I brought my 2008 mustang in for a worn out compressor because the air conditioning was not working, just blowing hot air.
The service department replaced the low pressure valve and the high pressure valve.
The air conditioning works great now and on top of that the service department saved me a ton of money.

I've been dealing with McCoy Mills for a few years now and they truly do a first rate job.
In all my dealings it goes like this...
Call, and ask for the Service Drive (I normally speak with Art Bravo) mention I will be in the area and would like a early morning appt as I can wait if the work is simple (most of the time it is just standard service).
And in an hour and a half the my truck was behind the cashier window and all ready to go.
And though these are somewhat "simple" general service's oil & filter, tire rotation brake inspection, etc. the price is not much more than if I did the job myself (oil, filter and tires was under $50!).

Great service and they don't try to con you into unneeded things

Maintenance packages are not good value dont but them . Spent $ 2300.00 they wont even change the dirty air filter. Said if you can still see light thru them they're good. Mean while with no maintenance package they recommend replacement if only slightly dirty.

Nice local place when looking for a new or used car, truck or suv. Parts Dept. Is nice and clean small simple displays of odds and stuff like accessories for your car, truck or SUV.

My Second oil change there, They told me it would be an hour to change the oil for my 17 focus st but it seemed faster! Great service and will definitely continue to get my car serviced here.

The two times I ve been to McCoy Mills I ve received nothing short of great service.

today i got my 2021 ford explorer. i can said i am very satisfied for the service. the sales person did what they supposed to do. the general manager gave me a good rate. they weren't trying sell me any extra things. just sign the contract and take my car. good experience.

My 2011 Mustang was recalled because the driver's side airbag was faulty. I figured it would take a long time to install a new one, plus change the oil and complete the car's regular 6-month service appointment. I took plenty of reading materials with me and my lunch thinking it would take several hours in the waiting room. Much to my surprise the car was ready before noon. I felt safer driving home because I knew the fine mechanics at McCoy Mills had checked everything. The best part was when I saw the bill. It was about half what I expected to pay. THANKS for you good service.

We discovered McCoy Mills Ford while we were searching online for a Toyota Prius C. Among all the choices, TrueCar and McCoy Mills came closest to what we were searching for. Anthony in online sales took our call and answered our questions about a 2014 Toyota Prius C4 that was advertised on the website. Once we were assured that the car was still in stock, we made the 67 mile drive from Carlsbad, California to take a look and a test drive. On our arrival, we were greeted by Ruben Martinez, sales consultant, who showed us the car and answered all our questions. Ruben Martinez, our, sales consultant, was very patient with us in showing us the car and describing all the features and benefits clearly. Ruben worked with the sales manager to get us the best deal that was available. We happily drove our 2014 Toyota Prius C home that afternoon. We highly recommend McCoy Mills Ford of Fullerton if you re looking for a new or used vehicle. Their service is impeccable.

McCoy Mills Ford is the best dealership EVER! My family and I have been getting our cars serviced here for over 30 years. They are fast, efficient, cost effective and friendly. The best part is that you can trust them. I have never had any issues with them. I wish all dealerships were like McCoy Mills.

Update 10/2020: Now that I've also used their service for my truck that I've purchased two years ago, I have to say these guys are really excellent! I've made appointments for service and they've really stepped up to get it done and get you out. They are friendly, accommodating, and do excellent work. It's a really good service dept.

We purchased a 2016 Edge from McCoyMills on Monday (6/6/16), the sales staff is very friendly and helpful. Rex Bard Jr. was our salesman, he was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the Edge. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, this is our second time purchasing a car from McCoyMills and both times were the same, we highly recommend dealing with this Ford dealership.

I continue to be impressed by the Service Department at McCoy Mills Ford. I now only take my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid to them for service. In fact, as long as I live within 100 miles of this dealership, it is where I will take my car for service. They are always professional, helpful, and competent. They don't charge me for unnecessary services, and their pricing is fair. They are the gold standard of dealership service centers. Everyone is super -- Joe, Jacqueline, Art and Danny. I have dealt with them all, and they are the best!

We went to two other Ford dealerships before we went to McCoy Mills Ford and ended up buying our 2017 Ford Focus from McCoy Mills because of their people and their genuine concern for our needs. All Ford dealers sell the same Ford cars, but not all Ford dealers have the same great people as McCoy Mills. Daniel Rosales was our salesman, and his professionalism was outstanding. His Manager, Steve, went above and beyond to get us the best financing deal. The McCoy Mills Team made our overall car buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. They are the best in their field and deserve our highest praise and commendation.

An appointment scheduling would have been nice. I called twice and spoke with two different people. The first I told I would call back, but when I called back I was told to bring it in the morning. No particular time. When the car came in they said it would be all day and they had to keep it to the next day due to lack of technicians. At least a car wash would have been nice since they inconvenienced me and kept it 1 more day. I know I don't own a Mercedes or Tesla, but the full treatment would be nice if you want referrals or return customers.

Excellent. Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They said it would take 1 to 1.33 hours and it was completed in that time while I waited. They did a thorough inspection of the car.

Up until I dealt with Ron I had the usual feelings when it came to dealing with car salesman. He has completely changed the way I feel. I would definitely recommend going to Mccoy Mills when buying a Ford, but make sure you ask for Ron Denos.

I've been using McCoy Mills since I bought my 2008 F350 Diesel. They've been awesome in every way. Most recently, an air door actuator for my air conditioning failed. The quote was over a thousand bucks, as the entire dash needed to be removed to access the part needing replacement. In the end, I received a call to pick up my truck, and was told the final bill was about $500 less than expected. They were able to disassemble part of the dash, and someone with long skinny arms replaced the part, saving several hours of work. They passed the savings on to me, even though I would have had no clue of the savings had they chose to keep quiet.
That's integrity!

I wish there were more stars. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt 100% satisfied with each and every step of buying my incredible F-150. Found the truck I have been looking for on line. Asked for more detailed pictures and they were sent within an hour. Called for a test drive and truck was ready to go, went through paperwork and put the door with my truck in about two hours, nice sales people, low pressure.

All of the positive reviews here are all true. Brought my Boss 302 for an extensive service. Andrew was helpful and curtious throughout the entire process. Everything was performed as requested without a hitch. Pricing is fair with no upsale fluff. Im aware of the negative stigma behind some OEM service departments but Mccoy Mills is definitely an exception. Will be coming back for future work for sure. Thanks guys!

I was well taken care of on my last visit. The servicing was done quickly. The service person was perfect. I am glad that I can be confident when I bring my car in that everything needed is tended to and there are no "extras" added to the bill. My car is running beautifully.

Since I purchased my car from McCoy Mills I have been extremely happy with their service. When ever I call to make an appointment for an oil change, I am greeted with a cheerful voice and very accommodating. When I arrive at my appointment time the staff is friendly and prompt. The waiting area is also clean and comfortable. They have coffee available along with bottled water. I have NEVER had a poor experience there and I would most definitely purchase a car from this center again.

I've been going to McCoy Mills Ford for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Ron, was super helpful, he even assisted with getting my car washed just to speed things up a little so I could drive my new Ranger off the lot. Jim Miller, one of the main managers, runs a great dealership with all around great dudes. If you are around the Fullerton area and see a ton of license plate frames that say McCoy Mills on them, there is a reason!

I was able to get an appointment at short notice, my car was taken in at 9:00 A.M. and was done by 12:30. Very fast, friendly, and efficient!

Edit: 100 days use later- got my first oil change yay! asked to have 2nd key made, was told cost is over $280.00! Brought in an aftermarket key they could not program so I had a locksmith do it for $180.00. While in for oil change was told it has engine oil leaks I asked what that means exactly and was told I would have to bring it in and be prepared to leave it For 2-3 days and expect over $2000.00 service charge!
I m so upset!!!
Well not long after that McCoy & Mills called me and offered to help me get my Escape repaired! They fixed the engine oil leaks and only asked for a deductible. I am so grateful and feel so much more secure knowing my car is in good working condition.
I am still enjoying my Ford Escape and feeling grateful for McCoy Mills great service and customer care!

I had a great experience! Dan the service advisor was professional and expedient. I appreciated that my car was started immediately and finished in a timely manor, thanks to all at the service department.

I made an appointment for my oil change, had a coupon from another Ford Dealer that they did honor. The service was to be the "works" took an hour and a half to do the service but the did not wash my car until I reminded them. Seems like a busy place but they are lost in the sauce for now.

Evelyn was very helpful to me and had me in and out. I usually do my own oil changes but was very happy with the experience. Also I asked to have my cabin air filter checked which was maybe 1.5 years old and they okayed the old one and saved me money vs just charging me and replacing with a new one. Thanks a lot! My perspective of the mccoy mills service department has for sure improved over the past few years! Jaclyn I believe helped me about a year ago as well and she was extremely helpful!! 5/5 for you and your team and the waiting area is more than decent for an hour or so if you re waiting.

This visit was a simple service, oil change and wheel rotation on my F-150. My customer service rep., Amber, was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and nice. They asked me if I wanted to wait, which surprised me, but I smugly told them I d arranged a ride. Surprisingly, I got a call about 45 minutes later telling me my truck was ready. Cost was reasonable and NO attempts at up-selling.

Oil change about 30 minutes. Buy a Ford from them and oil changes are about $15.

Great experience dealing with Tim & Bob at McCoy Mills Ford. They had the exact car I was looking for at the exact price I wanted to pay. The transaction was a breeze and I left a very happy customer driving a new Fusion Energi. I can't thank them enough!

Service was slow. Dropped car off in morning and was told in early afternoon they were starting to work on it. Wasn't ready for pick up until after 5:00 on a Friday. Was informed some additional work is needed, but they didn't have a cost estimate and would call with it. They have not called a week later.

The folks at McCoy Mills Ford actually made it a pleasure to purchase a used car. Chuck, the salesman, was extremely friendly and helpful. There were no high pressure tactics used. Financing was a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
