REVIEW IS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The customer service team is beyond anything I have experienced. Recently I dropped off my car late on a Friday and headed home. Only to realize I had left my house keys on the key ring with my car. I frantically called the service department to see if they would stay there late so I could come get my keys. Thankfully Danny, my service representative, offered to drive them to me because I was on his way home. This was such a relief since my husband was not in town and I had no other spare. For someone to go above and beyond in this way means so much to me. It is because of employees like Danny I will forever be a McCoy & Mills customer.
