Nice service writers, Danny- very persistant and Art who is very charming in his way, both have taken care of me and have been a pleasure. The cashiers have been kind of slow, but then again it seems like the 3 times i was there, the person in front of me was having issues and holding the line up. It's my favorite ford dealer around, the best, most prompt, accurate, organized for dealer in North Orange County, as far as the service department.
