I had bought a KOPPELINGSSET at Bogijn from the brand VALEO which after I had built it did not work well. I was allowed to send the product back to BOGIJN after I had to have it removed again.
BOGIJN has the policy that all components for "research" are sent back to the same company that made it.
THEY ARE EXAMINED THROUGH THE SAME COMPANY WHETHER OR THERE ARE NO DEFECTS (READ: THIS IS AS A BUTTER WHO APPROVES ITS OWN MEAT!)
In all cases, the product will be sent back via "certain intermediate suppliers" (which BOGIJN could not give me data for privacy reasons ..... as if this should be necessary?). It is indicated in advance that a period of 6 weeks is used in which the company can examine the products to find out what is going on.

AND THEN NOW COMES THE SMART TRICK: IF THE COMPANY HAS NOT YET GIVEN ANYTHING AFTER 6 WEEKS, THEN THEY ARE ONLY REIMBURSING THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PURCHASED ARTICLE !!!!

This is also happening to me and that means that they FIRST KEEP THE FIRST TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT LESS THAN AND then, in my case, ONLY THE COUPLING SYSTEMS TO REIMBURSING ALL THE COSTS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER. . In my case this was the "enormous" amount of 70 that I eventually received back and which I think they were very happy with because afterwards the investigation showed that the product showed no defects! HOW AMAZING THAT THIS WAS THE FINAL DISCUSSION OF THE RESEARCH! When, after months of not hearing about BOGIJN, I wanted to see the research report from the company that had researched the link set, this information all disappeared and was no longer available. And this while we live in the digital age ?????
I REALLY ASK ME WHETHER THE CLUTCH KIT IS STILL SENT UP AT TIME!

So I had to have the clutch set 2x on and off and the 70 of course not cost-effective through this SLIMME TRUC at BOGIJN. In addition, I can not contact the company that investigated it because they are not allowed to release this data.

After almost six months VERY MUCH BELLS AND MAILS and insistence I finally got a gift voucher of 100 to spend in their store as a courtesy, but then I had to buy a MINIMUM of 150 in the store. I therefore have a friendly thank you here for logical reasons.

It will certainly be that BOGIJN has a completely different view on this story and will post this under my story. Request the above procedure from them and then draw your own conclusion before purchasing something from them !!!
