I went to get a new Battery and Danny immediately came right out and greeted me with a smile and was very polite and I could really tell I was in good hands because I got the vibe that McCoy Mills really cares about their customers. I expressed my concerns and his team really made me feel like a priority and solved all my problems in very timely manner and were transparent the whole way thru. They didn't try to up sale me or anything. They could of but he said "Steve you don't need to do that right now but just make sure you take care of it before your next 10,000 miles. I was floored. Thank you so much McCoy Mills Ford for letting me know there are still honest business models still in place when it comes to car repair. I'm willing to bet the sales and body shop are ran the exact same way.
