It's been 10 wonderful years and counting with you guys. I'm thankful and appreciate of the satisfactory of the work and commitment with my Vehicles McCoy & Mills Ford offers. Honestly that's my 2nd home. All the Staff members are so polite and caring. Thank You so much Highly Appreciated.

Febrtary 2020 ~ Made an appointment for oil change...

Febrtary 2020 ~ Made an appointment for oil change. In and done, less than an hour. They did a battery capacity test. The battery will probably die in about a year. Will have it changed at next service. Price is comparable with AAA.
Also had the F-150 in for oil change two days later. Again phenomenal service.
July 2019 ~ Oil change and rear suspension recall. Required FEA too. Left the car, went on vacation. Came back and all done. BUT the car is a bird poop magnet that works in Fullerton as well at home. :)

Oil change. Done quickly. On time. No upsell. I wasn't Jiffy Lubed. Looked up recalls and advised. Ordered a part for install next day. Great service, great people and fair prices.

The oil change was on Monday. Tuesday the parts department called to say that the door panel was in. (There was a quarter sized delamination in the arm rest.) I was transferred to a service advisor and set up an appointment to have the panel replaced on Wednesday. I arrived at 2 and was on my way by 3.

This is one of those places that should get a rating of ten stars on a scale from one to five. Yeah, they are that good for both service and sales.

Again, in for service and battery. New bank card wouldn't work. Nothing wrong with the card just their new terminal. "Figure out what is wrong and come back and pay us." It was like $200. Never heard of a car dealer doing that.

All taken care of. I know it is an oxymoron, but this car dealership is honest. Best people in the world.

This is our third vehicle from Mccoy Mills Ford. Ron is the best when buying a car or truck. He is very informative and will match you with what you are looking for. Service packages have always worked out for us. Fast oil changes and maintenance experiences. Honestly the best experience with this dealership. Just ask for Ron D.

I bought a Top of the Line Fully Loaded EcoSport f...

I bought a Top of the Line Fully Loaded EcoSport from this dealer. Seemed Great other than NO CD Player available any more!!! BUT, soon the alarm started going off randomnly 2 to 5 times a day. I tried everything within my 73 years of serious auto knowledge (this is my 49th new car). I checked Google & Ford postings about this and could not find the problem; thus indicating that the dealer was going to have to get deep into it. I was first greeted by Service manager Jacquelynn Engles on how Ford does NOT have alarm systems any more & it is an aftermarket add-on sold by the Finance Dept. or installed by me so they are NOT responsible! I said that I bought this car from them just as it stands & the reply was that it must have been put on by someone else & the vehicle is an 'Unwind Sale' / Resale from someone else !!! I asked: "Then what is that lock button that beeps when I lock the car and that 'red noise cancel' (speaker) button on my Ford remote"? She said: "That's the Ford Arming System" !!! Arming what??? ...a Ford Alarm !!! I was told that this Fault has NEVER been seen before and there is NO information available on it BUT the Scan tool will show the event if it occured. Upon picking up the car 3 days later I was told that the Scan showed nothing and the 'Alarm' never went off when it was there. That day the 'Alarm' went off two more times AND 1 to 3 times every other day as I drive , park and lock the car! My car probably sat in the service lot unlocked (unarmed') that whole time and was NOT driven, locked & unlocked repeatedly! If the Scan Tool does not show the fault, then obviously it is not part of that Scan program. My employees & neighbours can testify to the problem.
Also, upon picking up my vehicles, I check Torque on all of the lug nuts after tire rotation. The Mag Locks were NOT torqued to spec. On a 4 lug vehicle that is 25% weak per wheel (and can be classed as 50% weak for that 1/2 wheel area (think about it)!

UPDATE:
Service Manager Joe Green responded many times to all the issues and solved them all...with a LOT of research & Discovery of new updated parts that addressed these seemingly strange issues. Random alarm and
flaky Remote Start was fixed -- the car DOES HAVE a Ford Alarm System; hopefully the Service Greeters were educated...always check the wheel nut torque yourself if you can!

After unsuccessfully negotiating for the car I wanted at several other competitors, I called McCoy Mills to see what they could do. Steve offered to do a trade to get me my specific color & had it available within a day over the holiday weekend... & got me within dollars of my desired payment!! Omar assisted me with the application process, return of my existing lease vehicle & delivery of my new vehicle. I couldn't be happier in my new Ford... Casey Allen was an excellent salesperson! Answered every question I had and was very informed. I knew exactly what van I wanted, but it was quite rare. He found the one I wanted, had is shipped over next day, and the actual sale was no pressure whatsoever. Definitely recommend working with Casey at McCoy Mills Ford.

Over the last 12 years, I ve had to deal with many car dealerships for myself and for family members. McCoy by far has been my favorite one. When I reached out to inquire on a specific F150 platinum I was connected to Eric.

Eric went above and beyond to get me the information, he was courteous and easy to communicate with. After confirming all of the features and the price I scheduled an appointment with Eric to test drive the truck later that week. I didn t get the if you don t hurry it will be gone baloney that other salesmen tend to do. Eric held the truck for me until I was able to stop by.

When I arrived, I was greeted very kindly and Eric had pulled the truck around. After test driving it I had ample time to think about it. I even had several other requests that were met with the utmost professionalism from Mike the manager.

The finance fella didn t try to upsell which I was expecting to have to fight off. After my purchase was complete I had an additional request that was taken care of at no cost. Eric, Mike, and the service team just wanted to make sure I was happy! The customer before profit, they have the right mentality here.

Overall, I came away with a truck I love and a dealer experience that was amazing! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Ford.

From Tim McCann , the sales rep that handled the transaction on our new F150 STX. He took us for a test drive and explained all the features of this beautiful truck! I had scheduled an appointment for a Saturday afternoon test drive of my dream car, That just happened to be on their lot. A blue 5.0 Mustang GT. On the Friday night before, my car started breaking down and I made it to their lot on a wing and a prayer.
Not only did I test drive my dream car... I drove home in it that night. It was a very pleasent experience. The staff was amazing and made it a comfortable and smooth process. I am so happy! I Love my new car and McCoy Mills Ford.

I was skeptical with Terry at first and gave him my no BS talk, but I was glad he was my salesperson because from there we connected and he made my experience easy and less stressful. Terry was a great salesperson with a good, easy going attitude and most importantly doesn't look desperate and pushy for a sale like 90% of all salespeople. In the end I was happy getting a deal for the car I've been wanting. I would recommend him to anyone shopping for a car.

There is a reason why the staffing at Mc-Coy Mills Ford has been with the company 20-30 years, this includes mechanic - technicians, service department managers, service writer, parts professionals, etc.

That is the same reason why I have been a repeat customer for 20 years because of the high level of customer satisfaction and quality workmanship pride that goes into every customers vehicle or vehicle sale

Also the only two new vehicles I have purchased owned in my lifetime were bought onsite at Mc-Coy Mills Ford in Fullerton California.

Mc-Coy Mills Ford does not treat you like an ordinary person they treat you like a Family member and they really do care about their customers !

Took one of my service vans to McCoy Mills Ford due to a problem with the transmission. It's under warranty, so it wasn't going to cost me anything. But I know that usually when a dealership is doing a warranty repair it can be last on their list. Not the case at McCoy Mills. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a new transmission, and had my service van up and ready in a week. Great service!

The staff at McCoy Mills has always been excellent...

The staff at McCoy Mills has always been excellent, However, I bought my 2014 Focus new and it now only has a little over 11,000 miles on it, the automatic transmission does not operate correctly. I've had it in for service
3 times to be corrected, but the dealership can't fix a design problem from
the factory. I understand from the dealer that I'm not the only one with this
same transmission/clutch problem. I don't trust the car to drive very far in it.
Seems Ford won't address the transmission/clutch problem, I wouldn't recommend the Focus to anyone because of it.

The drop off want smooth, my service Advisor Stephanie Hugo was very professional and polite. When I asked for a car wash she wrote it on the ticket and I was on my way. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Got a call back about 2 hrs. Later and Stephanie said vehicle is getting washed and will be ready by the time i get there. They called me at 9am i didn't pick it up till noon, and the car wash never happened, wish technicians would read all the notes.

Literally every experience I ve had at McCoy Mills Ford has been fantastic. We bought our Explorer here and have had several oil changes (even body work after an accident). Every single trip here has been top notch customer service...from everyone you interact with. I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this place. Highly highly recommend!

I purchased my Mustang here last December and I couldn't be happier. I ordered my car because they couldn't find one that was equipped the way I wanted it. Ordering was no problem. I felt I was treated fairly and got a decent trade-in on my (then) current car. My sales rep was Eric. He is a good guy and will treat you fairly. I just had my car in for its first service. The car was ready when promised and no fingerprints from the mechanics. This is my first experience at this dealership and I would definitely recommend them for a purchase or service. It was nice to do business with a dealership that isn't part of a conglomerate of dealerships.

Very kind worked with me over the phone. Gave great details about what is available over the phone. Very Friendly. Once I was at their location they were very knowledgeable about the features and was able to guide me to my needs. Gave me a great price and didn't have to spend all day there. The service team is courteous and helpful(Arthur is very helpful and has always treated me great), but the operations and flow of the dealership service make the customer experience terrible.

First, they overbook appointments constantly and the service team has no idea if you have an appointment or not. The service team has to check everyone in (other dealers have a person doing this as their sole job which is nice) and so you can have an appointment, show up on time but not be greeted or start your service for 20-30 minutes because the service team is impacted. And the service team never has the notes I gave when I made the appointment.

Second, they only keep one porter on the weekends - their busiest time. Once you have paid for your car service, you can be waiting for 30-45 minutes while the porter is driving the shuttle/washing cars before you get your car. With how busy they are, or at least claim to be, I cannot believe they can only afford one porter on the weekends. You have to beg to get your car washed, I know that is complimentary but for the prices you pay to get your car serviced it should be a standard.

Third and the only complaint I have about the actual service team, is that no one ever goes over my service with me after it is finished. They call and tell you it is ready and they will answer questions for you over the phone there, but you better have exact questions locked and ready. When you go to pick up/pay for your car, you are sent to the cashier immediately. You can wait for your service personnel to free up and speak with you, but again, they are always heavily impacted.

My point is, to make the customer experience better they should expand the service team a little and figure out the appointments so customers who make an appointment get first priority (the whole reason I make an appointment). At the very least, hire a person to check-in cars so the service team can focus a little more on the customers.

If the dealership was not so close to my house I would find another service option. Sadly, they are better than Ken Grody and therefore the option I choose to get my car serviced.

After a very trafficy morning, I arrived a little late for my appointment to have my truck serviced. I was met by staff who said, "No worries. We got this handled. Just go inside and relax. We'll call you when it's ready." What a relief McCoy Mills is always ready to provide great service! The job took half the expected time, and everyone was helpful. My phone battery had died, & another office person helped me locate a local business to charge my phone. Beyond the call of duty....just friendly, helpful people!!!
