It's all about the people. The Service Staff and Tech's are trustworthy and genuinely invested in making sure your vehicle is repaired correctly. I've been to other Ford dealers, and in comparison...there is no comparison. This dealership stands out for the simple reason they care and take pride in what they do. I've been a Mechanic for 40 years working with heavy industrial equipment & applications. I really had a hard time turning my Raptor over to someone else to work on. I knew this place was different right from the start. Nice to know I have a trusted place to take my vehicles if needed. Amber was great, very professional and informed on what was being done to repair the transmission.
