I worked mostly with Kade. Like any other dealer you have to compare prices with other dealers but between Kevin Henry in Lee s Summit and Tim in Olathe along with Kade. We were able to stay in the KC area to purchase a vehicle for the price we wanted and the truck we liked.
Make sure to talk to all dealerships to get the deal you deserve! Including various locations of the same dealers!

I want to complement the whole dealership. It is a good place. Ruben and Ulysses were great! They were able to get me a great car at a great price. They both really care about what you need and want. They re good at listening to you and understanding what you are looking for. They were very honest with me. They were very accommodating with my schedule and my wife s schedule staying way after closing to get the deal done. Ulysses stayed with me the whole time making sure the car was ready and I was taken care of. EJ the finance specialist was right there with them. They won t push you into something you can t afford or don t want. They genuinely care about their customers. As long as McCarthy keeps people like these men around I will be a loyal customer.

A True Bait & Switch Dealership! We were interested in a Certified used 2019 Suburban. Saw it on their website, emailed right away as we were pre-approved and wanting to buy ASAP. Noticed the carfax report listed an accident. I asked the saleperson multiple times for more information related to the accident. Was sent a video of the vehicle showing no visible signs of damage remaining. Drove 3.5 HOURS to look at the vehicle with the intent of bringing it back home with us. We arrived at the dealership, was not greeted timely, and just instantly felt lied to/lead on. You could see chipped paint, spots where a CHEAP Walmart paint pen was used, and the front valance of the vehicle was not even attempted to be repaired. The interior of vehicle had several issues as well. All in all, this vehicle was improperly listed as great, clean condition. The Salesman was extremely rude and walked away without saying a word when we decided against the sale.

I was looking for some options for when my lease is up in a couple of months. I went into McCarthy Chevrolet to see what choices I may have to look at. I met Taylor the young salesman who listened to what I had to explain, and understood what I was wanting to do. After that Taylor took the lead in a very respectful manner. He was very knowlagible about all the different lines of vehicles in tje inventory. He brought me up a couple different vehicles to drive. When we were out on our test drive he would explain all the electronic bells and whistles to a tee! And he made sure I understood what they were for, and how they worked. He made my visit there a very positive on, I'd highly recamended if your in tje market for a vehicle to go check out McCarthy Chevy and ask for this extraordinary young man.

The finance people and sales people jacked up the price of the vehicle in order to get the type of payment I wanted, instead of lowering the price of the vehicle. So instead of paying 15,000 I'm paying close to 19,000 dollars in order to make a $130 biweekly payment.

I was experiencing some steering noises and took my Malibu to McCarthy. They promptly checked it out and related that it was not a problem now, but within a year the seals would have to be replaced. I want to thank Chris LeGrotte and his team for treating me fairly, some other shops would have tried to sell me something that I did not need at this time.

I was unable to come to the dealership at first so I needed to basically make a deal on a purchase and trade over emails and phone calls/texts and while other dealerships tried making this difficult, Jamie and Evan made it simple and painless!! I would definitely use Jamie at McCarthy Chevrolet for future vehicle purchases.

I was able to get setup with Sam Searcy, great experience! Starting with showing up for a test drive, talking details, getting financed, and driving home in a new car. this place is a piece of work, sold us the wrong equinox. called us 2 days later and told us we had to bring back vehicle because it was the wrong one. The equinox burns too much oil and warranty wont cover.

After having the WORST experience ever at McCarthy a couple months ago, I gave them a second chance. Ended up having the BEST car buying experience yet!! Started shopping online. Found something I wanted so I did the online app. Got a call. And the process began. I love about an hour from McCarthy, so I wanted to make sure I was approved and ready to go before I drove to the dealership. Jordan and Larry worked extra hard to get me approved and picked out a few cars they could show me. Finally I drove to the dealership, a few very nice people pulled up the cars, went for test drives, and I found the one! The whole process of paperwork, financing etc etc was fantastic. Aaron, Larry, Jordan, Heath, Siam (sp) were all so great to work with! I will definitely return in the future!!! Thank you all so much for making it the easiest process yet!! I truly appreciate it!!!

Very helpful and made sure I left with the car I wanted. This was the first time I've ever bought a car at a dealership and they made sure I left happy.

My daughter purchased a car just about a month ago. Now after a month she is being told, by ROD, she doesn't have enough income and needs to get a co-signer. The same Rod someone else has mentioned as having trouble with. Isn't that the sort of thing that is finalized before you drive away. And to come back a month later with this not enough income story?

This is the first time I have used this service department as in the past I have always gone to the Metcalf Location and always had exceptional service! Looks like I will be going out of my way to go back to the Metcalf location. I had scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to get my Wifi in the vehicle checked as I had already done various trouble shooting with OnStar. I also scheduled an oil change and rotation since it was due as well. When I arrive for my appointment at 11am on Saturday, they didn't have a technician able to check, I understood as maybe he was sick and probably only one tech is certified. I rescheduled for Thurday at 7am to get a loaner car. I received a call 20 min later stating I wasn't there for my scheduled appointment, which I was but they didn't have the tech there. I was then asked if I had the loaner which caused confusion on my part since I didn't get service done.
Arriving for my scheduled appointment on Thursday morning and loaner that went smoothly. I asked if I could come back on my lunch hour to pick up vehicle and to let me know when done otherwise I would call as it takes 20 min to get there. I called at 1pm since no call and I was told it looked like it just got pulled and asked if they could have a little longer. I let them know that is fine and we agreed we could swap loaner for my car the following day on my lunch hour.
Upon returning I dropped off my car, and asked what was found with the Wifi. I was told it still hadn't been checked as it needed to be active first and I would need to bring it back again. I never received a phone call that my car wasn't finished or needed to be active so they could work on it. In the past when I have taken my vehicle to a shop they call and ask if they can keep it longer or let me know what needs to be done so they can fix it since it is in their hands. I won't return since they couldn't fix it when they had it. I waited for a survey like I usually get with other dealerships and have received one yet either to let them know directly. Typically when I took my car to Tire Plus I was guaranteed an oil change and rotation in an hour and a half and this was all that was done to my vehicle in a day and a half and 2 scheduled visits...Disappointing.

Had the best experience at McCarthy!! Marshall helped me out so much and went out of his way to make sure I was happy and helped me find the truck I wanted. Highly recommend going to him if you re looking for a new car or truck!!
