Spacious hotel with many food offerings. The bay is very nice and a lot of airplane landing and take offs. Relaxing.

Beautiful hotel on bay front property. We got a bay view room. There's some great walkways around the property/bay.

We opened the sliding glass door in our suite and the cool breeze felt wonderful. It is close to the airplane landing path and that was loud and rumbles. We were concerned that it would keep us awake, I'm a very light sleeper. But the planes decreased after 10pm and the sliding glass door was quite sound proof. It didn't wake me up once :) The view was so nice and worth it. You can hear neighbors doors slamming though, even from the back bedroom.

Free breakfast was great, but the lines were long. Be prepared for it to take some time. Embassy foyer is always beautiful with a stream, pond, waterfall, lush tropical area - so fun.

Nice comfortable rooms. My room had a big table in the front room of the suite as if it was for a business meeting. Not sure why I got this room. Would have preferred a couch. The free made-to-order breakfast is great but there isn't much room to sit!

Place is ransacked by throngs of locals on the weekend who use the place as a water park. Can t control room temperature. Beds uncomfortable.

Nothing that it said it was going to be, but the room is very nice. No hot breakfast or cook to order, no kitchettes as website says only microwave and mini fridge. Oh and the balcony is as wide as your foot

Really great ambience in the hotel. The atrium was relaxing and provided a decent happy hour. The room was nice and it was quite spacious. The only issue is that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower was clogged. The maintenance man came as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk but he couldn't fix the issue.

I have stayed here many times & they're very good at making sure you have a great time with everyone from service staff to the front desk

Fair priced hotel. Has a sofa bed in most rooms and there is free breakfast. The bathrooms are a bit strangely laid out...

The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to look at. I only rate it 4 stars due to the treatment of the fish. They look as they haven't been fed for days, lurking near the edge of the koi pond.

We loved this hotel! It's beautiful inside! And the rooms are clean and well maintained. This is the standard for what hotels should strive for. Well done! 5 stars.

Checked in. Refrigerator not working. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Will see when I get back if fixes made.

Has a nice view and there is a fishing pier and a park right next to it. Hotel room condition was ok, but the elevator was broken one day, and room was extremely noisy at night because of takeoff / landing.

The hotel was great what made my experience there 3 stars were the arrogant drunks who didn't know how to stay in the reception area, whom dortied up the place with their half empty beer bottles on the floor and rude behavior. Maybe next time ill ask if a party is happening.

Really stupid idea to force everyone to have cook to order for breakfast. That makes time required to stand in line for breakfast unbearable. I would put 0 stars if I could.

I rated this a three for one reason. Our shuttle to the hotel took almost one hour. The hotel is spotless. I love that each room is a suite. You can open a window. I love fresh air. The breakfast was delicious

This hotel is in a great location. It is really nice inside clean rooms and helpful room service.
My suggestion here is do not stay here if you are on business and stay pass the weekend. Its packed with children/families. They have security all of the building day/night to monitor things. Don't get it me wrong, it is needed. The free breakfast experience is a nightmare if you do not go as soon as it starts. Also, if you would like to do late check out they will mostly, not always tell you they can't.

It's located right next to the water,parking is easy,the lobby is new and fresh.. elevator is fast with open view glass..I would definitely recommend this hotel...really nice

I always enjoy the Embassy suites. The rooms are spacious with a parlor and refrigerator and microwave. Lovely breakfast, great atmosphere.

Nice, clean rooms. Free cocktails at happy hour; not high end alcohol but can't complain about free alcohol. Comfortable ambiance. The room was a but warm; we turned the AC down to the max but the room didn't get any cooler...

The room was nothing spectacular but there was nothing wrong with it. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Gave us the wrong room even when we had a reservation and the air conditioner did not work and they said a mechanic would come and never did

I'd like to express this extremely great and positive experience with my stay in Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront on 8th of Feb 2020. When we just arrived we had a pleasure to deal with the best front desk manager (Wisit N.) I could ever imagine. I'd like to give huge recognition to a Wisit N. for his work towards customer delight, for getting treated professionally and courteously. He and Hilton made our stay unforgettable and fabulous. The room was great, stylish with the best view you can ever imagine. We were watching the airplane's landing non-stop - it s an Amazing Show.
I ll be coming back to this place many times in the future. I m extremely glad I found this place.

Save your money...rude unattentive staff, non working HVAC controls (our room was 82 degrees forcing us to prop the patio door open to an active airport...), cold buffet food (eggs), faulty shower faucets that dropped into hotter positions on their own and a dead fish in their KOI pond...keep looking...

Big hotel has 9 floors, pool with/hot tub, gym, and has great food plus beautiful view.

Free breakfast is definitely a plus. The hotel can use an upgrade in their room's interiors.

The hotel itself is nice beds beds are good and it is well maintained. The breakfast was dissapointing as they kept running out of things, hot items were cold and there is not close to enough seating. This was two times over the week. Not much is walkable nearby and an uber is about 10 to more food choices. We are big embassy suites fans but would not stay here again.

Love the ocean view room and the anniversary surprise from the hotel. Love hilton and what they did for our anniversary.

Pretty neat interior, bar a bit pricey but they do a mean pulled pork slider.

Great hotel! Manager's Reception (free drinks) from 1730-1930 every night. Cooked to order breakfast. Clean rooms and quiet if you keep doors closed. Heating/AC is HVAC system, so only one type (heat or AC) working @ a time. Hotel will bring heaters to room if cold. I had NO problems w temp regulation in rooms. Just have to know how to work thermostat. Great job guys!

Great big huge rooms! Being right next to water makes it a great walking area.

I was there for a wedding reception. Very nice room, and very clean venue in general.

Comfortable stay. Had to layover and United gave me a hotel voucher and the staff was very helpful.

The view is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is great and the breakfast is always enjoyable.

Great location right on the water. We've stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves. I was a little worried this time as our room was directly across from the elevator and there was a loud wedding reception going on. We closed the bedroom door and had a quiet night, which was a nice surprise. The free breakfast was good, checkout time is at noon which was great. The only small downside is parking on site is $29/day.

Good location, near the airport. They offer free bus to the airport. The hotel is a little to crowded.

Well it started off great. We were in town to vist my 82 year old father who is in ill health. The first 3 night were great . the last night there was a wedding there. And all the wedding guest were getting drunk during the hotel happer befor the wedding started. Well they got very loud
. We paid about 1300 for 4 nights and it sucked tryed to call front desk was put on hold for 7 minutes then was hung up on . at 10:30 called front dest again. Because of the wedding party out side yelling at each other. The front desk did nothing at all. How do paying customers get craped on. . will never stay at a hilton owed property again. No sleep 6 young kids. Got to here some reallt choice words

I liked; spacious room, window can be opened, friendly staff. I liked less ;breakfast choice.

Rooms are spatious. They have a heated indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great but super busy in the mornings.

I had an amazing stay here several years ago, but it's seemed to have gone downhill. I don't mind the now paltry happy hour offerings, the shorter, sadder breakfasts and slow-as-molasses internet, but as a bare minimum I expect to be able to get into the room I (over)paid for. I kept getting locked out with a non-working key, and despite having to go down to the front desk several times each time I wanted to get into my room, front desk personal seemed unconcerned and unapologetic, even rude. I won't be returning.

Good location right off the freeway and plenty of parking.

There's a black out for hours. Nature disaster, ok, understandable. The room is freezing cold. It's also nature that I can ask for a solution, right? They said coldly, I can check you out without penalties. It's 11 PM. How rude!

We attended an event here. The venue and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Our friend organized the event and she said the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We had a big problem with the maid service. Out of the seven days we had to call the front desk five days to get our full service. Either the room was not clean, or no clean towels, or drinking glasses. We also had to call to fix the drain in the sink and the shower. We have never had so bad service .

Breakfast was yummy. Hard to find a table tho with the lingering coffee sippers..

Checking was fast and easy. Lobby floor decor is very nice. Rooms were very clean and view was beautiful. They also serve breakfast in the mornings and provide room service.
