Had my 2017 Fusion towed again to McCoy Mills Ford. My car just suddenly wouldn't start. Was told that they would take a look at it. By noon had not received a call, therefore I called to check on its status and was told they could not check it till the following day. The following day was told that it had been my car's battery that had failed after 7 months? Very frustrated with this car!!!
I took my car to recall for problems with the door and transmission a 2013 Ford focus, everything went well.
I came here for a GT and couldn't budget that kind of cost, but ended up compromising and purchasing a similar vehicle at another Ford dealer. While I applaud the "no pressure" thing, I was surprised I was not encouraged to test drive another vehicle at least. Because of the high ratings, I thought things may go differently if I brought in my daughter in to purchase a car, and was unable to find anything she was interested in nor did the sales guy make further efforts to get her into something else she may want. She purchased elsewhere. I then brought my son in and he test drove a car he liked and applied for a soft credit check for the vehicle and the sales guy never called him back or followed up or anything. He then proceeded to purchase elsewhere. I will not be going back to this dealership. With all the high ratings it got, my experience felt more like a lame duck, all three times.

Our recent experience while shopping for a new SUV at McCoy Mills was a great one! The Fleet Manager Ron Denos was very pleasant and surprisingly patient by allowing us to test drive several SUV s on the lot! His knowledge with the latest technology of these vehicles is quite extensive and impressive! Ron Denos is truly a gem! McCoy Mills Ford exceeded my expectations and set a high standard for a dealership experience. I have dreamed of getting a S550 Mustang for a while now and I just happened to see they had a 5.0 6MT Coupe with the Performance Package. I went to check it out not thinking it would be available or already purchased, but to my surprise Tommy was able to take for a test drive, get the paperwork taken care of, topped off the tank, and even made time to chat about his love of cars. Out of all my experiences with purchasing a car, I found him to be the most passionate about cars and the easiest salesperson I've ever worked with.

I ve been buying cars n trucks for my family and I for three plus decades (15+). And I can honestly say that the folks at McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton, have been nothing less than fair and professional with me. I highly recommend them for your consideration, should you decide to purchase a Ford product.
The key difference that I found at McCoy Mills Ford is that they truly treat you like a family member. Don t just take my word for it, shop around at any of the big competitors in the area and then go to McCoy Mills, at the end of the day, you will see for yourself (like I did) and you will be pleasantly surprised and wished you started your day at McCoy Ford of Fullerton.
With that, I can t finish my review without giving a shout out to my salesperson, Tommy Weiser and the Finance Manager (sorry I forgot his name), they were both very fair and professional in closing my deal.

Great customer service at the service department, had my first vehicle inspection(no oil change my car is electric) and tire rotation and it was completely free as promised! Great service advisors make things easy. The best place to service your car. Why go to the big dealerships when you can go to this neighborhood ford dealership and get the honest truth and best service every time. Jim and Eric at the sales department were nice enough to show me some new vehicles while I waited. Definetly coming back for my next Ford.
We found a vehicle we were interested in online and asked if it was available. We received a quick response and we responded later with a few questions after closing time, but Bonnie promptly responded the next morning. We weren't able to make it out from Riverside for a couple of days but Bonnie offered to let us know if it happened to sell before then.
We got there and Bonnie was busy inside, but Paul helped us out. He was a very nice family guy who was considerate of all of our questions and was full of knowledge to answer every single one. We were able to get a good test drive to see how the car handled and I was able to test every button/switch/handle/lever to know that everything was in working order. Paul was patient as we looked the car over with a fine tooth comb. We did throw a couple of questions at him he had to check on, but got us the answers almost immediately. We sat down to start the paperwork and Paul continued to help us and work with finance. Even while Gene was getting the sale and finance paperwork together, Paul was continuing conversation and answering other questions we had. Reminded me of the friendly neighbor next door. Plus, it helped pass the time while everything paperwork wise was taken care of. (I don't think I've signed so much paperwork before. LOL)
I love that they have been family owned and operated since 1930. This was a great buy/investment and McCoy & Mills staff really made us feel like VIPs on a red carpet. Even though they are not super close to us, we will check with them first when we are looking to buy another car in the future.

I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Charger RT from this dealership and it has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I did tremendous amount of research and was in the market for a brand new charger but knew with the price point I was comfortable being at meant that I was getting a lower trim model. Therefore, my search forced me to look into used chargers and McCoy Mills had one in stock. It had every package available with low mileage and at the best price! I went in for a test drive and was helped by a great associate by the name of Paul Smock. Paul was extremely helpful, transparent and highlighted the fact that they were a family owned business. After the test drive and some talk, I immediately fell in love with the car. But had to wait to think about it. I then came in the next day with my father to finalize the car and do a trade in with my 2017 Lexus ES 350. We were at last helped by Vincent Castro who has proven to be one the best reps to have ever helped us. He was very professional, direct and there wasn't a moment where we felt like we were being assisted by a salesperson trying to sell us the car. He assisted us as if we were a close friends of his. We had a price in mind that we wanted to pay and after couple hours, Vincent made my dream of getting that exact charger a possibility! He broke down everything we needed to know, was extremely fair with what was possible and confirmed with us what we were actually getting. Vincent and the whole team at MM Ford welcomed us with open arms and really took good care of us. Cant thank Vincent enough for such a great experience so please ask for him when you go to McCoy Mills Ford. This dealership really is great and I can't stress the fact that they are not pushy in any way and give u a whole new positive perspective on your car buying experience. Thank you again Vincent!
Friendly Service Helpful front staff Employees. Give it a 3 star because:
1 - Problem resolution has taken multiple visits. I don't blame the techs but probably the resources, and new technology of vehicles.
2 - Have a pending problem with the hatchback trunk lift gate struts closing down on slight slope, the ford computer says is not a problem and techs say they can't help. This is disappointing. Have gone in twice on this and still not resolved. My head keeps getting hit with hatchback trunk. Will go in and try again, or try another Ford dealership.

I had a 3:00 appointment, my truck did not move from the check in line until 3:45. No one told me they were running behind. The cost of "The Works" online was $54.99 which is what I signed up for. AFTER they processed the paperwork they told me to have a seat in the lounge. Before I went to sit and wait, I asked what the total cost would be, they said $89.00. I was not told F250's are extra due to extra oil. We agreed to remove the tire rotation (my tires are brand new) saving me $35.00. Turned out my air filter was dirty so they replaced it for $30.00. bringing my total to $79.97 . I felt duped. Poor communication. I can do the work myself from now on.
Lorenc was very straight forward. Worked with me until we found a price I could work with for both the car and the required insurance. Made sure I could get the car I wanted for the right price. Had great deals for a car with fairly low mileage. I love the car itself, it's an SUV that has the room of an SUV but hugs the road like a coupe. I love that it has backwards predictability and sensors. I love its Eco-boost engine and FWD. My first two years on the road, I hated driving. I switched from a wagon to an SUV and realized I just hated driving a small car. If you like bigger cars with nice grip, I would highly recommend the Escape. Very enjoyable to drive. I love how the lights are automatic too.
This is a Service Dept Review- I would have given it a single star however the Service Managing Assistant Ron helped ease the situation in the long run and my car was serviced without any flaws so they deserve positive credit where it is due.
This was my second service at McCoy Mills and I was more than pleased to make the drive from Huntington Beach to Fullerton because they had treated me absolutely wonderfully my first visit. My first visit was with Jacqueline for the record so thumbs up to her professionalism that her now co-worker lacks more than my words could best describe...
I showed up on time for my scheduled service appt in my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi that I highly recommend by the way! Andrew Nau was my service writer today. I only know his name because it was on my paperwork as we was not wearing any form of name badge. He proceeded to check my car in and then we discussed what was going to be completed per usual standards. Backtracking for a moment, when I called to schedule my appt I mentioned that McCoy Mills had graciously mailed me my yearly service coupon for "The Works" which included everything I needed to take care of that day. Oil change, tire rotation etc. I asked if I was going to be able to use this coupon when I came in for my service and was told YES. Not only that but I keep all of my service records for my vehicles and I had had "The Works" performed the service prior so what would make this service any different?
Fast forward to present, I pull out my coupon and place it on the counter after Andrew tells me the total is going to be around $75.00. I'm pleased because my coupon is for around $55.00. Deal! He looks at it and says its not applicable because my car is a Hybrid and I require a "Full Synthetic" oil change but he could take a mere $5.00 off. Woop de doo.
I'm a well educated individual but at the end of the day my college degree isn't in mechanics, so I proceed to ask him the simple question of WHY? He fumbles and is unable to answer me with anything other than "Your car is a hybrid and that's what it requires." I'm very frugal and careful with my money so it is in my nature to ask questions and make sure I'm not being taken advantage of SO when he wasn't able to clearly answer my question I quickly took out my phone and sent a text message to my significant other asking "Do I need full synthetic oil because that is what I am being told?" I didn't want to be rude and make a phone call in front of Andrew. I want to point out that the counter is high and I'm 5'5 so my phone and elbows were resting on the counter at an angle.
My boyfriend was in the midst of replying and Andrew angrily and abruptly screams out "Are you taking a picture of me?!" I looked up and had to ask him to repeat himself because I was sure I had heard him incorrectly. He proceeded to say it again and I immediately without hesitation turned my phone around to show him my screen of text messages and asked him "Why on earth would I take your picture?" I also turned around and looked around the now quiet room to see the bewilderment on everyone's faces. He caused a frightening scene and I wasn't the only witness. He then tried to half apologize and I was still in shock I was being treated this way. I took my paperwork and walked out the door as quickly as possible, shaking. Immediately called my boyfriend and he came down in a rush. We asked to speak with the manager and Ron came to our rescue. In seconds he was able to explain to us what the difference in oil blends were and why EXACTLY my car may require it. Something Andrew was 100% unable to do. He then repeatedly apologized and said that Andrew would be spoken to.
Maybe it was because I had questions, maybe it was because I was a young female who wouldn't take his word on the blend of oil I needed, who knows. What I do know is that I was treated with the most disrespect I have ever encountered as a customer and Andrew should NOT be representing McCoy Mills because I would give this dealership five stars had it not been for my awful experience with him.

I hate to give bad reviews but I will definitely not be returning to this dealer. I've taken my brand new (6k miles) car in here on 3 seperate occasions. Each time they tell me that it's a different issue but the car keeps breaking. Very bad about giving updates, when I call for an update i feel like I am bothering them. One time they had it for a month, I get it back and it's totally filthy. The least they can do is wash it for me! I'll be going to another dealer if (when) piece breaks down again.

Everyone was friendly. We brought our car in for a minor problem, in an hour we were on our way home. As soon as we pulled into the lot someone was walking towards us to help.
Arther was very helpful with the maintenance of my 2004 Expedition. He put my tags on my vehicle and a license plate cover. When my Expedition was brought to me, it was dripping wet. The young man who drove it over from being washed said it was a spotless wash and would leave no spots. The windshield wipers were the only thing used to wipe my car. My side mirrors and windshield were spotted. After spending $600 I would think my car could have been wiped down.
Received better customer service here than a Audi and Benz dealership. Solid customer service from all departments that I dealt with (Service, Parts & Cashier). Will be happy to come back next time.
Had my 2004 F150 serviced they did a great job as always, the shuttle service is the best takes me home when I drop off car and picks me up when service is finish they also keep my new car serviced also

I brought my car in because I had received notice of a recall for the steering wheel bolt. I called and scheduled apt for the same day. I was told the repair would take about an hour. Everyone was so courteous. The repair took only a half an hour, and I was free to go about my day!

Having purchased loyally from Fritts Ford in Riverside for years, I randomly did a search for a vehicle I was in the market for and I found it here and another dealer in Carlsbad. Ron was on top of this sale from the beginning and got right back to me on a couple inquiries I had on this F-150 Platinum. From the results of my search in the morning, I bought this vehicle before the end of the day. With the current climate of available inventory, demand and choices, I consider myself "very" lucky having made the move along with Ron, the Fleet Manager. Enhancing this deal was the attitude of Steve, the Sales Manager and Chad, in Finance. What a Trifecta. Never thinking I would have the comfort going outside of my Ford Dealer for years in Riverside, this Dealer surely has made my list of a place I would definitely work with again in the future. These men I dealt with are real. And they honor Veterans such as myself. In today's world with Dealers getting invoice and above invoice on vehicles, my vehicle was discounted immediately by 1000.00 by Steve. Something he didn't have to do...........period. The best part. I didn't even ask for a discount at the time he gave it to me. He just did it as Ron told him I was a Marine Corps Veteran. Not that I told Ron that, but rather Ron took note of my Veteran Baseball Cap. In comparison, the Dealer in Carlsbad that I had talked to earlier before my arrival at McCoy and Mills wanted 5000.00 "starting" over invoice for the same vehicle. Ironically, while I was doing my credit app with Ron, that Dealer calls me and offers over the phone, 1950.00 over invoice. What a laugh and a joke. In summary, there may be good and bad reviews, but just bear in mind that in all cases, there are 2 sides to each story. My story? The best of deals outside of all the deals I've made over the years and not just on cars and trucks, but I surely couldn't have gone wrong on any day elsewhere. My suggestion to you who read this. Don't hesitate on giving this Ford Dealership a shot, even if you have to drive a few extra miles. As I stated earlier, Steve gave me that 1000.00 discount as for myself wearing my Marine Corps Veteran Baseball Cap. To the Dealer in Carlsbad I can say this............If you wear a Dealer Baseball Cap or a Ford Baseball Cap at your Dealership, you need to consider trading the Baseball Cap in for possibly a Paper Hat at your local Dairy Queen where you can spend the rest of your days selling ice cream and settling the discomfort of the "blue hairs" like me on whether or not to have sugar, M+M's or freaking Cake Sprinkles on their ice cream.
Very efficient, quick and they don t try to sell you anything. If they discovered an issue, they tell you and let you decide what you want to do. We have many Fords and we take all of them to McCoy Mills even though it is a 30 mile drive because we cannot get good service anyplace else.
