Paid for room weeks in advance. Online check in. Get to the hotel and they inform us that they gave our hotel room away and overbooked so they sent us to a hotel over 10 minutes away. Pathetic. Lost my business and I will tell everyone I know to never book a room here.

Spacious rooms, but needs a little more care. Toilet seats were loose and things not cleaned thoroughly. Found hair ties by the bed. Love the free full breakfast and happy hour everyday. One major complaint is that I felt the staff didn't take care of my problem. On our last night there, the room next door was playing music loud enough to wake me up at about 3:30am. I waited for nearly an hour and had to call the front desk to complain because they didn't stop. They did nothing! We had to bang in the wall and they stopped! That was infuriating! Staff needs more work on customer service!

Will not be staying here again or recommend it to anyone. The room air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and not individually in each room. The hotel is under a " two pipe system" which means they control one half of the hotel with AC and the other with heat as they see fit. The room was so stuffy so much so that they had to bring me a box fan to the room and open I had to open the balcony door to get some cool San Francisco air. We paid a pretty penny to stay here, we should at least be able to control our comfort level. The hotel is gorgeous otherwise. Great buffet!

We just stayed this April at the Embassy suites. The room was great. The size of the room can t be beat for the price. We got a Bayview room and it was awesome! They have a complimentary breakfast every morning. Standard eggs, bacon, sausage and breads. A great option are their custom made omelettes. They also have an evening happy hour. Coors and Bud on draft. Well drinks if you don t drink beer. Mornings were nice to walk along the bay walk path. Lots of walkers, joggers and doggies. Lots of folks that work for the airlines stay here. They are interesting to talk to.

Convenient location with beautiful views. Staff is friendly and the hotel itself is very easy to navigate. Rates are exceptional; great price even for a holiday (4th of July). Will definitely be returning.

Felt like everything was limited, and there were a lot of amenities you had to pay for that they jammed in your face. Overall it was like a low cost airline in hotel form. It s great looking though.

I just checked in 30 mins ago...room smells like pee and the bedsheets are so dingy they're a little yellow. It's also very hot in here. I set the temp to 65 when I first walked in and the room is still hot.

The shower was broke and after 5 days camping all we wanted was to shower. I went down to get towels and never received them. The one elevator on our side was broke. Hide a bed was lumpy

Well appointed accommodation. The included breakfast and afternoon drinks makes this facility a standout close to the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful and allowed a late checkout. Would definitely recommend for families and travellers.

It was a good visit. Front desk gave a little trouble when checking in but corrected themselves once I provided info they needed. Didn't receive a Diamond club member gift bag, had to ask for one after the fact. Otherwise they were all very nice and accommodating.

No carts when we checked in no carts when we checked out. You need a wristband for the pool. Ac didnt work. Only 1 bar tender for happy hour. Pool is freezing cold. The one on in South san francisco is way better.

The staff are great but the hotel sucks for manual wheelchairs. The bottom level is beautiful, But it's a giant maze with most ramps leading to stairs. The carpet in the hallways make getting to your room from the elevator a work out. But it's pretty. Koi are fun to watch. And I love being right on the bay. NO FOOD WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. Food at the hotel costs an arm, a leg, and a left testicles. Unfortunately, I'm fresh out of testicles

Clean rooms. Free breakfast was great.

The kids loved the indoor pool. The gym was decent but you can get a great run in along the water with good views.

Very spacious rooms, great custom breakfast, fast wifi (sign up for Hilton Honors to get it free). Short walk to a nice little town. Short shuttle ride (free) to the airport.

Be careful when telling where you're staying, you mention Waterfront Embassy Suites, as there are two near the airport.

Hotel itself was pretty good, nice views on the bay from 9th floor. However breakfast were below average. Every day the same food. Internet to pricey. Next time I will stay in Crowne Plaza, much better breakfasts

Amazing hotel. Aida in front desk was beyond helpful and kind. She really cared about us and went above and beyond in helping us feel comfortable. Shawn in front desk was amazing as well, very kind and funny. This hotel was gorgeous in itself, great location.

I love Embassy Suites, especially the reception hours of free drinks. Breakfast is amazing. The waterfront view at this location is amazing....balcony in your room (non sitting though). If light sleeper airplanes may disturb you...any poor reviews by others, I didn't see such!!

The front desk staff is quite unhelpful. I'm on the 2nd floor and need to keep the sliding door open as my room is hot and they haven't addressed it - quite unsafe. Conference food is awful for a vegetarian.

I would have to agree with some of the other people on here this hotel is not to Embassy suites standards the people who work at the front desk even though you're in the honors section treat you like they could care less they are too busy talking among each other to have the basic common courtesy to attend to you or address you. When we checked in on Thursday, 3 March 2016 our room was not that clean the furniture had oil sprayed on it and not wiped off and it was only on half the furniture I put my papers down on the desk and they got soaked with oil coffee maker still had coffee and coffee bags in it, the freezer was caked with ice like it hadn't been defrosted in a while, phone in the bedroom had some type of stuff all covered on the receiver and I was afraid to touch it I called the front desk and they sent a lady who brought me a rag. I I wasn't cleaning nothing and I wanted to speak with the manager they ended up sending two more ladies to clean the room while we waited till they finish cleaning up the room The next day the shower started clogging up and I had to call that in. The room didn't smell very clean, almost like dirty shoes in the closet area. We never used the pool because it was full of teenagers which is fine just too many for us to be able to relax in a pool. This was our first time in San Francisco and I knew would be a little ways from downtown I just didn't realize how far away it would be which is my fault I should've did more research I had just been accustomed to Embassy suites and this to me but for the worst one I have stayed in, I will not be at this particular Embassy suites ever again The Wi-Fi definitely had problems seem like the password was changed every day and then it would lock up when you use it and I felt when I called down to the front desk to ask for the password I was bothering them. The breakfast was not that great for an Embassy suites it took a while standing in line all no I would not stay at this Embassy suites again. If there was somewhere closer to eat at which by the way I found out across the street as I was checking out and leaving the 24 hour diner I would've just ate there.
