Due to an unexpected & unfortunate circumstance, we needed to purchase a replacement vehicle, but doing so during a worldwide pandemic & a virtual shutdown made the process quite different. We found a car online at McCoy & Mills Ford in Fullerton which appeared to meet our needs. Observing all required disease mitigation precautions, Ron Denos was able to accommodate us as we viewed the vehicle, did a test drive, & signed the purchase papers. We were very satisfied with the process, the purchase price, & the friendliness of the dealership. This is our second purchase from McCoy & Mills Ford. We have our other vehicle serviced here regularly & have been happy with the service from that department as well.

We had an undriveable car due to faulty door latch. Latches currently under federal investigation and recall pending. Initially Sales manager was rude and dismissive. For unknown reasons, he called us back and took care of the problem.

We took our Mercury in there to be serviced. Mind you the vehicle only has about 60k miles. He had what seemed like transmission issue. After the McCoy Ford looked at the car, they told us our computer system was going out and needed to be replaced, they also said that after we fixed that it still could be our transmission. That didnt sound right so I got a second opinion. The shop I took it to found the only thing wrong was that it was low on transmission fluid. Because the fluid in a closed system, I was unable to check for myself. This guys are rip off artist. They could have easily filled up the transmission fluid first, but instead tried to rip me off. DONT GO THERE!!
We came in to buy a Ford Escape and trade in our Dodge Journey. I told the salesperson I wanted the difference back fromt he trade in after the pay off was determined. He failed to tell the sales manager of this after talking to him about it a few different times. He even told us "our girl will most likely cut you a check on Tuesday" I called today and spoke to a sales manager and asked him to find out when I was getting a check. He said he would look into it and asked him to call me back. Instead he and the sales person called my wife to tell her the money was applied to the purchase of the car. I then talked to the sales person which either lied or is incompetent and told me that he cannot remember and that I wanted the difference back and to come and and talk to a sales manager. I then speak to the sales manager on the deal and he tells me that our sales person never told him of this detail. Finance was great and the sales manager Richard has been great. Those two things is why I gave it a two and not a one star. I am sure that there was really no premeditated dishonesty here, just preventable mistakes were made. A side note, I do not like the Start-stop feature on the 2017 Escape.
Have always found McCoy Mills Ford personnel to be friendly and helpful. The fact that they have shuttle service is a much needed service they offer. Would highly recommend McCoy Mills Ford to anyone needing honest, friendly service for their car or truck.
I am giving my one star because the service representatives are so nice. However, my car situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. My Ford Focus is 3 years old with 30,000 miles on it and I have taken my car in with shuddering and stalling issues at least 5 times. Every single time, my car is given back to me with a smile and I'm told that I am "ALL GOOD TO GO" only to have the car shudder and stall every time I drive it. Its never better and its a complete pain to keep taking it back with zero feedback or results.
In addition, I have paid for a new battery, had the clutch replaced, and had the transmission computer reset a bunch of times in the last 2 years.
I finally took it to my family mechanic who took a look at the codes it was producing. He was able to pull up a service bulletin regarding the gas tank and valve that was issued by Ford in 2016 which he said is EXACTLY what is wrong with my car. Also, Ford just recently decided to issue a recall. He printed it out for me and said that any half way decent mechanic would be able to take a look at the codes and see whats wrong. (ESPECIALLY AFTER 5 OR MORE VISITS TO A FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT). He said that Ford is definitely responsible for fixing it. I took that to McCoy Mills Ford and said "HERE, this needs to be fixed."
The service tech was nice enough. He said "Oh, yes we can fix that for you. That's an easy fix. It will only take a few hours" I didn't receive any call until I called them at almost 4pm trying to get some answers. They said that the car was just being worked on and they would call me back.
The next call was 5 minutes later saying "Ok you are all good to go, you can come pick up your car."
I came in and the service guy told me "Ok we went ahead and replaced one of your sensors for free, that was definitely causing a problem. As for the recall, we ordered the part for you and we will call you when it comes in."
I took my car home and its worse than ever, shuddering and stalling every single day. I'm still waiting for a call from Ford after over a week and I get nothing but emails asking how good a job they did.
Terrible, you're doing a TERRIBLE job McCoy Mills Ford.

By far the fastest and most pleasant buying experience I've ever had.
Sent my son in to get his key fob programed and brakes done and they talked him in to getting brake line flush and coolant flush because he had 60,000 miles but they never bothered to check if the car had it done prior. Also first time in 30 years for me but both brakes needed replacing, in all my years the front and rear never wear out at same time, very suspicious. After talking to my son I called to cancel the flush service but funny they did that first. In my opinion it was a total up sell on stuff not needed. Maybe if they would have checked the cars history, I could buy it but not trust worthy at all. Also they never checked the key fob to see if it worked because it did not. But the service manger maintained his cool after listening to me rant on what a rip off they were so that's why they get 3 stars and not 1.
The service personnel was very professional, and got my car done in a timely manner. I was able to wait in a comfortable customer lounge and the whole experience went great. I am definitely going to schedule future serving with them.
I was back in the market for a truck after the debacle with a 2015 GMC Denali. After research on several other brands, I decided to purchase a 2015 F150 Platinum from a business close to our office. The sales staff was excellent, treated me fairly and I was out quick as I do not entertain the back and forth. Throughout the time I have had this truck, it has been fantastic with the exception of a noisy sunroof glass frame. A few back and forths and it was taken care of to my satisfaction. I dealt throughout with Danny, who communicated well and got it handled. Team effort which adds a feather to the cap as well, cannot be ignored. Thanks guys on a job well done. McCoy Mills is the spot.

I had been looking for an explorer st and was unable to find one out here in the inland empire. So I decided to do some research and found the one I wanted at McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton Ca. My wife and I were greeted by Tommy Weiser. All I have to say is that his customer service is top notch, he was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the vehicle I was interested in. He pretty much covered it all. Believe me when I say that I did alot of research on my own and he covered it all if not more. Great staff! Great service!

Made and appointment for air bag recall. I let them know that I needed to be in and out as quickly as possible for work and they said it would take about an hour. I was in and out within an hour! I then got to do my cars second favorite thing...filler up!

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I made an appointment and showed up early. They finished servicing my car in less time than they had originally assumed. The time flew by because the waiting room was nice. I was in and out of there very fast and very satisfied.
I ve only been coming here for about a year since I bought my new truck but the service is excellent. All the staff is friendly, although sometimes they seem too busy. There is a shuttle service if you need a ride to or from. If you need to schedule a service you can do it by phone or online. They are open 6 days a week so you can usually get in within a day or two. No waiting around.
These people are so good and conscientious, car took a while to get done, but its perfect! Joe has been taking care of me since the late 80's. They are very responsive to my needs!

Some cars salespeople I've dealt with in the past have been pushy and high-pressured. This can make buying a car stressful. Tommy is just the opposite. He is down-to-earth and helpful. I am very happy with my car purchase.

Brought it to Mcoy & Mills and all my doubts and worries went away. Attention to detail and good ol fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE . I was looking for all over online for a very specific used Mustang. Orange color, black leather with the Recaro race seats, The performance Boost gauges on dash, big touch screen, automatic, black factory wheels and under 50,000 miles. After days of online searching I found the car here. I called talked to Mike he made the process so easy. I made a appointment for the next day at 10 AM. We had to test drive and check out the car but by noon we were driving out of the dealership with the car. No pressure , no hassle everything was smooth and easy . Recently had the transmission basically rebuilt on my Fusion and they worked so well with me and my schedule and provided me with a rental car while my car was being worked on. I enjoyed that I dropped my car off with Andrew (one of the associates) and when it was completely fixed *and washed* I picked my car up with Andrew. The same associate helped me and talked to my parents (who live out of state), keeping us all informed on what was being done. Overall it was a great experience and I will only be taking my car to McCoy Mills from now on!

My husband went to McCoy Mills to get his F250 smogged, and had been having problems getting it done elsewhere because of a computer issue, a friend referred him to McCoy Mills and Arthur Bravo could not have been more helpful and professional . Arthur went through the procedure and got it done, he kept us informed, and was very patient and helpful. We believe that he is the reason that that place stays busy, and he is the reason that McCoy Mills will be taking my truck , for any future repairs. The entire staff was gracious and friendly . I hope I don't have to come back soon, but that is where I'll be going from now on.
I txt the internet manager in the morning she gave me a price. I filled out an app. Emailed her requested docs. She had all contracts printed and ready. When i arrived it took about 45 minutes to sign everything and inspect the vehicle. It couldnt have gone more smooth.
Great customer service and care for my Explorer purchased at the dealership in 2002. Even though I was running late from work due to traffic the service counter remained open an extra 10 minutes to allow me to arrive and pick up my vehicle.

It's all about the people. The Service Staff and Tech's are trustworthy and genuinely invested in making sure your vehicle is repaired correctly. I've been to other Ford dealers, and in comparison...there is no comparison. This dealership stands out for the simple reason they care and take pride in what they do. I've been a Mechanic for 40 years working with heavy industrial equipment & applications. I really had a hard time turning my Raptor over to someone else to work on. I knew this place was different right from the start. Nice to know I have a trusted place to take my vehicles if needed. Five days it was there they never looked at it.I called McCoy & Mills got ahold of Stephanie She said they could look at it I had it towed over there and in less than one day they got it fixed. The customer service team is beyond anything I have experienced. Recently I dropped off my car late on a Friday and headed home. Only to realize I had left my house keys on the key ring with my car. I frantically called the service department to see if they would stay there late so I could come get my keys. Thankfully Danny, my service representative, offered to drive them to me because I was on his way home. This was such a relief since my husband was not in town and I had no other spare. For someone to go above and beyond in this way means so much to me. It is because of employees like Danny I will forever be a McCoy & Mills customer.
