Left us stranded at the airport after a flight delay because their shuttle service arbitrarily stops at 12:45am even though that s not listed anywhere on their website. We missed it by 2 minutes and they told us to take a cab. I wouldn t call this an airport location as it s 15 minutes away. The rooms are dirty and this hotel is old. Wouldn t recommend ever staying here to anyone.

I called for a reservation and stayed on hold for 20 minutes. When I called back to the front desk a gentleman named David answered and was very rude and told me he could transfer me. I explained I was on hold for 20 minutes and he told me again he could not help me and then hung up on me. I will never stay at an Embassy suite again.

Gorgeous lobby and exterior. Breakfast was excellent. Complimentary evening appetizers were not as nice as the other embassy suites ive stayed at, but they had unlimited free drinks instead of the usual 2. Room service was timely and thorough.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would ..... I am a loyal diamond member and stay at hotels across the country with that being said this hotel has the worst banquet management I have ever seen . completely unprofessional

We were short towels and so we called the front desk, the lady was very nice to us and said she sent someone up but it's been several hours and we still dont have them. Slightly annoyed bc now we have to reuse towels so all of us can shower

This hotel is beautiful inside and out ans their complementary breakfast is the best around. However, I brought my niece here for her birthday and there were a number of events in the hotel that forced us to park far away and we were still charged for parking (which is a no-no in my book, hotels should not charge you to stay AND park). I had 2 young children with me and luggage so that was not ideal, not to mention there was music BLARING from the banquet rooms until late. I recommend this hotel to everyone, but I would certainly check and make sure there are not too many events going on during your stay.

Older hotel that needs the air-conditioning updated, the whole hotel is controlled by one Central unit. Not a terrible problem but we would need to sleep with the window open. The breakfast is really nice. The rooms were clean the employees were helpful.

I m a wedding coordinator who had a wedding here. If you like a natural outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, this is a very affordable place. Plus, the stunning bay view and the catering services are amazing. All of our guests impressed. Highly recommend!!!

Nice hotel really disappointed with the temperature of the room and not being able to control it. Luckily we had a balcony with a door but leaving it open it was very noisy because of the airport.

The location is Cricket since it's next to water. The parking could be a little better but pretty spacious. The rooms are great and so is the staff. The breakfast is amazing with unlimited food all you can eat. The pool and the spa are great especially for the adult time after 10 pm. Overall quality of my experience is really well.

We usually love Embassy Suites. However, we went there for our 43 anniversary last week in San Francisco. We were somewhat disappointed. First of all, I can believe they charge $29 to park in their parking lot when I could've and should've parked in the office building p. lot across the street for free. The bathroom sink didn't drain well and there were no towel racks. The TV was very small with no good channels on them to watch. The workout room had many of the machines that didn't work correctly. The breakfast was good, as usual, but cold. The lady at the front desk helping us check out was somewhat rude. All in all, the stay was just OK, but not great.

Cons: Air conditioning was not an option, room was warm in February. Opening the window helped some but then the airplane noise from airport also kept me awake. Other complaint, didn t get any maid service on one day of my stay. Pro: breakfast was great.

Just like all the other Embassy Suites locations, the lobby is exquisite and elaborate. But once you enter your room, it's a different experience.

The carpet is old, the furniture is drab and out dated. The noise levels reverberates throughput the entire interior.

We won't be staying at the Embassy Suites ever.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff here were incredible! I was only here for an event, but they tasted me as if I were a guest in the hotel. I would definitely come back here and stay as a full on guest next time I'm in the SFO area.

Hotel is great place to stay. It is within a five to seven minute ride from the airport via car or taxi. Airport has a shuttle from SFO to the hotel front door. I elected to rent a car. The hotel is a ten minute ride to the San Bruno BART station. The San Bruno station is a bit further that the Millbrae station but it is a bit easier to access, park, and has a easy to access mall. The San Bruno station offers free parking on the weekends and only $3 all day parking during the week. The car park is also located next to a Police Station, cutting down on potential funny business. The train from San Bruno to Downtown SF is approximately thirty five minutes. Be aware that credit cards have a rolling 2 day limit of $69 purchase with a maximum of 2 transactions per card per rolling day. This cuts down on purchasing tickets with stolen credit cards.

Getting back to the hotel, a complimentary cooked to order breakfast was included. This includes an omelette (or eggs), french toast. sausage, bacon, and home fries. There are also muffins, bread, hot & cold cereal, and danish. Tables are rather scarce during the height of breakfast (8 clock hour) which contributes to the to four star rating. Food is definitely more than adequate.

Room is more than spacious for two people as each room is a suite; with a living area and television, a large queen size bed and television, and bathroom. The bathroom is rather cramped for two people which contributes to the four star rating. WiFi was given to us but gets bogged down very easily at night when everyone is in their rooms. The room has climate control but the heat kicks on automatically when the outside temperature is under 55 and the AC kicks on over 65 and a regular fan is available in between.

The room was quite stuffy which I had to solve by leaving the door open for hours at a time. The only time this was a problem is Friday night when a heard several under age people yelling and screaming for all over thirty seconds at 3 AM. This contributed to the four star review.

The room had a view of the bay, which comes for a price, but is well worth it even when it is foggy (which is nearly all the time) because it gives you a great view of the southern bay and the runways of SFO. The noise from SFO is nearly non-existent unless you have the door open and even then it is not very noticeable. The hotel grounds are very well maintained although the hotel waters its lawns and flowers quite excessively for a state suffering from a drought of historic proportions. Parking is a bit of a problem in the evening hours as there is always goings on at the hotel. While I was there, there was a formal event on a Saturday night and a Diva Run on Sunday morning leading to an overcrowded parking lot and a busy breakfast on Sunday morning. I had limited encounters with all hotel staff but all were super kind and friendly.

The restaurant at the hotel, Tap and Tavern, is a bit overpriced for the quality of the food though portions are acceptable. The staff is super friendly and even helped my find an out of town sporting even on TV which I wanted to watch. In two visits, it wasn't very busy.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are a little pricey (over $200 a night) for the time we stayed but makes up for it with a hearty breakfast and more than spacious living quarters. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
