Room was not cleaned, as well as no fresh towels. After asking for toilet paper, unfriendly answer. At the front desk I was assured that I have to pay as compensation for 2 days no parking fee. At the checkout then only for 1 day no parking fee was required. Very unfriendly response from the manager to the request why ... very disappointed with Hilton. ..if we are HHonors member.

Stayed here because of location close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was neat and comfortable, and I had a great stay. Free breakfast and airport shuttle every 20 mins made the morning super easy. I requested a Bay view room for the view and to see the airplanes taking off/landing, which is great. However, if you are a light sleeper you should try to get a room facing away from the bay to avoid the rumble from the engines.

Good rooms and better views. The rooms I've stayed in aren't perfect. I've found several things that need updating or fixed. The air conditioning is a bit noisy and my current room has trouble keeping the temperature where it should be. Service is top notch and the food is good. Breakfast included with a wide assortment of hot and cold foods to choose from.

I and my family used to stay at this hotel and only this hotel whenever we were staying in San Fransisco, so naturally this was our first choice. Sadly, the great customer service that we had received is the past was absentee. We had to deal with several financial mishaps and are still dealing with them even after returning home. We also had to endure extreamly rude neighbors who fought all night long with no regard for others near them. Even after complaining to the staff they did little to help the situation, and the people continued to scream and yell the duration of our stay. I sincerely hope they fix this problem, though we will no longer attend the Embassy Suites.

The place is really very good, walking along water is rellay grate experience. Abmbience is also very good and staff is superb and very friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed my stay at the place and would definitely recommend my friend and relatives.
Also proximity to Airport is added advantage.

I loved the open atrium center area and generally enjoyed my stay but the elevators had quite a few issues with not working or getting stuck, they are going through renovations on them though so hopefully that won't be a problem in the future.

Lost its luster, looks like a place forgotten and neglected. Use to come here as a kid 20 years ago for a hotel stay or family dinners. Today it looks like the same and then less. It is not we ll kept up, the atrium is reduced and you pay for parking each night. No one been keeping this place up to the standards you would expect from a hotel in this cost frame. The rooms were alright, no real complaints about that. Nice service at the bar.

The SFO Embassy Suites, located about 10 minutes away from the airport, is a nice hotel with some nice amenities but some drawbacks as well.

The location is quite convenient being so close to the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle that runs frequently if you don't have a car. If you are driving though, it doesn't take long to get to the hotel. The building is right in the water; you can watch planes come in and walk along a nice path outside to get some fresh air. Fortunately you needn't worry much about airplane noise from what I have experienced.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk team does a great job of assisting you quickly and efficiently and provide excellent service. Kapi, the event coordinator, is quite professional and very good at what she does. Should you have an event here, she and the entire event team while provide you with top notch service.

The facility itself is nice as well, with a large open area in the center filled with grenery and water features. The rooms are a nice size as well and are quite comfortable. The building is where the drawbacks of this hotel are, however. The room had an odd smell in it at first that has either since passed or I've become accostumed to it. The other downside is the lack of internal stairwell access to the upper floors. The only way to get off the first floor is the elevator. While this has its benefits in terms of security, it would still be nice if there were stairs.

Overall though my stay here has been enjoyable and comfortable. If you are looking for a nicer hotel south of San Francisco and don't mind paying a little more, you should be happy with the SFO Airport Embassy Suites.

I come out to the Bay Area pretty often for business trips. I personally love staying at this hotel it's amazingly convenient due to how close it is to the airport and my offices. The staff is always amazingly helpful and professional. The breakfast selection is second to none and they also have free happy hours through out the week. It also sits right next to an amazing path to have a nice morning walk next to the water. This hotel comes with the highest recommendations.

Fabulous landscape and location. With the free shutle, you can reach Emcambedero or Powell stops from the airport and reach the city center and Pier area. Very close to the center of Burlingame. The hotel has a shuttle service. Small town. There are small shops. There are very few places to eat around the hotel, but it is possible to bring it from the outside.

I've stayed here many times. The staff is goes out of their way to be helpful. Food and catering are much better than average. The building is a little dated and could use an update, but they appear to be working on it.

We always love Embassy suites for the 2 rooms and then breakfast. This one is starting to show its age a bit, as the heat was on for the building and the A/C wouldn t cool the room. Thank goodness the windows opened all the way. Great service and location.

I hate this place. First of all they try to make you pay for wifi but they give you a complementary breakfast. However the waiters are very nice. Though a lady was trying to charge me for wifi I already paid for. The interior and exterior were very presentable. But I only had a problem with a certain lady

It's a fun place for kid as well, it has indoor swimming pool and lot of plants, nice view to the bay especially sunset, and there is an excellent American restaurant just near it, walkable distance, food is so excellent. Overall, recommend it.

Room had no AC so Clerk Farline moved me to another room without any apology or consideration. Got there and discovered the entire hotel has no AC. Second room was on the 2nd floor above smoking area outside so now my non-smoking room was constantly filled with smoke smell. No accommodations, no I m sorry, not even a word from the manager. This used to be one of my favorite hotels but not anymore. 13 years Diamond and I get the worst room in the hotel. All I asked was for manager (Fettah) to call. Never happened. They do not care! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Went for a work Christmas party. Venue was tucked away on little strip off of 101, with view of the water and airport. A little hard to find our room (4 parties happening, lots of guests milling about in the dining area) but it was well decorated when we got there.

Pretty good stay. Nice up to date rooms. Spacious. Quiet even though close to the airport. Court yard area pleasantly decorated. Good breakfast. Fresh yogurt but packaged honey. Good service. Pretty quick check in. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again when flying out of SF airport.

It was extremely convenient to the San Francisco airport and reasonably priced. Loved the omelet station and the substantial breakfast. The rooms were cold with no ability to change it. They did, however provide heaters.

I didn't actually book here, but it was arranged by the airline after a canceled flight. Expected absolutely nothing and was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, the esthetics of the place, the service and the free airport shuttles.

Worst hotel there was black mold in our room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The hotel was dirty. The staff especially the front desk person Lucy were horribly rude and unhelpful. Waste of money we will never stay there again.

Nice location, close to the airport. Nice view facing the bay and airport.
But kind of far from restaurants etc.
The shore line is really nice to walk along though.
Expensive parking charge $22 and self park. There are a lot of space and not even in major urban area.
The hot breakfast is quite good. Omelet options etc. Unfortunately that even for non made to order bfast items (ie potato tater, pancakes, bacon) you have to line up thru this hot bfast made to order bfast. If you are staying for business, the line can be too long.
The room is decently sized, but a bit unclean.
For some reason they do not have my room ready though i already did online checkin with the proper check in time.
Also did not get the embassy touch for gold members.
If i to return to the area, i might consider other hotel.

Great place for family to spend the night. It's a nice get away from the same old same old. Lots of spaces to hang out in. Great big open space, resembled a terrarium. Heated pool and small gym. The outdoor space has seating to eat with a view of the water. The space outside is great to go for a walk and take in the magic of the water. Pet friendly, nine floors, parking cost $32, they have complimentary breakfast, and happy hour from m what I hear is free drinks. I'm almost here every weekend that I was afforded Hilton rewards. I just had to sign up and keep bucking rooms to start getting points.

Overall okay stay. The hotel looks a bit dated and could use some updates. The evening social hour food was a big disappointment and is far short of other Hilton properties. Also, HVAC cannot be controlled in the room, so you are at the mercy of the setting for the entire building.

Very uncomfortable beds, the couch is designed for kids to sit on and more uncomfortable than the beds, the pull-out bed is like laying on metal, the air conditioner does not work and the TV's are from the 90's. Nice views though

The breakfast can appear a tad industrial but a wide selection is provided including cooked to order eggs and omelets. And it's free with your room. So much better than flip-it-yourself waffles and day old service station pastries.

The rooms are large and comfortable with a parlor in front and the sleeping room in back. The pool and hot tub are well maintained as is the exercise room.

The restaurant / bar is very pleasant with a reasonable menu. The somewhat higher prices are ameliorated by the manager's reception where a selection of beers, wines and select coctails can be had. Again, for free.

We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, but also very expensive. Just barely not worth the money, in my opinion, even for Bay Area. Great breakfast buffet. Costs $29/night to park here -- which is crazy. This is Burlingame, not SF or the downtown of any the Bay Area sub-cities.
