Rude staff who don't have any idea of customer service. I have witnessed staff treating guests with prejudice based on color. Worst human beings. I tried helping one of the affected guests and that's it. Will never come back again and recommend shun business with them.

These extremely spacious suites will blow your mind when you first enter. Ask to face West or north. Those are the best views. The balcony is just big enough to stand out on and close the door. It does get cold and the heater doesn't work More

This was the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. The mattress on the bed were so very old that it felt like you were sleeping on a board. There was black mold in the bathroom. The lamp shade was cracked. The breakfast was so bad. The potatoes and sausage were so over cooked.

What an experience it has been to say the least. We checked in, went up to our room and found that there were people staying there. Awkwardly shuffled out and went back to the front desk. They didn't apologize or say much else, just gave us a new key card. How can you just do that?? The front desk staff have been absolutely horribly rude. The key cards in general kept getting demagnetized so we constantly had to go down and get new cards (they never asked for our ID to get the cards). And then one morning I went down to get a new key card, the woman wouldn't give it to me and kept asking when I'm checking out...and then refused to give me my card.
Food: the tavern is extremely expensive and the staff doesn't pay attention to you, so it's really hard to order. The coffee is horrible, the breakfast was really good, and the complimentary drinks and snacks weren't too bad either.
Rooms: half the outlets don't work, the fridge was super loud all night (I've stayed in multiple rooms, they're all like that). There's a weird scent in the rooms initially, but you can air the rooms out with the one window. There's no where to hang towels either in the bathroom.
Front desk: seriously need to go through hospitality training! Just super rude. When checking out, the man just stared at me after with this look, and I asked, "so can I get my receipt...?". He just printed and handed it to me without saying anything after. They were not helpful and very rude. Hopefully never staying here again. I actually went to the DoubleTree to get food there and they were all so warm and nice there! Staying there next.

Nice hotel over looking the Waterfront of the San Francisco Intnl Airport. Rooms could use facelift. Bathtub needs to be resurfaced. Pant was chipping from the tub! Nice breakfast while being surrounded by a beautiful Planetarium. The front desk clerk JUSTIN was great, and always had a smile. He accommodated us when needed.

Great breakfast buffet, happy hour for free from 5:30 to 7:30, and very nice view of the SFO & San Francisco Bay Area. It's nice because you can see the planes land right over the water from your room. Fun for the whole family or even a romantic dinner or a business meeting on the veranda. Totally worth the price!

Friendly staff when dealing with two separate reservations & complimentary vending that had run out of drinks or was inoperable. Room was big & nice when traveling with a child. (2 tv). Had premium room that had a sliding door opened to a small balcony overlooking the waterfront that had great view to watch sunrise/sunset. Breakfast was good. Made to order omelets & other items. Didn't have evening beverages but there is a nice bar on
site. Bathroom was a bit small but water pressure was good & high shower heads. Good location & offers shuttle service to local downtown. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel and the evening snacks were nice. The staff were all friendly and Miguel was so cheery and kind that he made the limited room service menu seem less off-putting. Of 5 elevators 2-3 we're out of order and since there wasn't a good internal staircase it was frustrating. Also I wish the gym was 24 hours since I keep East Coast time even when I travel and wanted to work out at 4 am. I realize that's specific to me so I don't really ding the hotel on that one but it would be nice!

One of the worst Embassy Suites I have stayed at. It is in need of some updates...i.e. it is worn out. Honestly you might do better at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. Both are Hilton properties.

Bring earplugs and maybe a vacuum. This place is as loud as it gets. Carrots and goldfish crackers for the evening snack session?! C mon now.

Went to shower and noticed that me and my 2 registered guests were only fitted with one bath towel. Had to call down to the front desk to get more.

Don t plan on using the hot tub or pool because they re overtaken by loads of tweens until 10pm. By that time, I had to get to bed. Very frustrated.

If management is reading this: please have the housekeeping manaher conduct random audits of some of rooms, as ours was pretty seedy. Carpeting felt dirty to the point that I wore my shoes within the room. The sliding door was decorated with a variety of greasy smudges and smears.

The front desk staff were very nice and the food in the restaurant was pretty decent.

Solid business class hotel but 3 stars because they have central air and you cant control temperature in your own room. I was freezing as it was 63 degrees in my room all week. I set my thermostat to 80 but its just for show.

This hotel was great! I emailed them ahead of time letting them know we would be arriving late and that it was my husband s birthday. Our flight got delayed and we ended up not getting to the hotel until after 2 am. When we arrived we were already checked in securing our room which was appreciated since they were fully booked. The view from the room was great. And they left a birthday card and a box of chocolate for my husband for his birthday. The free breakfast was good as well. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

What a joke! Called before trip trying to add additional guest info on reservation and the receptionist just brushed me off to deal with expedia directly in a rude manner. Checked in 5 rooms supposed to be bay view with 2 double beds. How thoughtful to scatter all rooms into different floor. Payment has to be made per room separately which took over 15 mins to check in (not counting the time standing in line). Finally got to the room, 4 of the supposed to be bay view rooms were looking at parking lot! 2 of them were one king bed only, so we have to go back and forth with the front desk to deal with the situation. Hotel was saying they were fully booked and there's no other "correct" room available. It would be better to inform your guest when there's an issue instead of just sent us to the room thinking that we won't notice there's only 1 bed instead of 2? I checked with the front desk when she was issuing the keys on the room type and she never mentioned anything then. Breakfast time, multiple times it happened that we got up to get food and our table was cleaned and some random guest just occupied our table, it's like third world people fighting for food here. I can go on and on but I guess it's not necessary at this point....was never this disappointed at any embassy suite. Being close to the airport might win your business but everything is way below par here. I'm staying somewhere else next time.

Good property and staff, great location if you need something proximal to SFO. A fair number of rude/inconsiderate guests the spring break Saturday night we were there; I'm unsure if this is typical for this property.

This hotel advertises a free shuttle. However, when other members of my party arrived on a Wednesday evening no shuttle ever arrived and they had to take a cab. When I arrived on a Saturday evening I waited an hour or so for the shuttle with 2 other hotel guests. When we called the hotel to check on the shuttle an employee told us that the shuttle had been there already and we had missed it. When I told her that all three of us had been standing there and no shuttle had ever arrived she hung up on me (if anyone in managemt is reading this-this was Saturday January 5th 2019 around 7PM).

Be advised the hotel is heat only and has no air conditioning. Hotel needs attention. Bathroom sink didn t drain, ironing board broken, one light broken.

When we returned to the airport the shuttle was on time but driver didn t speak English and dropped my family at the wrong terminal.

Be very wary if using this hotel because of the free shuttle. We saw some hotel shuttles come around four or five times before this one ever came once.

The hotel is dated. The phones for services are seldom answered. When we stayed, Feb 16 and 17, one of the elevators was down.
The coffee machine wasn't working, and it took a 1/2 day to be replaced.

I rated overall 4 Stars, because the friendly, and highly professional demeanor of Aida, at the front desk.
Aida should be rated a 10. She was always kind and very welcoming, when we checked in.
She provided details about things to do, and what to avoid in the area. Suggested what to visit, etc. I can't praise her enough. She is the type of professional person we would dream about having on staff. If it wasn't for her, I would rate the overall experience a 2. Thank you.

There was no hot water in the Shower at 7:30 am on Sunday Dec 16th, and I let the water run for about 15 min hoping it would warm up. The complimentary breakfast was far below the standards of the normal Embassy Suites breakfast. There was no separate steam table of precooked breakfast items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes) no fruit bar only bananas, no bread and sweet roll section. If you wanted anything you had to wait in line for it to be cooked and the person cooking was not a very good cook. It took her six eggs with broken yolks before she could do eggs over easy and I finally said forget it just give me a broken one. The French toast was burned and you had to almost fight with the person serving the bacon and sausage to get more than two pieces of bacon.
The room temperature controls just seemed to be controled from elsewhere, the unit came on sometimes and the just went off no matter where the temperature was set.
The room had the smell of cheap cleaning liquid and the hallway carpets looked worn and discolored.
The only night we went to the managers reception we walked into the bar area and as we walked through the doors into the bar we were immediatly treated to the view of the back of a young black man, probably early twenties, covered in tattoos who had his pants down to just above his knees and his butt sticking out covered by a flimsy tee shirt. We just turned around and walked back out.
I have enjoyed staying at this motel many times over the last 10 plus years but think this was my last stay here. It is going downhill rapidly. Also, your once beautiful inside courtyard trees and palms seem to be covered with dust or anemic, they are taking on a greyish color.

We d like this embassy suites, but be aware if you do a park and fly there and your flight comes in after midnight, and you have a room booked there, They may give it away, so when you get there at one in the morning you won t have a room to stay in, so they send you to a crappy Homewood suites.

That day I was only picking something up from front desk left by a friend who was a guest, but could tell by hotel itself and the waterfront path/view that it was a very pleasant place to at least visit, dine and/or actually stay as a guest, if I ever get the opportunity...and so much so, that I didn't want to leave so quickly that I decided to browse in the gift shop and pickup a lovely well made & embroidered sweatshirt to wear with pride as an SF native local "I SF"!
