfied.
I will definitely return to Melody next time I am vehicle shopping.

I have used their rental vehicles when my vehicle was getting repaired on an insurance claim. The woman behind the desk wasn't the friendliest and never showed me anything about the vehicle I was borrowing. I have had better service in past from them. When I brought their rental vehicle back, the gentlemen were very nice. Normally they have pretty good service. And...i don't drive a Ford product but the new explorer they gave me as a rental was awesome.

Brian was an excellent person for not using the usual pressure tactics into a sale, he simply just shown me how awesome of a vehicle the super duty was and that was what sold me into getting into a new truck.
Melody is always a great place to get your parts and service as well no hoops to jump through just always there when you need it.

The service that was needed for the parts to be put on was fine. On the other hand what is frustrating is that since we have owned the Expedition it has never been just washed as a courtesy. Where as we have a friend who bought an Expedition like ours cause she liked ours so much, brings her's in and it always gets washed for her and at no point does she have to ask. We had even talked to the service manager last time we where in about this, and again it was not done this last time it was in. We have spent a lot of money on vehicles and parts since 2011 and have had good service, but these little things like washing a customers vehicle would be nice. Especially when you hear other people's being done when ever they come in for service. We also have had the vehicle in for our brakes squealing a number of times and were told at one of the visits to go wash our wheels out at our expence and then come back so they could have a better look. Not impressed. Little things like this that add up are enough to drive customers away and go shop else where.

Took truck to have oil change and maintenance done when they were done had looked at the checklist and everything was checked when we went to the truck they had checked they had rotated tires and only they had NOT rotated tires prolbem was brought to their attention and the issue was solved now I look at the checklist and wonder if they really did this if there is another ford bought I will not be purchasing a maintenance package.For as expensive this service is I expect better service!

I find that there is a significant difference between what I'm told the cost is of service, and what I actually pay. Even when no extra work was done. I also find that the customer service is very hit and miss. To elaborate, my family has generations of business with Ford, and so does my husbands, and after losing our keys in a house fire inn Christmas Eve, they offered little help in the matter. I waited a week for a set of keys that cost $680 while having nothing else to drive.

I came in for a service and warranty work on the brakes on my truck. Being from out of town (Calgary,AB) I expected to have to wait a couple days tp get in but was pleasantly suprised when they got me in the very next morning. During the service I was kept aware of what was found by the technician and the warranty work was completed earlier than expected.

I can ohnestly say it was one of the best experiences Ive had with a Ford dealer anywhere and would reccomend Melody for their customer service.

They provide quick estimates and great advice on the parts n service and are quick to get you in and back onto the road again. I believe getting the customers in is one thing; retention is another! Always strive for excellence.

Their technicians didn't notice my rear differential was rattling till the warrenty ended. The service manager then applied for after warrenty repair but failed to deliver. I then took my truck which I purchased frim melody to a different Ford dealer which they did end up getting me warrenty. I will try avoid going here again.

The fix for my vehicle took a few tries for the crew to figure out, which was frustrating, however they resolved the issue and it is completely fixed! It wound up being what seemed like a random item that fixed the problem. The service advisor I dealt with was amazing.

Horrible place to deal! If you are a woman wanting a vehicle make sure you take a man with you as they tend to offer the better deals to men. Once confronted they lie about the offers. They also charge more for vehicles if you trade a vehicle into them.

I had an awesome experience servicing my Lincoln MKS. I called same day as I was passing through and they were able to accommodate me.
I was not sure the issue could have been resolved however from the moment I stepped in "Jeremy" made sure my concerns were addressed and my doubt put to rest.
He made checks on the status of my vehicle and when the phone line to the service area was busy he walked over there to get an update. Talk about service.
The lounge area is very relaxing as it comes with a full body massaging chair, (No, you don't need to get undressed).
My issue was resolved in a timely manner with time to spare for my trip. I don't always have great experience at "Service" department as they often made you feel like you are a number and not a customer.
That was not the case.

I first started to make the deal over the phone and text and Brian was more then willing to assist me in achieving all the extras and the deal I wanted. Kylee was very professional and very easy to talk with and complete the deal.
When I did have any questions about the truck after I got it home Brian has assisted me with everything.
I will return to Melody Moter to get my next truck when that time comes.

I was not impressed with my most recent visit.
My truck was in for warranty work and I had asked for an oil change as well. I called on the day the truck was to be ready and someone had forgotten about the oil change. However it did get done prior to picking the vehicle up. On filling out the paperwork I was told the light by the license plate was not working. I asked for it to be replaced so the truck had to go back in to the shop. Why this wasn't done whilst it was in the shop seems a little odd.
The paperwork took far to long to complete as the person attending to me had to also answer the phone which in the service department.
I did also take my other vehicle in for an oil change and the boys in the lube Bay had it done in very quick and efficient manner.

Awesome!!! Brian Enge was very helpful and informative. My Escape is a very good vehicle and would recommend Melody Motors to anyone who is looking for a reliable car suv or truck. Very wonderful staff such as Elaine in the service department helpful and friendly. Great coffee room with massage chair and TV. Ken Mike and Kevin Madraga all A1 first class owners.

As usual Melody leaves me wanting for nothing. They are direct and helpful as well as efficient in diagnosing and working through problems that you may encounter. Also had bought a used truck from them which ended up needing Transmission work the week before Christmas the loaned me a truck to finish my Christmas pick ups while the diagnosed the problem on my truck this was all right at the end of day Friday would strongly recommend them to anyone sick of dealing with sub par service.
