Great location. Lots of parking and walking by the bay in the morning is very refreshing. They have very courteous staff and the ambiance is perfect.

Beautiful! The site is beautiful and the hotel staffs are helpful.

Nice place with big rooms providing enough space for families.

Friendly staff but the renovations were way more extensive than advertised and was not worth the money at the time, in addition to being charged to park. I wound up leaving. I would give this a chance again once all renovations are done.

Amazing hotel except for one fatal flaw: you cannot control the temperature of your room.

Tiny beds. Bay view earns airport noise all night through a filthy window. Tiny bathroom. Loud air conditioner. I've had much better experiences at hotels half the price.

Eleven of us enjoyed Embassy Suites in Burlingame when were touring the California area on trains to see National Parks & the wine valleys. Comfortable beds, nice people and clean rooms.

Contemporary setting directly adjacent to the San Francisco Bay. Only a short 10 minute drive to SFO airport and many shopping destinations.

Breakfast is robust, including an omelet station, baked goods, fruit juice, and much more.

Indoor pool for year round swimming.

On site gift shop/convenience store with limited options (although still nice to have on site).

Overall a pleasant location and convenient location for those travelers seeking close proximity to SFO.

Nice Lobby, "upgraded" room was just ok. Sink bowl damaged and amateurishly repaired. Toilet kept running so I had to fix it. Upon arrival were supposed to receive bottled water and fruit but received chips and Kit Kat? If you are looking for basic accommodations this will pass - but not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Staff were all extremely helpful and the view was amazing.

What a nice place! Great views by the Bay. The Reception in rhe afternoon with drinks is always a nice touch.

Room was comfortable and quiet and staff accommodating. Hotel restaurant was the only walking distance restaurant and was undergoing some updates. But over all a pleasant experience.

Beautiful location overseeing SF bay. Perfect for airplane enthusiasts since you could see planes landing at SFO. Service is exceptional. Beautiful interior, reminds me of a rainforest.

The price is a bit high, but the room and service is reasonable.

Nice hotel, perfect for families. Happy hours with complimentary drinks. Free shuttle to airport and closest town. Staff very nice. Definitely, I will come back.

This embassy suites has better food than the other nearby embassy suites. They are still in process of implementing upgrades like tile and fixtures, but still an upgrade to the other place.

Fantastic location to watch the planes come in over the water! The suites are spacious and comfortable and they have all the amenities expected at an Embassy Suites. We'll definitely go back.

Check in went really smooth and they gave us a view of the bay. It was a very last minute booking and everything was very smooth. Breakfast had a great variety.

I didn't really go into the hotel on this visit. I was enjoying the public shore just outside the hotel but was asked to review it by Google. The views are amazing. You can see planes landing and taking off from SFO. There's an indoor pool but you can't SFO from there. It's a nice place with big rooms.

Super Disappointed! Front Desk not Attentive. Had to wait to be placed in a Room although Early check-in was pre-requested. Charged the wrong rate and had to dispute with Hotel and Customer Service. Everyone checking in received complementary bags we were not offered one. I love Embassy Suites not this one.

Very friendly staffs...beautiful views of the waterfront. Very clean room & spacious. Free happy hour in the lobby and nice breakfast every morning.

Don't expect to have a workable internet connectivity from this hotel. 4G (Verizon) in this area is very poor and the hotel wifi is dismally slow/choppy.

Has a beautiful atrium where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning. And it is in a safe area providing nice walking spaces along the bay

Terrible. They overbooked for the night and told us that the issue was other guests had overstayed. They had ended up giving us rooms that were clearly not meant to be used, there were leaks in the bathrooms and holes in some walls. The front desk staff was rude, and eventually tried to apologise to us by sending a hotel staffer to our room at 6:30 am when we had only gotten into the rooms after 12am to give us an envelope with a typed letter and a piece of candy. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Beautiful lobby with skylight. Balconies in every room. Serve hot breakfast that's included in the room cost. Free appetizers and drinks every evening in the lobby. Warm pool and very hot jacuzzi. Friendly staff

It was pretty nice, but I was visiting a guest in the lobby and it smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

Why do i have to pay 22$ for a parking of I already paid over 200$ for a hotel. Thus is lame, 1star. Dont want to stay here another time. Sorry....

This is what you expect when you go to an Embassy suites. Very large atrium, and well decorated and luxurious feel to it all. We left for North San Francisco and came back around ten pm and hard a hard time finding a parking spot. It seems their lot is a bit small for all their rooms. The spots are also very close together. We had a view of the Bay and could see the approaching aircraft as well as hear them take off. We hardly heard them in the room though. We had a nice sliding door with a half sized balcony that you could kind of step into, but that was it. We were about thirty minutes South of downtown San Francisco.

I love Embassy Suites and would totally recommend it to anyone!

This is the worst stay !! I would never stay here again , I called down stairs because for the last few hours my room has been at 60 degrees because the heat would not kick on ... I called the front desk to be told that the heat is centrally controlled and it's has to be under 40 degrees to allow guest to control there own room tempetures! Very rude and unhelpful!

Close to airport. Nice view. Rooms were ok. The happy hour was lacking. Our rooms air conditioner was ridiculously loud! The inside pool is much too small for number of guests that the hotel holds. Not my fave embassy.

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The hotel was perfect, we had a bay view of the ocean even though it was cold at night it was still very romantic. Their cocktail hour (complementary drinks & food) was a nice perk. Parking was $22. Breakfast was very good for what I expected. I enjoyed the adult swim hours from 10pm-12am. No complaints at all.

Small rooms and small area for meetings and conferences.

Close to SFO airport, free shuttle to airport, lively place to stay. It would be great if there is a variation on their breakfast buffet. To make it funny the breakfast menu never changed since Lincoln days any time/day of year you get to see same eatery

Rooms were very nice, service at breakfast was wonderful. Checking was very quick and easy.

The room was nice. Service was a little lacking as we had to call 3 times for them to bring towels yet they never came. We ended up having to go to the front desk to make a request in person.

Quite busy, and not the most welcoming service. But the area is nice located right next to the ocean and has all the expected features of an embassy suites. Great view as well.

Very nice facilities, excellent view, but the technology seems to be extremely outdated. It was difficult to reach the front desk, and my bedroom TV had no audio

Very nice hotel, has a free happy hour and breakfast. Only complaint was the rooms were freezing and the heat was unavailable. A space heater was the only option.

Nice views if you get a Bay view room. It's nice overall with the exception of my room smelling slightly like mildew. The kids running around I know can't be helped. But $14 for 5 wings is a bit much...

Two bed rooms have two small beds rather than larger beds which other hotels have. More like a twin room. Good size rooms and good breakfast included. Interesting atrium inside.

Gorgeous room, I love their breakfast , it's Soo many options and so good and fresh. Their pool needs some black out windows. Kids were watching me and a friend swim and it was so uncomfortable. The check in staff wasn't kind nor did they seem like they wanted to help me resolve my issue that I had while checking in.. I apologized with tears in my eyes because I had them doing alot of back and fourth. But the eyes that mine doing my sentence showed me he had no interest. Requested out and won't be returning

First, no coffee in room, and when I went to the desk to ask for some, he said 'Get it from the lobby." Then no housekeeping. Asked the front desk to fix it on my way to do,net. Came back, still none. Comically bad management. Smoky rooms. Filthy hallways and rooms.
