Recently had the transmission basically rebuilt on my Fusion and they worked so well with me and my schedule and provided me with a rental car while my car was being worked on. I enjoyed that I dropped my car off with Andrew (one of the associates) and when it was completely fixed *and washed* I picked my car up with Andrew. The same associate helped me and talked to my parents (who live out of state), keeping us all informed on what was being done. Overall it was a great experience and I will only be taking my car to McCoy Mills from now on!
