The front desk staff and house keeping were very kind an attentive and the room was comfortable and quiet. However, the sliding glass door that was to provide a beautiful view of the bay was "filthy". It took several request but it was finally cleaned and the guy that cleaned it was very courteous and professional.

According to one employee, the air is centrally controlled, and not by the thermostat on the wall with directions posted next to said thermostat. It s quite warm in the room, and the front desk suggestion is to crack a window on a 40 degree night. That was the second call to the front desk. The first call, an hour earlier, I was told someone would come to the room to look at the hvac unit. So somebody has no idea what they re talking about. Received a dud of a room. Directly across from the elevator. Water pressure in the shower is weak and the handle to turn on the water is coming off. The lobby and breakfast area are nice, so there s that.
Update: The maintenance person came by the next day to look at the shower. He said he could not fix the leaking showerhead, but did get me moved to a different room, which was much better. Breakfast was very good each morning. Had some problems with the bill that I am still trying to resolve. Overall, a 3.

Breakfast was included so I had no worry about breakfast. The facility was old and there was no clean feeling, but no inconvenience to use. The boardwalk is right in front of you so it's a great place for walking and jogging. Close to the airport, I thought it was a business trip hotel, but there are many family guests. Check-in before 1:00 has an additional $ 50 fee.

We have stayed in many Embassy Suites over the years and I must say that this particular Embassy very disappointing. The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. The mini refrigerator didn't work in our room. The Embassy did replace it when I told the front desk that it didnt. The room was hot & the air conditioning wouldn't come on. Fortunately our room was on the 8th floor so we could open the glass sliding door during the night. I wouldn't suggest opening the glass sliders all night on the lower floors. Air is turned off during the winter months but the upper floor are very warm & the humidity on the bay doesn't help.

The view was absolutely fabulous. We stood outside to watch the water each night and again at sunrise. It was worth the long drive into SF just to have this relaxing and beautiful view. The rooms were typical for an Embassy Suites. The customer service folks were on top of everything no matter what question we asked. The evening reception and morning breakfast were crazy busy, but that's also typical for Embassy Suites.

I stayed here for 4 days/4nights. Great service! Breathtaking view of the ocean! Excellent free breakfast and fantastic atrium display!
Elevators had very nice architecture. Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly. Best hotel I ve ever stayed at by far!

WiFi has issues as it keeps cutting out then back on. Hotel was a mob scene over the weekend with kids and loud parties. Get to breakfast early to beat the hoard of snot nosed brats.

Rooms are clean and oddly enough pretty quiet. Awesome location with running trail and views of SFO, the city and peninsula. Small cafe is walking distance but didn't try it. Overall good place.

On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast is a great. On the negative side, the restaurant is a little pricey. Overall, the hotel is very good.

This Embassy Suites is so easy to get to from the airport, it's just two exits away on the 101 and you're there. If you get a room on the bay side you can watch the planes take-off and land all day and night. And while that might sound loud, it really didn't keep anyone from sleeping, but it is nice to look at. The breakfast is one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at any Hilton-brand hotel. The service is friendly and the property is well maintained. I always enjoy staying in their spacious suites.

The rooms are clean, medium, and close to the airport ,,, if you live in it, take a room with a view of the bay, the views are amazing, and the runway is before you, but you can not hear the voices of the hotel s condominiums with it .. ,,,, their breakfast daily is the same, At the time of the snacks, the lobby detects chips, thieves, carrots and soft drinks for everyone. The hotel restaurant offers simple pass meals. The hotel has a long walkway ... The hotel is never serviced, and ten minutes from the airport

Room was ok, could not figure out the shower lever, was frustrating.
Good breakfast.
Parking overpriced at 35 dollars per night. Booked for 3 nights, stayed one night at brother's house in Dublin, but they still charged me for 3 nights of parking although my car was there for 2 nights.

I found the rooms to be very well kept. The Bayfront view was excellent a day surprisingly quiet given the close location to the airport. The breakfast chef needs to work on melting the cheese in the omelet.

Unbelievable hotel!...the atmosphere was in credible...melting pot of different cultures and travelers worldwide.... this hotel is a destination in itself.. breakfast is off the hook!....the room and view is incredible.....the shore line walking path is very relaxing... .the gym and pool were exceptional as well....our kids had a blast...we did too!....I could not help myself from writing but keep this place a secret!

Always love Embassy Suites. Love the open space in the middle of the building. Breakfast is great as usual. The bar is quite big with a rich menu. Thanks for the hospitality and this will definitely be a preferred place for me.

Nice hotel right by the Bay. About 20 to 25 minutes from downtown SF and 10 minutes to the airport. Their free breakfast is good with made to order eggs and omelettes. They also have a nice indoor pool and gym. There is also a night you happy hour with free cocktails and beer and wine and some mediocre snacks. My one really big gripe is they charge $28 a night for parking. This is really ridiculous in my opinion for a hotel that is not in the downtown area.

Well located and decent facilities but not ready to host a medium sized event (~200 people) The first day lunch the kitchen was overwhelmed with conference attendees and wait time for meals was almost an hour. Second day they asked us to pre-order our meals 2h ahead and specify a name and meal time. Getting the food was a chaos and some meals (including mine) still delayed almost 30 min (and some people who got it on time got cold meals and soggy fries). Two average tacos in a cardboard box definitely not worth the asking price of $16 US.
Very nice complementary evening drinks, unfortunately they force the bartender to use a weird cocktail mixing machine that makes slow and watered-down drinks.

I really like the environment but the event we have is more like pre wedding things we need to work on for my friend. I think we are more or less being ignored dor the most part. It was getting late and we would need to ask someone to turn on the light for us instead of really being offered.. I think hotel shouldnt ignore their clients in anyway

Our room was not ready at check-in time, so the front desk told us they would call when it's ready. Two hours later....no call, so we headed back, only to check in with no problem. We only got two breakfast passes for our 4 guests, so we had to come back to the front desk and ask for more. Paint in our room was chipping in places and there was some disgusting stains on the floor. The breakfast was awful, and we usuallu love embassy suites for their breakfast. Overall lackluster experience

I have been staying out here for business purposes, the place is great, but no reception in the hotel, I can't access the phone in the room to dial out unless credit card is on file. This was a family emergency and no way to call. Terrible.

The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were also satisfying. San Francisco Embassy didn't have amenities such as toothbrushes. I bought mineral water at the mini store in the lobby because there are no shops around.

This is a very nice hotel. Located in a beautiful area by the sea. A lovely view. I like it less because there is an atmosphere of an airport, especially at breakfast. Every day between 5-7 pm there is a happy hour that includes dips, dips and sweet drink.

Nice property with fantastic views. Great walking/running. Like all Embassy Suites, includes the "managers reception" with free drinks, cocktails, and light snacks. Also includes a great free breakfast. The restaurant/bar is much more upscale than typically found in a hotel. Not fancy or overpriced, just nicer selections and atmosphere. Getting to and from is a bit of a pain during peak traffic times due to the construction that's been seemingly going on for a while now, but that's certainly no fault of the hotel. Recommended overall.

Late flight so late check in. Only one person working the desk and 6 people checking into hotel. Took 40min to check in even though I had checked in online so just needed key. I pre-arranged a crib, extra towels and pillows on app and called hotel the day before. NONE of these items were there. Very disappointed and I am a Hilton's reward member who used 23,000 points for room

The restaurant is bad news. 5 people standing behind the bar while 3 tables of customers sat and twiddled our thumbs. After nearly 20 minutes someone came over and took my order. Another 30 minutes to get the food and never once was there an offer to refill my drink. If you are hungry, the entrees are children's portions. Don't waste your time or hard earned money...

Nicely located on the bay, facing the airport. Great view, plus always cool sure to a constant breeze from the bay. Interior design has a nice seating area with trees and pond with fishes.

Un-real they decide what temperature you can have in your room. Nice 55 degree day outside right now. Cool 64 degrees in my room but they are God and won't let their customers control their own room temperatures. At $289.00 per night they are way off the mark for customer services.

Un-believeable
