We had an issue during braking on our Ford Escape. Arthur Bravo directed your personnel to investigate further. It was later discovered that our vehicle needed a motor mount. Problem solved. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the Excellent Customer service and attention to detail by your employee(s). Thank you Arthur Bravo and everyone involved in our repair. It's appreciated.

I made a service appointment for routine maintenance and waited for my truck. They finished my truck sooner than the estimated time they had given me, and when they rotated my tires they pulled a nail out of one of the tires and fixed it. We bought our car here 4 years ago with a full maintenance plan; so we've had them do all maintenance and repairs. Never given us a problem, even with mileage over 100K, and they are thorough. Occasionally we've had to wait for parts regarding recalls, but it was handled professionally. I consider them to be quite reputable, which is rare in this industry.

I had an appointment at 0815 hours, I parked my car, and Arthur came out to greet me. I told him I needed a oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they do transmission flushes as well, he told me they do. It would take 4 days and my warranty covers a rental car. I was appreciate of the info and said I would pick my car up around lunch time. Arthur called me back later to inform me my car was finished. When I picked up my car, it was clean and had been washed. I'm very happy with the customer service and that they are bringing back car washes for people who drop their car off.

The experience having your car serviced is like going to the doctor and sitting in the waiting room, only better because lifetime oil changes are free if you buy your car from them. Sure you never want to hear bad news but their service people are honest and friendly. A free ride home if you have to leave your car and free coffee while your waiting.

They did a great job on my truck. Got my truck back right on time! One small thing though they should of wiped my rims after putting the new tires on. I don't consider it a complaint though.

Thank God they were able to find the squeak!!!! I have been driving around since March with the squeaking cricket like sound coming from the rear of my car. And they found it, my sanity has been restored. Everyone in the service department is amazing.

Joe Green took care of me. I initially took it in for simple warranty work, but when I went to go pick up the truck, he took the time to ask me about my tires; they were abnormally worn. Joe had his guys check out the suspension and steering, and identified problems. He took the time to explain these to me. Almost all of it was covered under warranty. The truck rides better than it ever has. I've had Joe, Art, and Jackie work on my F250 and Fiesta in the past and am happy to be back in California close to a dealership I can trust.

Bought a Ford expedition from here. Relatively easy to work with. Rex was a down to earth salesman who didn't try to "car salesman" me. I don't know if I'd go back for their deal oil change but that's more me and not liking dealerships than anything they did.

Salesman are a little not as enthusiastic and determined. Needs more environment.

Hi Everyone! It's almost been 2 months since purchasing my 2020 Ford Ecosport and I have been truly impressed by owning it. I find the drive comfortable for myself as driver. I didn't think I would be able to store a lot of things inside but I have plenty. Tight turns are very possible with the turning radius this truck has.
I still have a few miles to go before I get a free complimentary oil change package but I will let you know what happens. My goal for the Ecosport is to get a roof rail/cross bars package installed since this did not come with one. I hope my sales agent Vincent can hook me up with a great price for the item and cost to install it. I will let you know what happens.
Well, time to leave for now and hope you all are doing fine. l will be retiring 5/4 and thinking of getting a small trailer for my truck to tow and travel. We'll see how that goes.

The service department did excellent work on my truck. I had a minor tune up and routine service on my fluids. I'm very please the work they been doing on my 2004 F-150. I bought it off their lot brand new and their service department has been performing practically all the maintenance through the years. My truck still runs great now.

After trying a few Ford dealerships the past several years, I tried McCoy Mills two years ago and have been very pleased every time I visit. Whether a large or small job, I find them to be pleasant, professional and knowledgable. They don't try to oversell and do the job right the first time. I will continue to use them for all of my service needs for both Fords I own.

The service was routine oil change & tire rotation. The service was completed within one hour of the appointment time. No issues and no problems with the efficiency and level of service.

Always extremely helpful in making sure we get the best price for the best cars.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
I needed to have my wiper fixed coz the there will be a series of El Nino storm in the coming week. I went to HK Auto along Commonwealth and was told to go back Monday and leave the car whole day coz they would have to open up the car, etc. I drove around and ended up at McCoy Mills. A mechanic saw me and asked what I needed. I told him I need help with my wiper. He examined it, went in to get some tools and worked on the thing. Before i knew it, the wiper is already working. I asked how much. He said NO CHARGE. Wow! I was blown away. First, just the fact that he attended to me right away, and took time out to get the thing done right on the spot, I felt so grateful. I told the guy, I was moved to pray for him that God may bless his kindness, while he was doing work on my car. He was so happy he said he really needed more prayers. Second, just the thought of not having to leave my car whole day elsewhere, was a big relief. THANKS, RON ARAGON. He was the cheerful and happy guy who helped me. I had to get his business card so I could refer him to friends.

I recently leased a Ford Fusion Energi from them and had Paul as my salesman. He was super friendly, helpful, and patient with my constant change of colors or models. Normally I get fairly good service here. The last time I was here though, was less than stellar. When my husband went to pick up my car, he was notified that the oil change light may have come on (it did). If this had been relayed during the initial call, my husband would have agreed to have the oil changed so we wouldn't have to take it back. This is very frustrating and on principal I am now taking it elsewhere to get the oil changed because I do not have time to leave my car there all day.

This is the best dealer in Orange County. I would not take my car anywhere else! Thank you service team for all you do.

Very impressed with their customer service! I bought a used Ford Focus hatchback in July. Any questions I had on servicing the car the would problem solve it and tried to fix it. My family has bought cars thru them before and again they always took care of us. Great dealership

company is very greedy if your going to buy a used truck for $26,000 come with $5,000 down and your payments will be $685.00 a month or you need a 800 credit score. Oh and if you buy a Ford Raptor you should pay more they only make $500 off of them.

Should have known better, over priced plus had to order part anyway .. checked amazon and 24% less..... Prime shipped direct one day and didn't have to drive back to dealer

We had a pretty specific vehicle in mind with certain features, and the team at McCoy Mills went above and beyond to help us locate the vehicle we wanted to purchase - especially our sales associate, Josh Larrinaga. He even drove an hour away to pick up our vehicle from another dealership and stayed 6 hours after his shift had ended to finish the deal...thanks, Josh!

I took my 2011 mustang for an airbag recall, meanwhile I was checking out the inventory, a salesman (Tim) asked if I was interested in one of the cars , I told him I was but I wanted to trade in my car, I still owed $11,200 on my car, he said he could help me out, soon enough
He got me approved with a 2019 mustang ecoboost fully equipped with only 20 miles on it, BRAND NEW!! , with a 3.8% interested rate, now that s a great deal, he helped me through the whole process, everyone here was friendly and understandable. Needed broken trim part replaced. The part they installed was also broken. Waiting for call that replacement part is in. About 2 weeks now. This dealer is very unresponsive. Buy/service elsewhere you'll be happier.
